The auto service center. Old Bridge, RT. 9, NJ.Brought my Toyota Tacoma for a “Simple “ oil change and tire rotation. Trying to save time over bringing into Toyota dealer for service.I am watching the tech work on my car.Technician broke a wheel stud off, over tightening the lug nut. And failed to replace the o-rings on the filter cartridge.After paying and getting my car back.I’m told by the tech, everything is good.I drive to a parking spot to see for myself. The wheel stud is broke off. Oil on the filter cartridge. I dry the cartridge off. But doesn’t leak until you drive. I confront the manager and the tech. I’m told that they will reimburse me for the cost of a wheel stud after I bring it to get fixed on my time. They will not cover labor. Filter cartridge leak not apparent .I drive home. Filter cartridge covered in oil.Now I have to bring back to Toyota to get everything fixed. On my dime, on my time.Zero stars .

It is a good store. Like out Walmart stores it has same pattern. Infact from inside you won't feel any difference that you are in Rt 18 super store or this old bridge Walmart store. All groceries, vegetable 🥒 🍆 , fruit 🍓 🍑, clothes, inners, garden items, kitchen needs, bakery etc. They have lot of parking spots. Good thing about Walmart is it's price is reasonable and you get everything under one roof. See pics and video for details. Thanks

Come early on a weekday the store was less crowded. I got good customer service in the departments I needed help when you could find someone who spoke English otherwise staff was very helpful. Prices are always better than others. Making the trip was worth the drive.🤓✌️

They are always running out of products, and it takes months to restock. You need to have the department people do the ordering because corporate is worthless.Example: 40 oz true value peanut butter, they get maybe 2 cases in,about 12 jars. When that's gone it will be at least a month before it comes in again.

I had a bad experience at this Walmart recently. I was doing self check out and had a pampers coupon that I couldn't scan because self check put didn't have the hand held scanner so the lady suspended my order and told me to go to customer service. When I went there and showed her my digital coupon on my phone she started giving me attitude and then brought me to a cashier. She then proceed to talk to her in another language and then the cashier gave me attitude saying I couldn't use it. I told her I've used these coupons many times before and she mocked me. Then when she read the coupon, she finally was like oh I know these. The customer service and cashier were both very rude to me. This experience makes me not want to shop there anymore. They made me feel like I was doing something wrong.

This Walmart is an absolute zoo. Employees are on their phones while helping customers (if you can even call it that). This last experience is validating every reason why I refuse to spend money here. Last time I was here waited 1 hour for someone to unlock a display case for them to tell me that they didn’t even have the key. Don’t waste your time here. Zero accountability from their staff but excellent place to consider working if you enjoy being on your phone and just want to earn money, I guess. This place would make a better Amazon warehouse.

It was okay, a bit out of the way. Store didn't have any meat and few vegetables. Would prefer to go to a super Walmart store, where there is more of a variety.

Ordered tires online, skeptical after seeing some negative reviews. The gentleman and lady at the front desk were very friendly to talk to. Smooth check-in, got text when my tire installation was done. Loved the service that I took my dad’s car for tire change too. Half hour wait first time, an hour and 20 minute wait second time due to apportionment system mistake. Would come back again! Keep up the good work!

When my husband and I first moved to New Jersey we thought it was cool we lived nearby a Walmart. We are originally from New York City, so we did not readily have access to a Walmart. Previously our experience with Walmart has been good; we even use their Auto Center. However, after the pandemic the prices for a lot of items increased drastically. Additionally, items are not always in stock and sometimes I have to wait several months for an item to make it back onto shelves. I am going to get a BJ’s membership as I think that would be more cost effective.

I've been here only once so far, and my experience was pleasant.This Walmart is not the huge one, but not very small either.I liked that customer service area is right after entering the store on the right hand side.Also there Full Fedex office with great customer service. A lady who assisted me was very respectful, nice. Thank you.Pharmacy section was out of some vitamins.The place wasn't too crowded. So, self check out went very fast and an attendant was a nice guy too.Nice store

The garden section is pretty dull but you'll find occasional clearance items, nothing new or exciting about this.Dominoes is inside the Walmart which will be open till 11pm so it's a plus for quick snacks, there is a pretzels and coffee shop that haven't tried so far

As time goes by the staff gets worse and worse. God forbid you ask somebody to help you find something. I'd rather drive 20 minutes to go to the other Walmart.

Its fine. This is more of a hit on walmart as a whole, not as much this store...but ACCEPT MOBILE PAYMENT OPTIONS THAT ARENT WALMART PAY! So extremely annoying when 99.9% of big chain locations in industries accept mobile payment but Walmart doesnt

I generally always find what I need. Sometimes items are not restocked but otherwise a good selection. I would say the chips are always understocked.

One of the worst WM! I tried to return a bottle of detergent I bought 12 hours ago. The return desk staff Sonia is rude and unprofessional. She refused to take it back and asked me to go back to the original store! The two “managers “ ( female and male African were not help either and make it worse. Do yourself a favor to go to another store.

It's walmart. You know what you're in for. It's crazy crowded on the weekend without nearly enough cashiers because that's how it is. I only go to Walmart when I have to and I tried desperately not to have to goI usually find what I need and the pricing is generally fine but it's not my first choice even in big box stores.

I purchased tires at Walmart online and had them shipped to the store so I could have them installed.When i got to the auto center to receive the tires and have them installed, one of the technicians suggested that I have them installed at a shop that is better equipped and more experienced technicians to install the tires. These were regular size tires for a sedan. (You can't make this stuff up)I appreciated his honesty, but I was disappointed that Walmart would sell regular tires and not have the right requirement and experienced technicians to install them.The assumption is that the technician I spoke to was right about the information shared.I had the tires installed elsewhere.I gave 3 stars because the online price for the tires was reasonable.

Absolute clown show, placed order on website received confirmation. Then couldn’t wait for installation so I picked up tires and went somewhere else for installation. Tires were wrong size. Back to Walmart get right tires, where they told me you have to return them and we can’t sell you the right size the sales over. Can’t tell you how much I love to waste my time

Very clean, well stocked, and staff in every corner. Just how every Walmart should be. And they had a lot of carts in front of the store. The only negative thing is they had merchandise all over in carts and what looked like new stuff that needed to be put away.

I am only reviewing the tire center. Today I had a 300 appointment to have one single tire installed. Two hours later I finally was able to leave. Not only did it take two hours, they nearly installed the tire on the wrong wheel until I caught the mistake. The lack of organization and leadership is evident there. For any of you that are familiar with the show Parks and Recreation, the staff at this walmart strikes a resemblance to the Animal Control Department of Pawnee. Cheaper tires doesn’t mean the experience should be this bad. Back to Costco we go.
