Can’t say enough good things about Pet center! They are awesome and so incredibly helpful at answering questions. Customer service is knowledgeable about all the important puppy info and the store is clean/organized. Megan and Jules were beyond amazing to work with when buying our new dachshund and give him a forever home. Made us feel comfortable with our decision and helped with financing. So happy and would highly recommend buying a dog from here! We are thrilled with our new little addition to the family: Franklin 😊

My favorite pet store I've ever been to. The employees have all been honest, kind, and overall incredible. The animals are some of the healthiest and happiest I have ever seen. All animals are handled frequently and very well tamed. I had a relative get a dog there and he came with an entire lineage chart. All breeders are USDA certified and all dogs are registered with the American Kennel Club. Beautiful variety of animals with a lot of the smaller pets coming from local breeders. They have a lot of good brands that most pet stores don't, such as Aquarium Co-Op. Anything they don't have in stock, they can order for you. It's the local pet store I've always dreamed of :)

My children enjoy seeing the animals and talking with the staff at the Pet Center. The staff is always very friendly and provides interesting information for my kids about the animals, their histories, habits, and so much more! Thank you for such wonderful "service", but also for taking time to educate us about the different animals!

5/5! Purchased my first puppy here and our mini golden doodle Benji is a year now. Full of energy, friendly and great health! They ensure every puppy leaves with a great home and prepare/supply you with tons of helpful information. The worker explained to me the breeder’s background and how well the puppies are taken care of until they find their forever home too! The environment is clean and calm while the workers are so friendly. I would highly recommend PetCenter for not only puppies but their high quality pet products.

Pet center has the best puppies and warranties all around. The staff are very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and very hands on to help your family find the right puppy. They get new puppies every week and have over 30 breeds. The fish department has everything and anything you could need, the small animals are super cute, my dogs love the baked treats in the front, and they have something for all animals.

I highly recommend Pet Center if you are looking to add a four legged member to your family. The store was very clean, we saw the staff constantly cleaning while we were there. They gave us everything we needed to set our home up for our puppy. A few days after we brought our dog home they called to check in and see how we were doing. Something important to note is they ask that if for any reason you cannot keep your pet to return it to the store to be re-homed. We will not need this service but it shows this store wants to ensure their animals are taken care of for the long term.

PetCenter was such an amazing experience. The puppies are so adorable and the staff is very hands on and so informative. They helped me answer and questions I had. And this is the most hands on pet store I’ve ever been to. I was able to pet the bunnies, hold the birds, and even the reptiles. All while getting information about them! I love this store and you can tell everyone is very passionate working here and loving the puppies! I’ll definitely be back.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to questions to take the best care of your animals. Your pup is coming from a loving, caring, and clean environment. They are also doing Photos with Santa so take your little buddy to this place.

Was waiting till my dog turned one in November but I just wanna thank Petcenter for such a good puppy I recieved I was very hesitant and second guessing buying from a. Pet store but how healthy my dog is and how easy the process was we have never looked back thank you guys so much for everything and for getting me with LOUIE my bestfriend and we will be back in November for another puppy!!!

Went in today to get my kids their first starter pet. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name but he was so knowledgeable and so good with my kids. I love how the animals can be handled and they’re already tame. Very clean and every staff member was attentively helping customers or caring for the animals.

I’m not a pet owner or a would be owner too. But I swear this would be one place I would love to come EVERYDAY!The shop is filled with people and lot of kids waiting to own or pet the puppies. They also have individual compartments where people get to pet the puppies before owning them. They also have reptiles like chameleon or garden lizards, aquatics such as fishes, parakeets and a shop full of pet-friendly accessories.It’s a lovely thing to watch these pets, mainly the cute puppies healthy and active. But I so wish they don’t look to be locked behind glass doors and are more accessible. The staff are so gentle with the pets and pleasant to the customers.I’ll keep coming here and one day hope could be a customer myself!

Reptile associates are great. My son has been wanting a snake for 2 years now. I did NOT. Staff allowed by son to hold them and ask many questions every time we stopped by! They are always patient with him and give the knowledge. Appreciative of the time spent with him without appearing to be annoyed on those busy days! Yes, we now have a snake

Went in to purchase a betta fish for my son. John was the employee that helped me and went above and beyond to help with everything we needed to support the fish. 2 different employees refused to help knowing he had people waiting on him. I would recommend this place based on my experience with john.

Anyone that has gone to a pet store may be used to getting punched in the face by the smell as soon as you walk in. Walking in to Pet Center, you would never believe this is a pet store. We took home our new puppy from them and could not be happier with her or the staff. Super helpful.

To be honest I’ve never stepped foot in a pet store quite like this. Everything is pristine from top to bottom it even smelled amazing which is not what you would expect from a store full of animals. The animals are in great health and care.. the staff was magnificent and You can tell they love these animals like their own. We were blown away. Seems like the only people who make a fuss are the ones just annoyed at the price. If you’re familiar with today’s demand for a dog like this you’d know the package that comes with Is Worth every dollar! We have so much fun everytime we go, especially when we get to see roger the resident panther chameleon 😆

This store is amazing! Not only is the staff friendly and knowledgeable but the store itself provides amazing interactive experiences. From the ferrets and hermit crabs to the puppy interactions. They welcome you to play with their furry and not so furry (hermit crabs and birds) friends. BTW, their puppies have beds and stuffed animals in their kennels. They are so loved <3. This store has all the supplies I needed including baked goods for my pups and hedgehog food! Something for everyone.

We visited the store for the first time to look at a Boston Terrier puppy. The store is clean, organized, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. Jules helped us understand the background of our pup and the minute they took her out for us to play with we knew she was coming home with us! We just adopted a Bernese mountain dog and everyone in the store was absolutely amazing. Marc helped us through the adoption process and was beyond fantastic and patient. Everyone in the store knows and cares about every animal in there. Their follow up was amazing as well. Second to none. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a pet. Had an amazing experience at PetCenter buying my new Corgi puppy! This is our 2nd puppy from here and couldnt be happier! Staff is always knowledgable and friendly, answer all my questions and concerns about acclimating our dogs together. There package was great and the warranties are even better. 100% getting a 3rd here when we're ready!

If I could honestly give this place negative stars I would first of all the dog that I purchased and returned in less than 24 hours bit my child because she was jealous that I was giving my own child attention I returned the dog to the store with everything that she came with and they still said I owed money which is ridiculous and sent me into collections for whatever reason. The people who work here just want to make a sale don’t buy from here go to an adoption center and work with people who actually care about animals because these people do not and they obviously don’t care about children either please save your money go somewhere else this place is a scam.5K for a dog who bit and attacked my child (A little four-year-old girl ) and still Said I owed money , please. Worst place . The dog I returned was probably sold the next day because that’s all they care about is the money don’t be fooledAnd they said I had to pay a fee because it needed to be quarantined for two weeks and needed all that shots again which makes absolutely zero sense there’s no reason a dog who just got their shots needs more shots because they went home for a day ridiculous absolutely ridiculous so is the store manager
