Jessie is a godsend! It’s true when the other reviewers say that she’s great with animals. My cat, Tiramisu was well taken care of and I’m amazed at how fast she works. Removing mats from this fella isn’t easy at all so I’m very grateful to have found such an awesome groomer. Reasonable prices too! I absolutely trust her with my cat and will most definitely be coming back with my other cats.

I am in search of a cat groomer because it’s so hard to get an appointment at the major pets stores for cats, so I thought I’d go local. It seemed like this person had good reviews, including cats, so I called. The person that answered the phone (assuming the salon owner because she did not introduce herself) was rude. I simply stated that I wanted an appointment for my cat and she responds “Okay, what am I doing for this cat?” Me, not really being experience with getting my cat groomed replied “Just a wash…” before I could finish she responds “Well I don’t wash cats because the dryer scares them” and proceeds to quickly list off the services she provides for the cats. Although major stores like Petsmart and Petco maybe lack appointments and be a little more expensive, my experience with them has always been positive. They are patience and explain why they may not provide certain services for cats. So just by this brief interaction with this person, I will never call again or use their services.

I've been a client of Jessie for over 20 years. I can honestly say that my experience has always been positive and satisfactory. She has groomed my 2 miniature poodles, standard poodle, and cairn terrier through the years. Jessie is an excellent groomer, professional, caring, honest, and fair. I strongly recommend Grooming by Jessie.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! First off jessie herself has no respect whatsoever. She is working and filling out paper work while having animals on her desk, not giving her clients her full attention. Her place is so hot, no AC, definitely not the type of conditions healthy for a dog/cat. And on top of that, she cut up my pet so badly he was bleeding near his private area which could get easily infected. His whole demeanor changed when we took him back. He was beyond upset and was not himself. Definitely do not recommend, if possible i'd give her no stars. Was not worth the price, conditions are unhygienic and dehydrating. Disgusting.REVIEW WAS DELETED!! This just proves her incompetence, clearly has something to hide. A good quality business owners is they own up to their flaws and fix it for the next time, clearly this woman has too much pride. The review that was removed is stated above once again. ^^

Been taking my dogs to Jessie for a few years now and keep coming back. Her prices are better then the big box stores and she does a great job. Space is limited so some times she can not accommodate you so you have to call ahead for an appointment. Here is a pic of my two dogs fresh from the groomer.

Haven’t had a bad experience with Jessie. My 2 year old Yorkie always comes out clean, fresh and smelling good. He always looks great and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Jessie is wonderful! We have been bringing ours dogs to her for a very long time now (maybe 10 years) and she always does a great job. I trust her completely with my dogs and I hardly trust anyone with them. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good groomer!

Been bringing my 14 month old pupper here for a few months now. He used to be extremely scared of people when being groomed, but now he doesn't bite much or react aggressively when he is brushed or his teeth being cleaned at home too. My pup still smells good after a month and his hair is always smooth. Cost of grooming is reasonably priced. I highly recommend bringing your pets here!!

I took my dog for grooming and she cut him very bad and started bleeding in his private area and his but, he had diahrea for a while. never go there is terrible service said my dog will never be trained and did not give him the bath and kicked my dog out. Giving me a terrible experience still mad and she is taking down the reviews make sure u see this quick enough.

Best groomer yet ! I’ve been to a few and have to say Jessie is by far the best ! We came last week and they still look and smell great ! Amazing with my 2 dogs. I have a golden and a Shitzu and they both came out beautiful. Trimmed perfect. Thank you again for such great service. Looking forward to next time !

My cat unfortunately needed lime sulphur dips. Because of the terrible smell associated with sulphur, I wanted to find someone who could do this for us so that my home could be spared. It was next to impossible to find a vet or groomer who was willing to do these. Thankfully, one of the vets let us know about Jessie.Her shop is relatively small compared to others. However, Jessie was very accommodating, charged a reasonable fee, and was very professional. She also has a way with pets. My cat is normally very difficult to deal with and fights tooth and nail for even normal baths. Yet Jessie was somehow able to dip him with no problems! Very grateful to have found her!

So disappointed! Took my golden for a bath , he was done in less than an hour . Still damp not completely dry so of course the dog stink is back after a day , and he got a cut and we never asked for that . So upset with her service .
