Love Golden Paws! I’m a first time dog owner and my Mini golden doodle Ozzie is a bit anxious. After trying a few groomers we found Golden Paws and have been going every 6 weeks for over a year now. Ozzie is excited to go in and loves Susan and her team, they are so sweet with him and he looks beautiful when I pick him up! I appreciate the scheduling here so much, knowing that they do not overbook and your dog will get their full attention, so I completely understand and even appreciate the schedule policies! Highly recommend.🤩

I love Golden Paws! My dog looked amazing after her appointment, and we gave Susan total creative freedom with her groom. I highly recommend you bring your dog here, they are great workers who treat the dogs with so much care and compassion.

I’m so happy with the service I received from the minute I booked my appointment, to walking into Golden Paws, to picking up my puppy from her 1st groom!! I already booked her next bath and cut and will absolutely refer Golden Paws whenever I can. The owner was on site, the store is immaculate and the girl who groomed my Mini Golden Doodle was so gentle and kind. The whole experience was just top notch and for those of us who love our pets, it is so important for us to feel comfortable when we leave them. Thank you for such a great experience...see you in 3 weeks unless I run out of those new treats I picked up!!

Amazing groomers!!! Love, love, love the care and attention they give to my dog. Great scheduling system (dog gets booked a time slot, like a normal appointment, so she is not there all day waiting for her turn to be groomed.) Very professional. Owner is very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely a spa experience for your lovable dog not a stressful grooming day. I highly recommend Golden Paws!!

I was referred and traveled an hour (each way) for my dog Layla’s first visit.After expressing my grooming preference with Sue (who happens to have the same preference) it really reassured me that Layla was safe and in good hands!Sue did a great job, Layla looks so great I couldn’t be happier! When it came to leaving, Layla- usually running for the door said goodbye which just proved to me she enjoyed her time at Golden Paw!

Golden Paws always does a great job with Sadie. They take their time and make sure she is comfortable. She always comes home looking beautiful. Susan is knowledgeable and points out any problems she sees developing, helping to eliminate them before they become serious. Love Golden Paws.

I have 2 Jack Russels that I wouldn’t have groomed any other place than Golden Paws! Aislinn and Brianna are simply the best. My dogs are so excited to go there, and it is apparent that they love dogs here! They do exactly as you request and smell clean and beautiful for days after! The shop is immaculately clean and carries a great selection of food, treats and other things both you and your dog will love. Your best friend deserves to come to Golden Paws!

I am over the moon with Golden Paws Boutique & Grooming Salon. My golden Keeva has a lot of anxiety when it comes to grooming. She is even reluctant when we simply brush her. She had an incident at a salon. Her nail was clipped and she had some bleeding. She literally got out of her leash in the parking lot to avoid going in. That was an accident I am sure. Susan at Golden Paws has been so gentle with her, easing her back into the process. She has changed what was a nightmare experience for Keeva to a pleasant one. The bonus, Keeva always looks and smells beautiful! Her nails are still a challenge so Susan is working slowly to insure her trust, but we’re getting there. Thank you Susan for your patience and obvious love of dogs! Oh and I need to mention, the salon is spotless and beautiful! A very peaceful looking setup.♥️🐾♥️

Golden Paws takes a $25 non-refundable deposit when you book a grooming appointment for your dog. If you don't fill out an information form within 48 hours they will cancel your appointment (which they did) and keep the $25. I clearly did not follow said rules (there were circumstances that caused us to have put this on the back burner), and my dog's appointment was cancelled (still a month before the actual appointment date). Upon calling to reschedule I asked they resend the form and they said they will charge me another non-refundable $25 fee - so that is $50 dollars before I've stepped foot in the door.Their policies are obviously strict, regardless of circumstance, and if they need my $25 then they are welcome to that. That said there is no excuse for rude treatment of their customers, maybe the receptionist or owner was having a bad day, but the customer service was awful and I've never spoken to a more aggressive receptionist - at a dog grooming salon no less. I've also had my dog groomed at multiple places and have never encountered such a policy, or heard the words 'terms and conditions' repeated back to me so many times in one call. It is sad that is how they choose to operate with little to no personal touch, or empathy at Golden Paws, and that is not a place I want to have taking care of my pup.

Brianna was awesome! She did a fantastic job with my pug, Meatball. He looks and smells awesome! She was so attentive and caring too. Pleased with Meatball’s first visit to Golden Paws.

Any time that I have been in Golden Paws, the customer support experience has been polite, professional, knowledge-based and thorough. The owner, Susan, cares about every single client and there is a conscientious effort to make the experience positive, productive and educational. I've always found her to be generous and forthcoming with her knowledge.Grooming: There is a good amount of care that goes into grooming each animal. I have 4 dogs. My 17 year old (yes, 17!) was last groomed by Dean and no one can believe he is 17. Dogs know when they have been given good care and it shows in how they carry themselves. And let's by frank, there are many dogs who do not know how to stay still and can make the grooming process difficult (yeah, you might be thinking about your own dogs), so when you see a high-quality groom, you know your dog was well-treaed and patiently addressed.Food, Treats, Supplements: Susan carries a wide selection of quality items. Most importantly, she honestly does know about and understand the products. She is happy to share this knowledge and give you insight into the products you should purchase for your pet. The BIGGEST factor in your dog or cat's life span is the food you have your pet consume. Quality food is not cheap. You can feed the garbage you find in many stores (e.g, Purina, Dad's, etc.) but you will compromise the quality of your dog's life as well as shorten it. Susan will help you make a proper selection of quality food. My dogs are currently on food and supplements all purchased from Golden Paws. I have 4 dogs altogether. And there are 5 parrots in the house, so I do know quite a bit about furry and feathered friends. I'm happy with the recommendations Susan has given.Accessories: Again, you will find a good variety here.Prices: So let me be frank, given the other review I see for this business which I believe is baseless, prices are appropriate. There is nothing over-priced here. Quality comes at a higher cost than cheap products. Quality services cost more than rapid-service/high volume ones. Which do you prefer: a groomer who takes the full amount of time necessary to provide a high quality full groom or a groomer who is over-stressed and can't groom fast enough to keep up with the constant over-scheduling.Overall: The place is clean, calm and well-managed. There product selection is excellent. Customer service is high end. I stand by my 5 star rating.

Called to let them know I was running late. Owner asks me rudely “don’t you have an appt. next week, didn’t I talk to you yesterday??!” Ummmmm.... no! She then starts rustling through paperwork, placing me on hold forever so she can figure out what is going on. When all was said and done, my quick phone call to let them know I was running late turned into 10 minutes. Owner eventually comes back on to tell me there was a mixup and she spoke with the wrong person yesterday, but to “come in and we’ll get to her”. I had an appt., which was booked 2 months prior, but apparently they were overbooked and couldn’t accommodate it. Owner tried to imply it was my fault because I was late; mind you, I was 15 minutes late when I called as a courtesy and was already on my way - another time I waited for 15Minutes for the groomer to show up, but apparently their time is more valuable then mine. Owner then indicated the groomer was with another dog already (again, how is that so when I had an appt. for this time slot) and they would get to my dog when they could. How I had a 1030am appointment and now had to “squeeze in” is beyond me. Owner is rude, unprofessional, with a strange sense of entitlement. It’s a shame because the groomers are really good, but I will never spend another dollar at this place. Luckily, another groomer locally was able to fit me in, same day, and their customer service was in par with what one would expect when shelling out $60+ for a grooming.

I've only been there once to get my dog's nails clipped, but I was extremely satisfied! The staff was very friendly and helpful! I will definitely be going back in the future
