Easily the nicest Wawa I've been to in NJ. I've frequented stores in Ocean, Camden, Gloucester, Monmouth, Atlantic and Cape May Counties. Across 2 dozen stores this is a clear winner. Clear, clean and updated signage and advertising. The deli section had the names of the sandwich makers and they readily and frequently called out upcoming and finished order numbers. The drinkmaker was giving out free samples of their pizza, (actually good pizza) which is a rarity at Wawa. Their coffee bar and snack selection was organized and superbly clean, which I know is hard to keep up with generally.Above all, smiles across the board. These people seem content to be here, which I commend them for. I know how hard customer service can be, and this store passes with flying colors! The sandwich was great too.

On 10/11/23 3:55am I stopped in this Wawa to get a pack of cigarettes. They were three people behind the deli. They were all back there, laughing and joking. When I let one of them that I needed to get cigarettes, they looked at me and the guy told me that he will be there in a minute, I find this unacceptable so I walked out. This is why I go to the Wawa in Marmora they know how to treat customers up there,please train your Wawa employees that customer service is important. Thank you.

Worst experience at Wawa #555 ever! There was 3 people behind the counter making sandwiches and such. Between the the 3 people working the counter they were literally putting out an order about every 5 minutes or so. I put in an order for a sandwich with 3 people ahead of me and it took 15-20 minutes to get my sandwich. Piss poor service I would never recommend this store to anyone and will never go there again. I would highly recommend going to Royal farms or somewhere else to get a better sandwich and service. They are more worried about getting a paycheck and not taking care of the customers

Had to ask for coffee pot to be changed( not enough to fill cup),asked woman if was supposed to be free,felt like communication difficult with her accent,then noticed her whispering something to co worker then they stopped when I looked at them,mentioned to young man at register,if free,then he shakes his head at me like he disgusted at me

Let's just say I visit Wawa's alot because always on the go stopped in here today and it's always clean foods always fresh staff is always nice friendly never had a problem when I come here it's on my way so stop in here a lot for gas or food different things

Love Wawa over 7 Eleven. This location very convenient and employees very friendly and courteous. One complain is with the sandwich preparations. The stacked offers are great but please don't make sandwiches with the end piece from the loaf. They are always smaller than the rest and you have a hard time managing your hold on the sandwich.

Filthy, I stop at many WaWa stores in different states because of the usual consistency of quality and cleanliness. We stopped in this WAWa on 8/10/22. We were driving for some time and needed gas, food and the brief use of the restroom. The store was dirty, every part of the restroom was disgustingly filthy. The toilet was covered in feces, the floors were full of ..........We left without even purchasing gas. Fortunately, the next WaWa that we stopped at was what we expect from a WaWa store.

Wawa is not just a convenience store…it’s a special home away from home for the northeast and now the southeast. This particular Wawa in Ocean View goes a step beyond. My oder for hoagies got a little messed up (one was missing) I went back in and they couldn’t have been more apologetic and helpful! Why oh why can’t every establishment treat their patrons so well? They even threw in a free shorti coupon for a future visit. Also the gentleman working the register was w as a friendly and funny! Wtg being great wawa!

This is a busy location. Lots of parking, but not all is against the store.Lots of gawkers and slow parkers;be careful and drive gently thru the lot.Gas is off to the side, nice.Be careful when exiting, this is a very busy and congested intersection with a signal and lots of left turning traffic from each direction.

I don't get hoagies any more from any Wawa but I get their hot food sometimes. Most of the time it's coffee for me and a donut for my toddler. But I LOVE the people there. They're so friendly, sweet and funny. The place is also very clean even during peak times.

I stopped in earlier this morning 07/24 & it was packed...whomever was working the deli and making the sandwiches I gotta say they were doing such an amazing job! Best sandwich I've had from a Wawa in a while and the service was really quick too. Thank you! 😁

They have good food and the Associates are very friendly. They have a lot of different selections when it comes to their food. It's just an all-around good store that you feel good going into an ordering food from or just getting a gallon of bleach or a gallon of milk. I like that they're open 24 hours a day and they have a gas station and they also have free air every Wawa that has a gas station has free air otherwise you would have to pay for your air. They're also a very clean convenience store. The bathrooms are very clean also. Their coffee is really good too they have a wide selection of coffee I like that they have flurries and milkshakes and smoothies I think it's a little pricey but that's what you pay for a convenience store.

The most disgusting Wawa I have ever seen. There were so many flies over the food, I am still sick of the food I ate today at 9 A.M. I could see the faces of the girls working there so frustraded when they saw me getting pictures of the flies everywhere. And yes, I ate it. I had paid for it and couldn't throw it away.

How insulting! The people at the sandwich counter ignore you..then when you figure you have to use a dirty germ ridden computer screen..I figured it out after several tries. Then after 5 minutes I said where the hell is my order? The guy said you gotta pay first. The register was only 8 feet from where I was standing. I have to prepay for the sandwich but not for a sandwich in the refrigerator. I have to wait in line and pay twice.What the hell is going on ? WAWA does not trust their customers! This is insulting. I will never get food at a WAWA.

Gas prices here are always considerably lower than the few you’ll find on the island, so fill it up!Just make sure you don’t have to turn left to get out of the parking lot.

Don't order a sandwich here if you are expecting to get what you ordered, every time I order food there's something wrong with it, and it has been a normal occurrence. I know that it's a wawa so you can't expect much, but I've never had this problem at any other wawa

Friendly staff and always open when you run out of milk for my coffee at 5am. You can tell this is a holiday weekend since the parking lot is crazy.

I am a True Wawa fan but this weekend I stop at the Rt9 Ocean View and yesterday 710/20 in area on Rt past Elizibethtown grab drinks and use bathroom facility and both location Bathroom were Filthy one place the Bug Roll of top it paper fell out of dispense and was all over the Bathroom Floor people were just kicking it out of there way...was shocked and Disappointed the employees were not check the State of the Bathroom and keeping them Clean

I recently applied for a position and was denied employment without explanation and was treated rudely by two managers on staff when I asked for the managers name that hung up on me.I thought this corporation was equal opportunity and didn't discriminate but I guess I'll just take this to corporate and see how it goes from there but I promise you this I will not make a purchase from Wawa ever again until this issue is addressed,thank you for your time.
