Disrespectful counter person (Amy) refused to take a doctor’s written prescription that my 17 year old daughter was trying to drop off for me while on her way to school. Amy refused to hold the prescription for 1 hour until I could come over to the store to give personal information. I called to see what happened and was talked to, interrupted, and disrespected to the point that I communicated that I would be forced to report the disrespect to a regional manager. Amy said “go ahead” and hung up on me. I had to call another pharmacy and ultimately get the medication hours later. For these reasons, I will not return to this store. I have been a customer for over 30 years.

Just wanted to say what excellent customer service I had in store at the seaville cvs today, specifically from Rachel. She went above and beyond to help me with issues I was having with coupons not loading to my extra care card.

like everyone else I have an issue with the short lady with long blonde hair and glasses. Every time I would go in there she would have an attitude and never wanted to help at all. At first I thought it was just me then I realized she is just a rude person. Everyone is very sweet but I transferred all my medications to Marmora. I refuse to deal with her anymore especially when I am not feeling good and need my medication.

We arrived 10 minutes early for our flu vaccine appointment. We waited almost 45 minutes… After our appointment time. There seems to be no sense of urgency. It’s almost like this is a big inconvenience for them.

The pharmacy tech, working your drive-through on April 5th between the hours of 10am and 3pm, is an embarrassment to your company. The fact that this woman works in customer service is a unreal. She is beyond rude and unprofessional. This is now the second time I have encountered this woman and I will never go back to this location because of her. She has no respect for your time, is not helpful, and makes you feel as if you are inconveniencing her. Her attitude is disgusting and customers do not deserve to be treated that way.

The cashier that checked me out was the nicest, sweetest and kindest person ever met at CVS except for the CVS down on 16th St.She really helped me out a lot. She is definitely pleasant and a hard worker. Sue

the lady in the drive through pharmacy was so rude it was insane. she had attitude to every question we asked and took 30 minutes to get a covid test ready when we’ve been doing it for two years. mind you that they told us we needed our car off in 100 degree heat. not even a sorry for the wait.

CVS needs to hire more staff or use automated pill fulfilment. Two days in a row I needed to get prescriptions filled and it took 4 ... four ... hours each time.

I went to the urgent care down the street. They sent a prescription to this CVS, and it was ready by the time we got there (less than 10 minutes). The pharmacy tech was friendly and fast.

The pharmacy gave me expired medicine, when I returned it to the store the pharmacy tech was incredibly rude. I've asked them to update mine and my child's address several times and they have yet to do it. CVS in Seaville is the worse.

I stopped in there today to get a flu shot which I do every year I waited five minutes for someone to ask me if they could help me I said I was here for a flu shot right away she said did you make an appointment I said no she goes you can do it on the app I'm 71 years old I don't do things on an app she couldn't do it I drove over to Acme and 123 I was in and out

Terrible customer service. Lady at the counter told my friend that he looked terrible because he was sunburned. Couldn't find the bathrooms, and when we asked, got a very blunt and negative response.
