This grocery store has most everything needed and a good staff but the facility upkeep leaves a lot to be desired.I usually judge places on how they keep their restrooms. Based on this place I fear how the rest of the equipment is kept. Yuck!!!

Convenient even if many items are expired, expires today or tomorrow. Seen products expired a year ago still sitting on the shelves weeks after me and my wife noticed them. People that work there are very helpful, especially the tellers.If this store went all self checkout we would not be customers any more.

Always a good experience based on employees and finding what I need.(always find something I did nt intend to buy. The meat department at Acme Seaville is horrible. I was there this week and most of the beef was either imported from Australia or Select grade. Pork chops are always packed in 3’s which is ridiculous, most couples eat 2 each and every other grocery store puts 4 to a pack. The selection of meat cuts is terrible. I can drive 15 minutes south to the Acme on Avalon Blvd and it is 100% better with the same prices.

I gave 5 starts because the store is very local and contributes a lot to the community. The store is laid out well and very clean and the people are helpful. Drawback the prices compared to other stores of similar nature in the area are extremely high. I was always an Acme shopper but over the years prices escalated. Thus, causing my moving to other shops for a better economical savings. Prices are the only issue even before the inflation began.

Super-friendly staff who are outgoing and very polite. Everyone makes you feel a part of the neighborhood and goes out of their way to help. The pharmacy inside is well stocked and saves you money on groceries. The curb-side grocery department is on top of their game and always goes above and beyond with every order. Mimi is great and it's like having a family member help with the shopping. The store is exceptionally clean and is well stocked.

I like the employees a lot here. Especially Mimi who does the pickup orders! She is so kind. It is expensive but comparable to other grocery stores in the area. My one huge disappointment and complaint is that their produce is just not fresh at all.

Had not been to this ACME for years so wasn't sure to expect. Place is cleaner than I remember, the fruit and vegetables selection was good, frozen foods were also respectable. Not many teas and some other product selections not ideal but I think that this may become a go to supermarket for certain things since other places keep having shortages

I enjoying going to this acme. The coupons they give me are great and now I started using freshpass which is awesome. Someone shops for me and I get a discount! My order for pick up is done on time and when I get to the store I never wait long for them to come out.

Store is clean and very well lit. This location is a back up grocery store for me because the prices are higher than some competitors. It is clean, staff is friendly. They have always had what I went in looking for. Store always seems understaffed or maybe they are just not visible. Plaza this store is in could definitely use a new owner that cared about it and took care of the parking lots properly.

The employees are super nice, very friendly, very efficient. The deli is well run, with a good selection of lunch meat and prepared foods. The bakery section has very good fresh rolls and bagels. The produce department leaves a bit to be desired, at least in winter.Two things I'm not crazy about with this store: 1) They have none of the smaller carts you find at most grocery stores these days. The small carts are really convenient. I don't know why they don't have them. 2) Of possibly major concern is their pricing: I estimate that on about half the visits to the store I have found items ringing up at the wrong price. You really have to watch closely as they ring you up, or scrutinize your receipt carefully afterward. Really annoying.This is the closest store to where I live, so I still go there most often. If I'm in the mood to drive farther and deal with a more crowded store, I go to Shop Rite, where the prices are very competitive and the selection is larger.

I have always shopped acme stores but now I'm not so sure I will.Last week my checkout gal was visibly ill. She should have been sent home, especially with COVID.As she was scanning my items she was coughing repeatedly on my groceries. No covering her mouth or anything.She appeared disoriented and looked unkept, possibly from not feeling well.I didn't even want to purchase my products after that.I depend on someone for transportation, so I didn't complain.I'm still upset over the coughing and illness. She didn't even use hand sanitizer.

In fast check out. Attendant there very helpful. I'm older (79) and she out my heavy glass bottles on the bag for me. Very cheerful and amiable.

Employees wear their own masks. Everyone I encountered, except Sue in seafood, had their nose exposed or very loose fitted masks. I did not feel safe. Sue wore a paper surgical style and was EXTREMELY helpful. Granted, was just before the store closed and they were tired but this virus does not take time off.

Don't go to the deli.I waited 10 minutes with no other customers in line , only because the 4 "employees "Were busy chitchating .After that I asked for the ham to be sliced thin , she showed me a nice thin slice & I said great, thanks. Got home & there were only about 6 slices of 1/4" ham steaks????P.S. the prices on everything else in the store are WAY more expensive than Shoprite.

Decent selection but if you go late on a weekend in the summer things look "picked through." They run out of their hoagies a lot....I can see why they're great and inexpensive.

So much for social distancing and counting people. This store is packed today, no way they're watching occupancy limits and even saw a shopper without a mask on! No one observing directional markings on floor and no one enforcing it. I hope summer ends quickly.

My favorite acme to go to they are always kind to my son and everything is fresh I never have any rotting fruit in my containers, cleanliness and stocked items are always up to par.

Got rid of cheap chicken Mondays but the signs are still up. It's now 8.99 instead of 4.99. most of the employees don't care about anything . Poor quality fruit and vegetables and most of sale prices and digital coupons don't ring up. Self check out is a nightmare , they should copy how ShopRite does it .

Prices are a bit high, store is clean and friendly. I don't buy bakery items much but when I have their bakery items have been very good. Produce is about average for a grocery store. I have no experience with the Acme pharmacy.I agree with the other reviewer, it's a bit of a hassle having to push around full size carts every time I go to this store. I would think most people shopping in this area are not buying for large families, why only carry full size carts.

Went to CVS to get my flu shot which I do every year this year I walked in they told me I needed an appointment even though there was no one there waiting told me I had to do it on the app I'm 71 years old I don't use an app and went right across the street. Acme and they did it right away I guess I'll go there from now on to get my shots guess that's a problem with businesses they're getting too big for themselves there's too many places around fighting for your business the lady at CVS was very rude the lady attacked me was very polite so there you go

Lots of missing food we always bought like Campbell's green pea and tomato bisque soups, Stowers garlic and cheese French bread pizza. These are just a few of the items. May have to check out shoprite.
