No stars if I was able . Use extreme caution when shopping at this CVS store! My husband (who is a 68 year old , pleasant, kind and retired man) walked into the store to purchase eye wash when he was INSTANTLY verbally accosted by a woman with the description of being 5' 4" tall with brown long hair , mid twenties. She began screaming at the top of her lungs "you've got 3 minutes" . He asked another employee where the eye wash was and the 2 of them were looking in the aisle when she appeared . She said "what's he looking for " directed at the employee . He told her and she responded "if you don't see, it we don't have it" in a very dismissive and rude manner . The employee was a male employee who was nervous, uncomfortable and intimidated by her. My husband found the product on his own and began walking to the front of the store . There was no one at the registers . There was one customer checking out at the self check out and he waited for him to finish so he could begin the self check out process also . My husband was bagging his items when he heard someone screaming at him saying "hurry up"!! It was this same woman who yelled at him when he walked in. He looked at her and asked her name and this time she screamed with fury, even louder "hurry up !! you're whistling and bagging !!" He asked her name again and she said" hurry up or I'm going to call the police " to which he responded , please do! He then asked the young man her name and refused to answer also. My husband then walked out. This woman is vile and frightening and all customers should be aware that her next encounter may be physical. She is clearly unhinged. He never complains about anyone . He was clearly shaken up when he told me the story . Wow.. wow.. wow!

The pharmacists are always so helpful and caring. If there is an insurance issue, they will do their best to help solve it. Also, they put in extra time and effort to find coupons to lower prices. Our family have never had better service at a pharmacy/ drug store.

I like this CVS. The store is always clean and very well stocked. The associates are always friendly and helpful. The parking lot works well, and even in the super busy summer months, it is easy to get in and out here. My only knocks are that 1) there is no automatic door, and as a person with a physical disability, I think that would make entering and exiting the store much easier, and 2) CVS prices (non-pharmacy) are always on the high side. Still, this is a very well managed store, and it is a pleasure to shop here. UPDATE: Perhaps there has been a change of management here, but this store is now dirty and poorly stocked. Additionally, the current staff are unfriendly. I won't waste my time going in here.

Do not come here for vaccinations! The pharmacist provides no customer service, a negative attitude, and a complete disregard for a confirmed vaccination appointment with documentation. I went to Marmora and their pharmacist was as pleasant as the CVS Simpson Avenue pharmacist was awful.

I tried to stop in and grab a couple things on our way back from a night out and checked the hours to see if they were open. The CVS website said closes at 11:00pm and it was only 10:15pm so I pulled in to run in and grab what I needed and was met at the door by a very unfriendly worker who was unlocking the door for a customer exiting and said very annoyed “we are closed sir!!!”. I just thought it was rude that the employees are getting mad at customers for showing up to the store during their posted hours.

Called the cops on me after spending 20 dollars on water and Clif bars and waiting for my ride. The pharmacist is a racist and has terrible skin.
