The banana pudding icecream was so creamy and delicious! Haven't had anything like it. Customer service was great & portion sizes and prices were good. The strawberry pudding is from The Puddin Palace next door. Get both!!

Very nice young man tried his best to accommodate me and my 4 grandsons. we waited patiently while he came to window to inform us they did not have multiple requested. Items. Then Google said open til 10 i was there at 8, at 815 after several attempts to get what they ordered I was informed my one grandson could not have a milkshake because they don’t make milkshakes an hour before closing. And why not?? Close at 9 clean up til 930! Tbh I am resident…I have tried to support this local business, hours are unreliable, never have full menu available idk how they are staying in business I asked the Female employee who was in charge and she decided to make milkshake with a “puss” on her face and dirty looks. I said something She said “I apologize …you got the milkshake”. Oh ok.

Great customer service and friendly staff. The portion sizes and prices are on point but the ice cream tasted a little freezer burnt. We had the banana pudding and Cookie Monster.

Really bad service and so disorganized. Had to go to a separate store to pay for ice cream. Not really sure what was going on. Was told sundaes don't come with whip cream or a cherry. Fudge melted one cup.

Ended up getting a couple scoops of ice cream as well as a strawberry shortcake milkshake. Both of them were delicious very rich and decadent. However it took quite a while to get the milkshake We were waiting almost 10 minutes after ordering but that's only because they had one person working the store. Definitely worth checking out but I wouldn't go expecting to get there and leave very quickly.

Right now I'm eating water ice and my granddaughter is eating their homemade vanilla bean Ice cream. They are delicious. The people who own Pudding Palance recently purchased yummies. So their hours are much better. It's great to have a local business you can walk to. Here's hoping for a successful business

Best water ice on the planet. I honestly haven’t even tried anything else there. But what I do know, is that every single spoonful of water ice is the exact same texture as the spoonful before. No lumps or chunks. The perfect ratio of ice and flavor. Not too sweet, not too watery. Perfection.
