Great Family Dollar location. They have a big selection and I like how they have plenty of holiday decorations for a good price and also have a good price on puppy food. The manager is always very friendly and conversational.

Family Dollar in Oaklyn NJ- the manager had her mask off, talking loudly on her speaker phone about how she's keeping a child home because they were possibly exposed to covid and she said "And I don't even know if I should be out." Which points to having been exposed and being in work anyway. I made eye contact with her and her mask was off her face. I called her out in the store then left. I then called the store, asked to speak to the manager and shes the manager. She hung up on me when I asked to talk to someone above her. She said to call corporate but wouldn't give me her name. Everything in the store is under surveillance so the recording from August 27th at 11-11:45am should be reviewed. Unbelievable how a person can be so disrespectful of human life and blatantly talk about it as the manager. I left a message with the Regional Director. Don't shop there because the manager needs to be quarantined.

Nice and cleqn...shelves fully stocked and people who actually care about their career. These employees made me feel wanted and very important. They took the time to show me where the items were. What ever I needed, there was an employee to help me find it....wonderful shopping atmosphere and experience.

the people who work here are very difficult. If you have to ask a question they have a real problem. if you can avoid it I suggest going to another store. very very rude. my daughter even refuses to go in there. well they have gotten better. everyone is very nice now. all the rude people are now gone. great store now. the manger will even try to get things , they don't have. best price in the area for chennye cigarettesUpdate they have gotten better gret store now

I only been to this Family Dollar ( in Oaklyn,Nj )a few times. But when I tell you, I came across the best manager here (Amanda). She went over and beyond to assist me. She was friendly, helpful & funny. She cares about the needs of her customers. That will be my Family Dollar for now on.

The person behind the counter was on her phone FaceTiming a man while waiting on customers. She never said hello to customers did not look at the customers did not say thank you or have a nice day.Where is the customer service? How do you train your staff? I have been to other family dollars and they greet you as you walk in store and treat and greet you genuinely nice at the registerI will never go into this family dollar again. It's truly a disgrace how this person behind the counter has a customer service job!! Shame on you for allowing this to happen. This is not even the workers fault it is the companies, managers supervisor etc. FauktI am going up the chain of command with this. So sad to see this truly sad

From Denise Rossetti constantly holding up lines talking to customers in a inappropriate manner to her embarrassing me infront of the whole store. Me and my family shop there every day and the staff is always super friendly. We will avoid dollar general while Denise is there, I am still blown away by what transpired. After realizing people were standing in the deodorant aisle awaiting in line seeing the other employee ring up 5 things to denise’s talking she screams ‘stand in line” and I replied with “ I am in line” and she says “ on the blue things it isint a new procedure” that I did not notice and began to degrade and belittle me. Then she tells me to “throw my items on the ground and leave” after saying okay and asking for her name she then says I don’t have a mask ( to justify making me leave) well the other employee ‘ customers and video would show I did have ONE.. blown away from the un fair treatment I went thru after having nothing but pleasant experiences

I had the worst experience today with a supervisor name Brianna.She was very rude and looked like she was high off some type of drug!As a supervisor I feel like she should have patients when dealing with customers!
