I debated on writing this review, because I've been taking my pup there for almost a year, and never had an issue. However, the last time I took her, she came back extremely uneven and had a huge gash on her neck, under her ear, and multiple other nicks and cuts throughout her body. What upset me most is no one told us, and they clearly put some medicine or glue on the wound. She hid under my bed for 2 days, and clearly was traumatized from the experience, and i only noticed after taking off her handkerchief. I would beware of who cuts your dog, book with the owner she's really awesome. I just can't trust them anymore, so not sure I will return. They were apologetic and issued a refund. I booked first available groomer.

Honestly, the BEST place for grooming. So much better (in so many ways) than other groomers near me. I almost gave up looking because of the bad experience I had in Collingswood. Everyone at Doggie Designs is FAST, nice and efficient. And you can tell they love dogs. Super fair pricing. Will absolutely be back. Thank you!

Have known Katie for awhile from her working at Monster Pet in Audubon. She always do a great job and treat my Furry babies as her own. Price is reasonable too. Photo of my new puppy, got her first bath and puppy cut.

The photo on the left is how my puppy’s hair was before taking him to this place . The photo on the right is how they cut him. I specifically asked for a puppy/light cut and to leave him fluffy . Advised that I don’t want a lot off just clean his face, butt and paws. When I came to get him , the lady wasn’t even there for me to go over what happened and I paid $85.00. They charged for a golden doodle xl when is a mini . I called and texted them and no response . Not a good impression for a first time customer .

My female pittie Roxie is horrible with getting her nails done. Consequently they are frequently slightly longer than they should be. Doggie.designs accommodated us as a last minute ( I mean the very last minute on a Friday) walk-in for a nail trim. Amanda was amazing with her. Amanda was quick and efficient, even with Roxie’s theatrics. Service was reasonably priced. I would 10/10 recommend, and definitely use again.

They truly care for your family member (pet) as if he or she were theirs! Our little Thomas always comes home smelling good, looking good, and especially happy! They personalize the experience by giving each pet a little treat box and a cool bandana! I highly recommend!

This place did a great job on my Golden Doddle. They did a Great job cutting his hair it is perfect. And they where very professional and kind to my dog . I will definitely get him cut their again. I could leave ten stars I would. This place was amazing! It was my dogs very first grooming and the staff was so welcoming to not only my dog but me as well. I did not hesitate to leave her with them. When I came back to pick her up she was so happy and looked so good!!! I recommend a thousand times more and we will definitely be coming back!!! I take my dog Coco to Kaitlin she is wonderful I’ve taken coco to a few places prior let’s just say he is not of fan of other places and had problems with other places because he is a snapper only Kaitlin can handle him with aso much love and he doesn’t mind going I can say first hand he will not be going anywhere else the whole group works together as a team thank you !!!!!! Great job with all his cuts and smells great after as well

I feel bad giving this place 3 stars because although my dog looks very cute and neat, I just kind of wasn’t impressed.The staff are caring. There is nothing wrong with them.I’m not going to call out the specific groomer that I made an appointment with or anything because they were very professional and treated my dog like he was their own. It’s just the service that was provided made me just “meh.”I paid way too much for my dog. I love to spoil my dog, don’t get me wrong but I paid almost $100 for him and the groomer wasn’t even there to even tell me the steps of what she did to groom my dog. He’s not even a big dog, he barely weighs 25 pounds. I did not ask for much. I just wanted his nails clipped shorter, a bath, and his fur to be tidied up. I didn’t ask for anything else. He’s been to a groomer before and I’ve groomed him multiple times and he’s really not that bad so I can’t assume it was his behavior that made them charge me so much. I just wish I knew why the price was like this.They did tidy up some necessary parts of his body super well, he was soft but not as soft as other groomers I’ve been to, and they an amazing job on deshedding my dog, I will give them that. But he smelt a lot like vinegar. I know it’s good for dogs fur and skin, but his fur was just straight up smelling like vinegar. Not even like a small hint of soap.I would love to give this place another go if I wasn’t charged so much without any explanations as to why.

Katie came highly recommended by a close friend, my dog Harley is a little nervous and has always been skeptical of new friends. From the time we walked into Katie’s salon she made us feel welcome and comfortable, and I knew I felt safe leaving him in her care.
