Staff is friendly enough but the lines are consistently insane anytime im in here. Its not really convenient anymore even though it is up the street. I came back three times during the afternoon, hours apart, while doing other errands, and no change in the pharmacy line. I know it is my timing and theyre busy, but man, a second cashier to take overflow during rushes would be nice. These lines are longer than the isles. Half hour to hour waits are too much for some of these people that really need their meds. Ill have to come back tomorrow which is hard without my insulin, and i have to work without it because of my hours. I cant imagine how cardiac patients go to this location. Just get another casheir

I’ve been put on hold 3 times each time I’ve waited almost 30 minutes before someone gets back to me! Utterly ridiculous.

This review is for the pharmacy. I had my script sent there because it’s closer to home. I went to pick it up and the girl had attitude to begin with. Then I gave them my medical insurance numbers they never looked it up and said I had to pay even though my insurance covers it. The older lady is rude and ignorant. They need to hire people with better manners. I’m going back to my old pharmacy because they are nice and always have your prescription ready even if you forget your cards as long as you have your ID

One of the younger girls at the pharmacy has a terrible attitude each and every time I come into contact with her. She speaks to me in a condescending tone and gets easily annoyed for absolutely no reason. I can’t help but take it personally at this point.I’m going to management the next time it happens.

Went today 01/13/2023 and Carmen was the cashier. She was very helpful and friendly. The staff is always friendly. The store is clean and parking is accessible. I have been coming into this CVS for years and the visit has always been pleasant.

If your front store is open so should your pharmacy! Stop being cheap because you don't want to pay pharmacist overtime or spend the money for another pharmacist. This company has gone to hell!! I'd also like to add I've NEVER given a bad review. And I want to be clear it's not the store staff its the upper management and the people who only care about themselves because if they actually cared about people that pharmacy would be open along with the front store. After all isn't it that department that makes all your money? Oh, and Aetna and your pharmacies in Target. Overpriced good for nothing store. Its no longer convenient if that is closed I'll just drive 2 blocks to the dollar general. If I didn't have to use them I wouldn't.

The pharmacy workers are racist 🤷🏽‍♀️ , a person of lighter skin can walk in and get their medications but as soon as a person with brown skin / darker skin tries too they love to question them and try to deny giving it to us even when all our informations pop up , they always try to make you pay for it even when you have insurance that works they need to hire better people !

I usually wait on hold for 15m to speak with pharmacy or longer and they never apologize for the wait. Seems to be an issue with all CVSs. Switched to Walgreens which has been much better.

I have a terrible time almost everytime I try to get prescriptions. They are very slow and text you that they are ready and when you show up there not ready. Very ignorant people in charge of the pharmacy. The people who work there are fine and I never have a problem with the store part but always with the pharmacy.

Mrs Cindy is amazing !! She really cares about her customers and goes out of her way to so things I wasn’t able to pick up my meds because it was to early but she called them and asked the to Paige my doctor and they filled it !! If I ever hit the lottery this woman is getting half because she deserves the world ! Thank you so much !! Mrs Cindy !! Keep up the good work !!

The one star is for the pharmacist only.thas the location where I get my prescriptions meds but now thinking on switching to another near by pharmacy. I had a question for an over the counter medicine and one of the pharmacy technician was so kind to help me look for it but she needed to ask the pharmacist a question and pharmacist was very rude to her and she was only doing her job. Trying to help a costumer. I Had to leave and go to another pharmacy to get the help I couldn’t get. I feel sorry for those pharmacy techs that works with that pharmacist. He really needs to get training in running an pharmacy and treating his employees with respect and to care for customers concerns.

Terrible customer service. especially from some chunky lady with a knitted sweater (with no name tag). also from the curly short haired lady. I tell themhave a good night and nothing but silence from them. Obviously can tell colored people aren't their cup of tea.

Very, very slow to fill prescriptions. I would recommend taking them elsewhere. No matter the urgency or when it is submitted it will always take a full day. Don't risk your health.
