Usually nice to visit the store in Oakland and get a reasonable price when Discount is applied ( Raw food is not cheap, spent $135). This past visit, I mentioned that I called near closing time on Sunday and would not make it to the store in time, see you tomorrow. I asked if the discount could be applied on Monday? I was told, "Sorry, can't do that." So, I think I will shop there less frequently.

Very clean! It was my first time going there and I was greeted so nicely and was heard in what I was looking for. Attendant guided me where to look in the store, came over after a few minutes and helped us pick out a collar for our dog. Great customer service and friendly place to go to and great prices ! Highly recommended!!

They are the nicest and sweetest people ever. We’ve purchased our dog food here at least for 5 years and never have a problem. They have a really good variety of dog food and we want the best of the best for our Butter. We buy Fromm food for the quality, never had a recall.The store have a discount buy 12 get one free. You don’t need to buy all of them at once they keep track of it if you sign for their reward program.Plus they have a day, that everything is 15% off, which if Sunday ( not sure if might change)For Halloween they gave us a free cookie as well . We live far now but we will always came back because they have been so good to us and to our little friend, super recommended.

This is the best pet store for great service and a variety of pet supplies at reasonable prices. The sales team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Two weeks ago after my finger was injured in the parking lot trying to hold my dog back from another dog, the sales associate helped tremendously to bandage it before I got to urgent care.Very caring staff!!

I love J-B Pet Supplies. I enjoy shopping locally and they are always so helpful. They will even carry a bag out to my car if it is a bit heavy. My two cats love their toys from there. The store is always clean and well stocked.

I ❤️ JB Pet in Oakland. They always get the big bag of dog food I need and put it in my car for me, and always with a smile. I have been shopping there for pet food and other supplies for decades. They also offer a discount once a week and will text you reminders.

Prices are great and comparable if not less than on-line mega-stores.Service is always 100% and it’s nice to shop in a local store. This is a great store!! The staff is awesome and will help you find or advise you on anything you could possibly want. They work with rescue’s and, on a Sunday, had a group of adoptable puppy’s in the store for people to love on and adopt. Just a great place, great people. This is where I’m going to get all my pet supplies and food from now on. 😬👍👍

I typically buy my pet supplies here and have never had a poor experience however today I had an EXCEPTIONAL experience. I went in to purchase a 25lb bag of kibble and was greeted by two young ladies that I had not seen before. Not only was I asked if I needed any help, I was offered assistance in finding anything I might need. Choosing the kibble, I made my way to the front of the store to pay carrying the bag. Immediately the counter employee recognized I had an issue with my hand from recently having surgery. Not only did she insist on carrying the bag the rest of the way to the counter, she also insisted on carrying the bag to my car. I greatly appreciated her friendly demeanor and kindness. Thanks girls for a pleasant visit to the store.

They're one of a few pet stores that carries the brand my dog eats. Ordered online a few times and they deliver to my home for no charge the next day. Just have to spend over $50 which is pretty easy to do.
