This walgreens is terrible. Cashiers are always MIA and somehow always have an attitude. I never had a problem with the pharmacy though. Until today. I walk up, stand patiently and no one looks up or even acknowledges me. I say excuse me and I get a delayed "we'll be with you shortly". Three people couldn't look up to tell me they'd be with me because they were "busy" (they were not).And then they proceeded to not be with me shortly. Maybe because I was on my way to work, but I don't appreciate being ignored. I'm going to cvs. Walgreens is way too overpriced anyway.

The wait at the Pharmacy is outrageous, you wait to drop off your script, you wait to have it filled and then when you go back it's still not ready!Very unfriendly pharmacy techs, and the cashiers in the front are no better; they seem to hate their job. I have already transferred my prescriptions over to another pharmacy,there's too many other better choices than to deal with this nonsense.

I was recently insulted by cashier at the Walgreens and my benefits card did not have the money to pay for the food that I needed. I am completely disgusted with Walgreens

I have been using this pharmacy for quite some time that have gotten progressively worse. I came out of surgery and the forgot one of the most important medications I should not miss. Called west long branch explained to them and they put me on hold for an hour and a half I hung up knowing I have to go to the ER soon.😐 Careless!!!

Theresa the cashier stole my register rewards that printed out at the register. She folded them up and put them in her pocket. Manager at this store is soo nice but beware of Theresa.

Never a good experience at this pharmacy. And the manager of the store is a totally other story. Came in and she was sitting in the counter at the pharmacy talking about her personal life. It was not a sight to NOT WANT TO see, trust me. Took pics so that when I see the other manager , the male, I can show him how awful this looked to all the customers in the store. And by the way, the customers didn’t stop her from sitting up there. So hard to find good help these days. Inappropriate!

I had a prescription filled and my wife picked it up. She didn’t know she was being charged double. I contacted the pharmacy department who advised me this how they fill the prescription. I advised them this was incorrect. She then proceeded to tell me I could not return it to have it corrected but she would call me back tomorrow. She never did. I am so fed up I could care less now about the money and will not go there again! Worst customer service in the pharmacy department. Never had these issues with Rite Aide.

Worst pharmacy ever!! Dropped my prescription off at the drive thru, they told me to come back in a couple hours. I went back low and behold they never got my prescription and there's nothing in the computer system by my name. They keep asking if I'm sure I dropped the prescription off and what was the persons name that took the prescription from me. I was flabbergasted! Mind you I have a certain condition that requires narcotics. And for some reason they're making me feel like I messed up, when you call to ask the pharmacist questions? Don't even bother! Phone just rings and rings. Another time I had just gotten a tooth pulled and dentist gave me something for the pain I went in to get it filled an hour before they closed, the Riteaid pharmacist refused to fill the prescription because it was an hour before closing. Telling me to wait till tomorrow or go somewhere else, mind you my mouth is full of cotton, cheeks swollen and the numbness is gone and clearly I'm in pain. But I couldn't get my script filled because I came an hour before closing!!

Went for rapid Covid test (2 hours) for travel in 48 hours. Did not receive results until almost 2 weeks later. Called but given run around. Not reliable. Luckily we tested online with on point and got results in time for our trip.

The pharmacy is usually busy, waiting in line many times. Only delivering 2 days a week. Sometimes having to sit and wait for your order to be filled, after receiving texts that your order was ready. They do have a small convenient food department.

Pharmacy department is awful. If you make an appointment for a vaccine, call and double check they have that vaccine because they don’t tell you until you show up for your appointment that they don’t have it and STILL aren’t apologetic or helpful in any way.

Went a while ago and got a store credit card from very rude cashier then went to use it and there was no balance. Feels like she kept the gift card and gave me a blank cause how??!

Four people working. Not one person willing to acknowledge me, the only person standing on line at the drop off. I'll take my business elsewhere. The transition at this location seems to be going less than smoothly.

The service here was legendary. Legendarily bad! Corporate really needs to come down to the Oakhurst location and just clean house. I don’t believe the problems here can be fixed with a simple customer service training course.

Usually stop here for a last minute greeting card or snacks / frozen apps to bring to my family's place. Always seems to "get the job done."Their credit card terminals accept credit card via Samsung Pay. Sign up for a tag to earn points against purchases or get their app.

Prices are way too high !! I pad $24.99 for an item that was sold at Walmart for $17.65No reason a profit margin should be over $7 I mean at the end of the day Walmart isn’t losing money either so I know they jacked the price too , which tells me rite aid is making a profit over just this item of at least $9

Had an issue with printing photos and the store manager was very nice and helpful even though I didnt have the receipt. Will still use them for prints!
