Our 3 year old boxer Niko is such a good boy yet needed some training since he’s too strong for mommy when he wants to chase all the rabbits and squirrels in the world! Flo gave us warm welcome and nice tour to the facility, my fiancée and I could not choose any other place to send our beloved boy. And Scott, the trainer always responded with sincere, professional and prompt manner every time we reached out to him with questions. Niko’s happy to be at home now, but for sure he can’t wait to be at Green Leaf to fun day(s) again. Yes we’re definitely considering to send him to the daycare there too. Absolutely gorgeous facility with loving and kind staff.

We LOVE Greenleaf! Miles can hardly contain himself while in the lobby. We’ve been to numerous daycares in different states and this is by far the best one. We drive over 30 minutes because I feel like my dog is loved and cared for while he’s there. They’ve also accommodated our many last minute boarding requests while I was going into labor. We boarded him and I was a week late! They were always okay with us dropping off more food until we were ready for him to meet the baby. Our other dog also uses their grooming services and we’ve never been disappointed! Thank you to the staff, you’re the best!

My dog LOVES going to daycare to see his friends at Green Leaf! The front staff is very accommodating and pleasant. When I boarded him there was a very small issue, but the manager handled it very professionally and I was satisfied in the end and will board again.We received training for our puppy from Mike. He is amazing with dogs, you can tell that he genuinely enjoys his job and the dogs he works with. I had my doubts in the beginning, but looking back at how my puppy behaved when we first had him versus how well behaved and obedient he has become has made it all worth it. Mike is excellent!

I don’t go out of my way to leave reviews, but this one is well worth it. My dog has had aggression issues and can be extremely difficult and risky to deal with. Green leaf took on this challenge no questions asked. My dog has gone from extremely difficult, to LOVING Green Leaf just as much as I do. I am so grateful to this place as it gives me a place to board her when I need to and they take excellent care of her. I cant say enough good things about this place as they willingly took on a very challenging dog and made her love the place. So much that she doesn’t even bark or care about other dogs when she is inside. They provide EXCELLENT care here and I’m so thrilled to have their support. I am near speechless and so grateful to them for taking her on and not shying away from her. ALL the staff at both the resort and vet clinic have done amazing and I truly can’t thank you all enough!!!! On a side note, they also do AMAZING with de-shedding her too!!

Brought my dog Sully in today for his first daycare evaluation and I was very pleased with Green Leaf! Everyone was friendly and professional and my dog had a great time. I love how thorough their report card is. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing the specifics of his stay.

The best decision we could have made for our pup’s training was sending him to Green Leaf in Ocean to train with Scott! Loki is a 2 y/o border collie, so very high energy and a very big personality! With a baby on the way, we knew we needed some extra help getting his training under control, and Scott was on top of Loki’s training every step of the way! The staff at Green Leaf was amazing! Being 7+ months pregnant when we started Loki’s training, I was pretty nervous to be walking my usually very dog reactive pup into a location full of dogs each morning. Their accommodations to have a staff member (Michelle, who Loki LOVES) come take him from my car every morning put me at such ease. The final demonstration with Scott brought tears to my eyes. To see the drastic change in Loki over just a few weeks was incredible. Not only is he safer for me to walk with on a leash, but I feel confident in the safety of the dogs around us, as well as his own safety thanks to the control and focus that Scott was able to train Loki to understand, and my husband and I to support! We are forever grateful for all of their hard work and impressive results! Thank you Green Leaf & thank you Scott!

What can I say about green leaf pet resort, they are the best. Our puppy Murphy is so loved and adored when we bring him for daycare or grooming. They take such good care of him, that he runs so fast away from me when I drop him off to see all his friends. They are truly the best dog lovers around! Fantastic! The staff here was amazing especially Alyssa ! They are kind and patient and answered all of my questions ! I did not feel rushed and was more than comfortable leaving my dog in their care ! The pricing is very reasonable and Chip had a blast and is exhausted from playing all day ! From the moment you step into Green Leaf you are overwhelmed with a sense of warmth. Besides the fact that the facilities are top notch, the staff is so welcoming!! You can see how happy the dogs are- they are actually smiling! I was grateful that Green Leaf had an assessment protocol in place before accepting my Oscar, it gave me confidence that he would be placed in the best environment for him. His report card was more detailed than any I’ve ever gotten for my human kids (lol). Oscar was excited to go in and he was sad to leave!!! I would recommend this place to anyone who has a dog!!!

They always take care of our dog so well! She does daycare, boarding and grooming all at greenleaf and we’ve never worried about leaving her there. The staff are warm and welcoming, they know her name, and always answer any questions we have!

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. You would think this place is amazing as I did, but it’s honestly CONCERNING the way I received my dog. I have a French bulldog and I dropped him off sept 10 2023, picked him up sept 24 2023 & he looks absolutely famished. They never once notified me of his weight loss and told me he was perfectly fine the entire time of his stay. Not only am I concerned for the way he was treated but am extremely upset due to their lack of communication. Genuinely wish I could give negative stars. Clearly they do not monitor the animals and I am so sad that my baby had to endure this.

Had great experience over at Green Leaf Pet Resort. Scott our trainer has done a wonderful job with our boxer puppy Buddy. All of the staff at the front desk are very kind and helpful. And the rest of the staff in the back watching the dogs have been great with Buddy. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about the Green Leaf. Let’s start with the staff! Each person from the minute you walk through the door are the nicest most compassionate people I’ve ever meet. Matt is AXL’S trainer along with the team they are wonderful with our 3 lb Yorkshire terrier. Now to the facility this is a five star resort for pets. It is so immaculate you would not know there is a pet in the house nevertheless 150 on any given day. I highly recommend this place for training a new puppy or boarding while vacationing. Day care is so organized ask for a tour you won’t believe what you see.

This is an amazing facility, especially for puppies. This was my first time bringing my five month. Old cavachon and I was pretty nervous with him being boarded. They took amazing care of him and even sent pictures and videos of him and daycare. This is the level of care Pet parent needed for our fur babies to give us peace of mind when we are away. Highly recommend leaf pet resort.

The team at Green Leaf Pet Resort is by far the kindest, most caring, loving and compassionate group of people. My dog, Boomer, is unpredictable and has been, at times, definitely a challenge. It was always very hard for me to board him because a lot of facilities will not take on an unpredictable dog. Green Leaf is different than others and Boomer is different when he’s there. They are incredibly knowledgeable in handling dogs like Boomer and possess a very high level of professionalism. They take great care of him, interact with him, give him a lot of love, attention and even affection. I went away this past weekend and I can honestly say that I did not have one moment of guilt or anxiety. I am so grateful for Green Leaf and highly recommend their Pet Resort and Hotel!

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. It was my first time leaving my baby (English Bulldog) behind while we went on a trip. I was nervous but the staff made me feel so safe and secure. My dog Remy left me happily (even though mommy was crying lol). They sent me pictures of him having an amazing time and it made me so happy. I knew he was being loved and cared for. They sent me a report card and it felt so good to know he was being loved and playing and living his best life. When we came to get him, I was expecting him to be happy but Remy was upset we took him from his new friends lol. I will 100 percent be bringing him back. The staff was so sad to see him leave but he will be back. Thank you to our new family at Green Leaf. Remy loved it and will be back. Unhappy boy in the last picture when we picked him up lol.

My dog absolutely loves Green Leaf. Sometimes I think more than he loves being at home with me, lol. I always have a hard time getting him in the car to go home after a visit. They take wonderful care of him and can even bathe him when needed, which is a miracle because he has fear aggression with certain humans, but it seems he loves all the humans there. He loves daycare and socializing with the other pups too.

I cannot thank the staff at Green Leaf Pet Resort in Ocean enough for taking care of my Jasper who is the love of my life (yes, my family knows)! He spent 10 nights there while my family and I explored Alaska. When we picked him up he was happy as can be and smelled so good after his bath! I can tell he was well taken care of! Never really brought my dog to any establishment before. He is an indoor dog and most of the time we have people watch him if we’re away. We are deciding to go away and are going to leave the dog for a week today we had him go for an evaluation so that we can see how that place was. Overall, the dog had a good time and did well with other animals. The place is very crowded and seems pretty popular for the area. I just wish there was a location that was closer to Staten Island or New York. I will update this post after my dog has boarded for a week.

I put my dog there for 2 weeks when I was away for vacation, and my dog looked healthy and happy when I picked him up. It is a safe and sound environment to board your dog for sure, Highly recommended.

We were gone for 9 days on vacation and it was the first time we used GLPR Oakhurst. I called twice during that time and always got an update. Since my dog was there more than 5 days, they bathe your dog with a charge includes cutting there nails and cleaning there ears. I picked up my dog fresh and clean and my dog was calm upon pickup and seemed extremely relaxed at home. The staff is super friendly and engaged with the dogs. I am very pleased with the boarding aspect of GLPR I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Green Leaf Pet Resort facility was spotlessly clean. Reception was friendly and efficient. The Groomer, Tracy, remembered my Springer Spaniel dogs from last visit. Their summer cuts were perfect and both dogs were ready to come home in around two hours. Very happy with service and the results.

Green Leaf has been a saving grace for my puppy and me. Mike the trainer is basically a magician for being able to tame my giant ball of energy, and the daycare staff is so sweet and good with him, and they always point out any scratches they notice just to be safe. (To be clear, Pancake plays rough, but he loves it and has never sustained any injuries or been in any fights here.) The front desk staff is super nice and will always give affection and treats if no one else is waiting (shout to Pancake’s favorite girlfriend Ary!). I’ll definitely be recommending Green Leaf to anyone who owns a dog, and we’ll be coming here for a while, even after the puppy energy subsides. *Picture is of Pancake on the way home from daycare earlier this week, happy and sleepy.*

Green Leaf is Leo’s home away from home! All the staff members treat him with love and care and he always comes home happy & healthy!! This is an amazing and active alternative to my pup staying home alone all day. Leo just started training with Scott and we’re already seeing improvement. I can’t recommend Green Leaf enough for daycare and training!

We purchased the on and off leash training package for our very energetic Sheepadoodle and were lucky enough to have Walt as our trainer. He has done an amazing job with our dog. You can tell that he puts a lot of personal care into his work and generally loves our dog. We went from a fairly unmanageable 75 pound dog to a very well mannered pup that loves the things he has learned. I would highly suggest this training program to anyone who wants a very fun and loving training program with wonderfully attentive and caring trainers like Walt.
