Good location pristine facilities with helpful staff. I have a big dog and the self bathing station has saved me and my pup many times over. My dog thoroughly enjoys the experience every time we go, the air dryers are very helpful and go a long way. The self bathing service is worth every penny of the $10 it costs, it’s priceless. The service comes with towels, dryers & access to a variety of shampoos and conditioners along with free treats for the pups. When you’re done with the self bathing station they have a great selection of treats toys and many other things for you to shop around.

We visited the new location in Jefferson. Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. There is a small, but sufficient array of pet foods, enough of the good quality brands and sizes to suit my needs.We bathed our two (38-45 lb) dogs for $10 each - what a deal! I would definitely recommend to other pet owners.

Finally a first rate pet store in Jefferson. Very nice store but more importantly fantastic service. First time I went there Amanda welcomed me and showed me around the store. She is very knowledgeable and quite helpful. So happy to have a great store in my town and really enjoy the welcome Amanda and the staff gives me every time I frequent the store. Thanks for the personalized service and great selection. I'm a regular now.

The pet wash is great. Don't have to break my back trying to do it at home. Very clean. Have shampoo, towels hair dryers and treats. Can't beat the price. The young lady employee actually got in the tub with a treat to help me get my 50 lb dog in it. Lol. Will continue to go here.

Nice sized store, which is always well-stocked and pristine. The staff members are always friendly and helpful. The pet bathing area is very convenient and they have everything you need to give your pet a stress-free bath.

The staff is helpful and friendly. Received good advice from some to the more experienced staff. From newborn kittens to adult animals they have what I've needed so far. Prices are usually on Par with other stores. They're coupons and loyalty rewards help.

This pet store has a washing station for all furry friends. They provide towels and a hair dryer for pets. Best part is not having to bend over like using a tub at home.

Used the self wash dog bath. Great shampoos to pick from and so easy to get dog in and tethered. Will definitely use again. So much better then bending over the bathtub at home.

The conditions of the Betta's are horrific. The poor employee is doing her best to keep up with it but the store just keeps ordering more. The fish are dying in terrible conditions. It is appalling. If you can't properly care and store these fish you should not be selling them.

Took my grand puppy in for a treat on his way home from his visit- it's a really nice store with lot's of thing to spoil him with. The staff was great.

Never really had a problem there until I went on a whim waiting for food.i did not have a mask with me when I entered and the staff said I had to leave.i have no problem with that but all 3 staffers were not wearing masks either!I didnt complain and just left but afterwards I realized it.not a bad store though.

I have been a customer in your store since it opened in Oak Ridge I like the store but am perplexed by the amount of times you were out of meal worms and crickets and when you do have them the condition they are in most times they are half dead the store is great help is great but the ordering and care of these live food items is very poor please pay more attention To your stock and Your ordering.
