I go here solely because it’s the closest to my house.The pharmacy here is horrible. First, you have the older white haired lady who has never been happy in her life. I’ve never seen her smile nor be kind to any person, ever. Then you have the “tech” Roberta. I’m surprised she still works there via HIPAA regulations. I was tossed to her to goover insurance and instead of leaving her computer, she’s screaming my entire order and life history out loud. Why have cubicles to speak to someone private? Every time I’ve been there and she’s there: I could probably steal someone’s identity with how loud she is.If it wasn’t for the few nice people who fix all of their mistakes, maybe I could give a 2 star review.

Why is every drug out of stock? Thank god I have medication, but god forbid I had life threatening issues that required immediate administration of medication. Very disappointed in this CVS. The staff seems nice when I go there and call. It’s concerning that three of my recent prescriptions have been out of stock.

Not helpful when your child is sick don’t waste your time they are pill pushers only. No advice at all. What happened to helpful pharmacists, everyone is too afraid of being sued to be helpful. Pathetic!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I work in the ER. every time we call for a medication history , the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. which part of the ER do they not understand. every single time they have hung up on us and the Pt., gose without an accurate med history.It is time that someone thought these people some manners.total jerks.....

The staff was really unprofessional. I scheduled covid test for 3 people back to back so we can get it done quickly. We went inside and they directed us to the drive through. We waited for 10min before someone could help us. They asked for ID and insurance card and after providing everything they tell us they can't find one og the guys info and we should give the system sometime. They made us que at the back of the line as other people were waiting to be servised..This took us a whole hr even with a schedule.

My husband was positive for Covid & needed a prescription filled along with Tylenol. I was waiting for my covid test results & didn't want to go inside to potentially infect others. We asked the pharmacy if they would add Tylenol to our order & they wouldn't do it so I had to go inside & put others at risk. Walgreens had no problem accommodating me when I went for my medications & needed Mucinex so we switched pharmacy. I guess CVS Cares as long as it doesn't mildly inconvenience the staff. How unbelievably irresponsible.

This cvs is an absolute joke … It has completely gone down hill over the years .They can’t get it together at the drive thru . There could be 2 cars ahead of yiu and you wait and wait and this happens all the time .Doctors call in perscriptiinsThey say they dont have them and then act like you’re the problem . Then yiu habe to call your doctor who gets annoyed . Just an absolute mess . Take your scripts somewhere else

This is the most expensive store for toiletries and other items. What they call a sale is the usual price at other stores of this type. Even with a coupon, you’re not saving money. Some pharmacists are helpful and others treat you as if you’re invisible. I can’t recommend Oak Ridge CVS in any way.

I’ve been using this store for years. Both store and pharmacy employees have always been very friendly and helpful. It’s clean, and things are easy to find. I also love that it’s stocked with an entire healthy snack section. Out of the hundred-or-so times I’ve had to pick up meds for my wife or myself over the years, there has only been an issue once or twice, but they were minor and forgivable. Otherwise, it’s usually a breeze, and the pharmacists have gone above and beyond a few times to make sure things were taken care of when the doctors or insurance screwed up. I also got a few vaccines and a flu test at the minute clinic. All were quick and easy; although, the rapid flu test came back negative when I actually did have the flu (confirmed at my primary after a visit 14 hours later), so a PCP is probably a better choice if available.All-in-all, while it’s not the world’s best CVS and the lines could move a little faster at times, it’s far from the worst and has been an above-average experience more than not.

Just had a virtual visit as well as an in person visit with their minute clinic, and I got multiple prescriptions filled this week. Every single person I've encountered here has been extremely helpful and kind, and has gone out of their way to accommodate me. I honestly don't understand the low reviews by others. I have nothing but good things to say.

To be clear: this is a 5 ⭐️ rating for specifically DAN in the pharmacy department. Dan is the man! He’s nice, customer focused and so helpful.I walked in and had the pleasure of being helped by dan, he let me know my script was just received and it will be filled within the next 15 minutes and gave me some super helpful information as I haven’t filled a prescription in years.I stop back in and unfortunately dan wasn’t my person this time but he remembered me well enough to have grabbed my prescription super quick for the kind woman helping me. When she informed me of the price I was surprised and DAN THE MAN took action! He was so helpful to double check the insurance, diagnosed the problem gave me options and then went even further above and beyond to help me get the best price possible with my limited options.Dan, I hope they at cvs appreciate your hard work half as much as I did today!

This locations pharmacy is nothing short of useless. They are not pleasant and absolutely clueless. Was told I can wait 15 minutes for both prescriptions I gave to them,35 minutes later they tell me they won't have one until next week and I can wait another 30 minutes for the other. Someone should check to see if they are taking some of the pills they bottle because they must be high to think that normal. Whole staff needs to be retrained or fired.

Minute clinic is a joke. My wife and I went in to seek an appointment but they had nothing available. Even tho there was NO PTs or anyone around and both RN and tech were standing around on the phone. They both were not busy. But still we were told they have no time.

Went for the Rapid Test here in the parking lot. Be prepared it’s a small indoor shed type heated structure, built for one customer at a time, and one person administering the test.(The tester wore no mask so I must assume he’s already had and recently recovered from Covid) There is plexiglass separating you from the tester with a hand sized pass thru cut out. Pulled up and waited just a few minutes past my appointment time and received a phone call that it was my turn. They photograph your license, you can upload your health insurance card ahead of time to save time. You’re given the Qtip swab to use and then you pass it back to them for collection. I would have preferred to be outdoors for the swabbing and collection as you have to remove your mask in a tiny room where many others have just done the same. The whole process once called in to the room took about 4 minutes. Received my results and thank about an hour later. I also had to run inside the store which was new, well organized and had friendly helpful staff. Cashier was fast and professional.

This location, unfortunately, has gone downhill. The pharmacy is completely rude. They ignore you until they are ready and then act like they can’t be bothered with you once they finally do acknowledge you. I miss local pharmacies as part of our community.

The pharmacy staff are rude. They made me wait a half an hour to tell me that they did not have my medication in stock. When they saw that I was annoyed they said the long wait was my fault and tried to claim that they paged me several times and called my cell phone. They did not. They like to argue with customers. I try not to use this location if I don't have to.

The pharmacy doesn’t deserve one star. I have been lied to and given ridiculous excuses. I am unable to pick up my prescription because someone doesn’t know how to do their job. Unfortunately CVS and Aetna are one now and hire incompetent people or just throw them into a job with no training. Aetna is a nightmare and now CVS is a nightmare.

This store is fine to go to if you need to pick up a few essentials, or get photos, etc. however, as far as the actual pharmacy is concerned, every time I need to fill one of my scripts it is extremely frustrating. The pharmacists and technicians are very unproffesional, to the point that I feel like I am doing more of their job then they are. It takes at least an hour every time I try to get my scripts filled, and they feel that this is normal. Anywhere else I have gone the max I waited was 15 minutes. Also, because I am on some natcotic medication, they give me a really hard time every time I try to get a script filled, and make me jump through hoops Even though I have a valid script and I never come in before my refill date. Everything is just much more difficult at the pharmacy, and I suggest you take your buisness else where if you are trying to find a fast and reliable pharmacy with a properly trained and educated staff.

I feel bad for the employees, I know for the longest time they had no working restroom and had to go to surrounding stores to use facilities, assuming they could get coverage. How is that even possible in 2019! Now as always the coupon machine is still NOT working. It's always an issue when shopping here. I'm just going elsewhere unless I'm FORCED to shop here. No reflection on employees. They are not the issue.

Rude, liars that promised to order my medical then when I got the message that they were in, they gave me another brand for twice the price. I refused and the pharmacists said they wouldn't order it. Go to another pharmacy. I also complained about how filthy the counters were. Don't tell me to wear gloves and masks when you have filthy counters. Sh!th@le

Very discussed! I am so allergic to asprin and other medications. That I have to take a narcotic for my pain, which is no joke. It is worse being you have to live 24/7 on medication! Then to be treated like you don't exist. Very depressing . to top it all they never have the medication. Has to be ordered. Then God forbid your script has to be renewed! Now the system is they have to notify the Doctor.. Three times.. I was left with no pain medication for three days.. Can't walk or even get out of a ball in pain! So bad I have to get someone to get my medication. No more!! Paying the extra fir hone delivery! I really wanted CVS for emergency, lost of medication due to any problems with traveling. Was looking at being able to get our meds. So giving up on that plan!

I was discharged from the hospital a few days after having a c section. I called the pharmacy to see if they got my prescriptions from the hospital. The lady that answered birthcert introduced herself and was nasty. She said that they got it but there was some unknown issue and was told that I would be called back. Well, I got no call back, the pharmacy closed, and I suffered all night in severe pain and unable to properly take care of my newborn because no one said to me that my ins didn't cover the meds. I'd have taken the meds without the coverage. If there was another pharmacy closer I'd use them instead, but I'm stuck with this.... pity I can't give them zero stars!

If you need a pcr covid test and need results sent to your doctor do not use cvs. You will only receive a texted result. They do not say this until it is over. There is a checkbox to request results be sent to PCP but it is meaningless. Rapid test is not accepted for most clearances fyi but those results can be printed for you or sent to your PCP.

I went to this location looking for a face wash. They only had one left in stock but it was disgusting. It was covered in sticky black stuff. I asked someone to check if there was more. I noticed the staff was unloading the totes and the ones that weren’t unloaded were separated in what aisle they belonged to. I saw there was totes in the aisle That my item was in so I asked. The lady briefly opened the top one and glanced in and said “I don’t see it, it’s probably in the totes since they’re moving around the store. You can try to go to a different store.” She was nice and it’s not like the face wash is an immediate necessity but the laziness of the staff is unreal. She said she had a problem with her arm but why wouldn’t she ask for help then? I’m so annoyed that the reason I couldn’t purchase the item was because they didn’t want to look to see if it was in the tote of the aisle it was already in. Lost my business to Walgreens.

Went for flu vax, booked appt online to avoid unnecessary contact but STILL had to fill out paperwork on a clipboard (how many people touched that?) ...then had to wait in pharmacy area for nurse (with sick folks picking up meds!)...you'd think a pharmacy would have their pandemic act together by now 😔.
