The order online and pick up service here is superior to other food stores. The staff always goes above and beyond and honestly I find it very disturbing that we can’t tip them. If someone can contact me and let me know why I would appreciate it.

The place to go for rotten produce.UPDATE!!!They have completely renovated the produce aisle. The contractors they used did a great job!!! it's really nice looking now...........BUT the produce is STILL rotten.Also, the meat aisle is a health hazard that should be addressed by the health department. The ground beef is consistently out of date (and on manager's special---yay).The packages that aren't out of date are nice and pink on the outside, but a nasty gray about 1/4" in---looks like they threw a thin coating of fresh meat over out of date meat and re-packaged/re-labelled it.I have also come across numerous other out of date items here, ranging from canned goods to dairy goods and everything in between.

We moved here 3 1/2 years ago and this place was the worst supermarket. In the last 6 months they have stepped up their game exponentially! More alternative and organic items available. I no longer have to drive 30 minutes yo get decent groceries. Well done!

The deli counter at this store is so incredibly poorly run. Today was not the first time I have had an issue like this. I walked up to the deli counter with 5 people working and only 1 other customer who was being helped. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes without one employee acknowledging me in any way. I finally got fed up and went to the curtesy counter and asked if a manager was available. The person working asked about the issue and as soon as I mentioned the deli she quickly called for a manager. After another wait the manager walked up and I recognized him as a person that was joking around with what appeared to other employees about 20 feet from the deli counter. Useless conversation with the manager so I went to Shop Rite and gave them the 80 dollars I would have spent in cold cuts. No wonder this store is always empty including right before a snow storm.

Thank you to Iris in the Deli Department of the Oak Ridge Acme who helped me with a party order I placed yesterday. She was extremely courteous, professional and helpful. What a pleasant person!! Looking forward to having her help me in the future!!

We got what we needed and the prices were just okay. The staff were really attentive, especially the front end manager. The reasons why I docked two stars are the produce and the stock rotation. With the produce, it was extremely slim pickings and I had to search for a while to find something fresh-ish. They need to clear out the bad produce. Not only that, but the stock rotation throughout the rest of the store is extremely questionable. I wanted to buy some Chi Chi's brand tortillas and by some luck noticed that they were expired before I bought them. I kept looking to find some that weren't expired and found that most of them had passed their sell by date....the sell by date on some was nearly a year ago! I can understand a few here and there that were past the date slightly--there's a lot of stock, few people to go around and rotate stock, and human error can and does happen. But, these were sitting there, piling up, for nearly a year, with most unsuitable to be kept for sale. So, I'm glad we got what we needed and our interactions with staff were pleasant, but they really need to get better produce and keep an eye on any going bad, as well as rotate their stock.

I think the produce and meats are really good. I like that it’s small. I’m not a big store person . But I wish they carried Splenda creamer. I have to go to other stores to get it.

The employees at this store are always so helpful & friendly! They frequently go out of their way to help, even if not necessary. This store is located conveniently for me. The prices are definitely a little higher than in other stores, but if you shop the sales you can always find good deals. For the location & the service it is not worth it for me to go to a different store. I just wish that the quality of the peppers & the cucumbers was more consistently good!

I hate this grocery store so much. Never use self checkout it is very confusing. Everything is overpriced and there is not much variety. I stopped going there because I just hate it that much. I do not recommend.

Not happy when shopping after 9pm forced to use self checkout,☹Customers shop for service not to do the work for the store. Acme also stop carrying a variety of good brand .

I was singled out at self check out and told I had to carry my items outside and could not use a basket. Idk about you, but you don’t single someone out and make them feel harassed and stereotyped at your local food store you go to every week. I’m going to have to find somewhere else to shop where I’m not watched in the store like I’m stealing from them, have the cashiers give me an attitude consistently and icing on the cake your staff has no idea where anything is and then jokes about it in front of you. Extremely unprofessional and I’m really upset about it!

Rude service members at self checkout who scold you for making their job difficult. Food expires just as quick as placed out on the shelves. Be careful of the chicken cause it smells bad. Go to Weis in Franklin its cheaper and cleaner. UPDATE: Self Checkout Person hovers around you like a satellite. No prices under $5.00. We need better places to shop cause ACME will give deals if you buy 4 quantities of an item to get a deal.

Prices are still high. I only shop here since there is no meaningful competition for 10 miles in any direction. The staff are generally good people. They deserve credit and are the reason I give this place 2* rating.

Convenient for the locals, sure, but stepping into the place feels like stepping into a late 90s supermarket doing the bare minimum to stay relevant. Also, with prices being as steep as they are here, you would think the shopping experience would reflect that.Is there some sort of reality TV show that features supermarket makeovers of some kind?

This store is a rip off I went to get a bag of treats if my dog and the one I get at BJ is 15.00 at acme.I grab the bag and go to pay for it ,...50 dollars!! Ridiculous, they are so over priced there, I only go there for emergency, what a joke

This is not our primary grocery store, but I asked my husband to sop on his way home from an appointment and pick up bread, milk and eggs. He paid $5 for a 1/2 loaf of store baked bread sliced sold in packaging that is not suitable for storage once opened. Be careful in here. I find that their regular prices are generally “high”.

Store was very clean and easy to find most of the things I wanted. When I couldn't find an item I happen to ask a manager that I saw and he walked me right to it. No questions asked no trying to get me to buy the store brand what I was looking for. Very pleasant experience with them the price was very reasonable

While I'm here all the time, I detest shopping here. It's convenient as it's down the road from me & I'm not able to get to shoprite all the time. However I get price gouged big time. I pay 2-3x's more than anywhere else. The self check out needs to be put in also I'm sick of waiting in long lines for 1 simple thing. On the plus side, most the employees are very nice & friendly.

It was amazingly clean, The associates were unbelievably polite, they were not out of anything that was on my list. Has somebody with high anxiety and OCD this was my first trip into a store since Easter they made it an amazing experience. Thanks
