By far one of the best Dollar Tree locations I've visited and I've been to many within the state. I visited here to pick up a few items and what stood out to me was how clean, well-organized and staff friendliness. I went to get some birthday cards that were unfortunately not well-stocked; however otherwise the other items I needed were well-stocked. The older gentleman at the cashier at #1 was pleasant and polite.

Overall I like this dollar tree however who ever was working register 4 on 8/11 @ about 4-4:30pm is very rude & unprofessional. Assuming she was in a rush to go on break but still no excuse. She is telling customers “I’m not taking any customers, you don’t see my light off” with a sprinkle of attitude to top it off. If you are speaking like this to customers you should definitely not be in customer service. Im sure she would not like anyone speaking to her in a nasty way especially when every register had their lights off even the one taking people. Other than that I have never had an issue at this dollar tree & love that it offers a variety of things that the other dollar trees don’t.

The cashier who's accounting was excellent she was kind and friendly. But the store there was no air condition on there was long lines and then you had a register that only took cards but no cash and the other register took both it was a nightmare there was no air circulation and the lines

Customer service is the worst. Never again. Also, they have a manager that you tell her the complaint and she is like a clown who didn't bring any solution.

We ( my family and I ) are always impressed with the staff especially at this store. They are always very helpful and courteous. It is more than just the normal service one might expect as several times the staff member went above and beyond. We often look forward to seeing the same familiar faces when we go. The store is always well stocked and clean.

This is by far the best dollar tree I've ever been to. Well stocked clean and the cashiers are fast. The only thing I would change about this store is having more cashiers. Especially on weekends when it gets hectic other than that. Great place and close to home. Lol

This is one of the best Dollar Tree stores in New Jersey. It may be a little messy, but you can definitely find all the things you see on the YouTube videos!! It's wonderful

The store itself is very clean and organized. I had an employee in one isle tell me he was working that area and acted as if i was in his way. I told him i was checking a few things out if he could wait until i was done and he proceeded to throw things by my cart and do things with an attitude. I did not appreciate that, i understand if you are working an isle and i was to stand there in your way but i was off to the side he still had space. I complained to the manager and she did speak to him. I wouldnt go back to this location... avoid the guy with glasses and short dreads/braids.

This location is going down hill. Not run very efficient. Manager and other workers stand around talking everytime I go and let the line build up with only 1 cashier available. Its no wonder cashiers are constantly coming and going. Bad management. Being left to struggle with alot of upset cutomers on their own. Cashier also texting the whole time they wait on you whichof course takes longer to checkOut. Save time and go to a different one. The one by kohl's on Passaic Ave Clifton is much better run.

This particular Dollar Tree, if I remember correctly, opened around end of 2019. It's the perfect spot. On a main street-plenty of parking & if u get hungry, you can pick up something at Burger King located in the same parking lot. When this store first opened it was a mob scene and I believe it continues to be successful. This Dollar Tree is always neat and organized. Kudos to the employees & managers of this location and today they had (hard to find) alcohol. I bought 3 bottles- limit was 4. Don't forget to wear ur mask. Stay safe 😷

A well stocked store with the essentials marked at a reasonable price, you'll find your $1 deals and more, from snacks to drinks to cleaning supplies and household items, seasonal decor and lots of sweets. I always see the staff busy restocking the shelves, plenty of parking too.

Lady today on cashier 3 around 9am was very rude was on her phone the whole time with a dirty look on her face!The store itself was very clean and all the other workers were very helpful

This Dollar Tree on Franklin Ave. in Nutley, NJ, is well stocked and roomy. The parking is free, with Handicapped parking in the front. The front doors automatically open, so ther is easy access for the Handicapped, as well as customers, whose hands may be filled with bargains! The aisles are spacious and well stocked with a variety of items. Many times, i go in for something, but leave with much more! This location is very clean and organized! They are a God send for school supplies, holiday decorations and home necessities! Thank you Dollar Tree! 😀💖

Store was packed only one cashier. When a second appeared she took people from the end of the line not the next in line. She than was txting on her phone as she rang people up. What a lack of customer service.

Sales Associate Alyssa was on her phone the entire transaction on Instagram. Did not greet us, threw our bags at us, and didn’t say thank you once. No words were spoken from her the entire transaction. She even had to take her AirPods out when I asked if they took Apple Pay. As someone who works in customer service as a cashier, this would be unacceptable in my place of work and means for firing. Do better.

I love this store in Nutley everything is organize and clean but my favorite cashier is EVA she is so nice with people and especially now that almost everyone get mad for everything so I recommend you to go to that store.

It's a dollar store, they have a big selection everything for a dollar. It's clean plenty of parking no real issues nothing to complain about.
