I’ve loved all my interactions and experiences at this cvs. The pharmacists are efficient, professional and helpful. They have been great with me. I also love the selection of items. And the cashier was so helpful, she showed me how to download the app and it’s been a game changer.

Horrible pharmacy customer service. Kept telling me my prescription insurance card was a discount coupon card. After showing her the information she needed was on the card three or four times and her going to other representative store members who just said I was wrong with no investigation . When I got an insurance rep on line to correct them on the error of their ways I was treated with dirty looks and an attitude of contempt. Not once 🔂 was a simple sorry or acknowledgement of mistake made.

i go here to procure my shampoo/conditioner (never both at the same time because i don't use them at the same rates), which i take to the self-checkout in order to have the least amount of human interaction. decent spot for dilly dallying.

Honestly I am so pissed I transferred to this CVS. My CVS shut down, this was most convenient as far as location. Ordered medication I needed. They tell me on its way 1 week. It’s been 3 weeks !!! Absolutely terrible service.

My husband and I (both seniors) visited CVS to get our flu andpneumococcal vaccines. We had a lovely technician (Demi) give the shots. What a sweet & caring person she is. Thank you CVS for having Demi as one of your employees. She definitely brightened our day.

Unfortunately I was made extremely uncomfortable with your cashier Aayushma. I came to do a withdrawal from the ATM and a deposit via the register. The young lady WATCHED me make a withdrawal and get in line. Now this isn't my first deposit to this branch. I've deposited up to $800 before and didn't have my twenty dollar bills checked. I asked her why is she checking them when she just saw me make the withdrawal she claims it's the amount of bills. Considering a lady before me handed her twenties with no issue I'm assuming it's who I am which is extremely biased and offensive. I'm eagerly waiting for a response.

Absolutely the worst when it comes to answering the phone at the pharmacy. I have called, started driving to the pharmacy, get there in 45 minutes, and the call was still not attended to. I call, wait for long periods of times, they do not pick up. I have three phones on hold at this very moment. It is laughable at how awful their customer service is.

I went to the pharmacy to look for a product and received no help from the pharmacist. After 3 attempts he finally left his area and showed me what I was looking for but was not happy that he had to work. Not very friendly. Never go there again. When I called tonight to makes complaint to the pharmacy manager I was told there is not one. The manager is on vacation for 2 weeks and know one is in charge. Maybe the AG should look into this. Scary.

Employees there are very rude to customers always stating that they are busy when they're busy just talking amongst themselves and the management ain't no better that's why I got me a new Pharmacy today I transfer all my medications to the new Pharmacy good luck CVS on 2 you don't get professional employees you're going to lose a lot of customers

Why do individuals not care for this location.. it carries so many different products in many little departments. I've had numerous encounters with employee's, being cashiers and managers due to either problems with my printed coupons (which happens all the time with me) or the self checkout not being co-operative.. their so courteous and professional. My visits are always cheerful. These people come to work so they can help myself and others. I appreciate all that they do. 🤗😁

Horrible. I tired to use the drive thru shoot to drop off prescriptions but that did not work because nobody checked the shoot. The prescriptions were still in the shoot when I went back 30min later to check to see when they would be ready. Also, nobody picked up the phone when I called which is I went back to check on the prescription. They also said I would be able to pick up a script the next day but did not have the meds when I went the next day to pick it up. The service is terrible and while I understand its a difficult time, they need to do better.

If there is negative star, I will give it, they don't even deserve one star. When I picked up my prescription, I didn't realized the pharmacist didn't apply to my insurance until I got home, I talked to the pharmacy manager named Parth, and asked him to back date to my insurance, he rejected and said that would be a lot of work. He was rude and unhelpful at all, he should not act like that especially as a manager, he may need to be retained as a regular employee. Finally, I had to call customer service to sort my issue out. It was the worst pharmacy experience even.

I haven't used the pharmacy service, so this review is solely on the front staff. The guy that was supposed to "assist me" took his sweet time to go the register after being called. Didn't know where the things were to help. Was moving very slow looking for it. It seems like the lack of training in here is only met by the lack of professionalism, and care for customers time.

I always find what I’m looking for at this particular Cvs, now being that the world is in a COVID-19 panic, I find it very distasteful that the lady that charged me, not only were her pink latex gloves filthy, but after I made sure I handed her my money, she placed my change on the counter where billions of people I’m pretty sure touch today. Pretty messed up since she has the filthy gloves and my hands were sadly bare because of lack of gloves everywhere, but definitely clean.

the drive through is always closed or takes an exorbitantly long time… and the inside pharmacy line is always a mile long and when you get to the front they tell you they don’t have your meds but don’t worry they’re on order

I have to call them after an hour because my MD send to fill my medication , they said it will be ready tomorrow, 😏😏😏No calls , nothing ?I have to ask them to call other location as this med is a pain medication.The pharmacy argued that it is antibiotic, 🤭😫Indomethacin is treatment for Gout. Not antibiotic. So i should not wait for tomorrow. And regardless ….It’s their responsibility to call if the medication is not available.Now I have to think, who refills my meds there.

I had the best experience this morning filling a prescription. I had two prescriptions totaling over $600 and no way could I afford them. Parth, the pharmacist , helped me tremendously in getting these costs lowered greatly. He is a great asset to CVS!!! Thank you so much Parth and staff for taking the time and patience in providing excellent customer service!!!

Just awful. Left a few years ago and I have no idea why I went back yesterday. Same lesson learned as last time. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. The most horrible customer service, they are just downright disrespectful. No accountability. No organization whatsoever. Only one with any sense in the place is the young male pharmacist I dealt with. Just too bad he has to deal with the negative customers like me because his staff members are doing a terrible job of keeping things together. Needless to say, I will never go back (once) again.

The staff is nice, but they had me waiting for an appointment for 45 minutes. I showed up early and A woman that told the receptionist she was a half hour late was seen before me. My appointment was at 2:30pm and I was seen past 3:30. They need to get their act together. It’s not right.

Store is spacious has a great selection of major brands. Friendly, courteous staff. Easy to locate from the street, either walking or driving. Frequent sales or buy one get one 50% off. Holiday gifts and decorations, for example: Christmas, Valentine's Day, 4th of July. Free parking for customers. Handicapped parking near front doors. Automatic entrance doors for handicapped. Highly recommend this CVS location!

The Indian male pharmacist is very rude and nasty, i called to check on a prescription and he told me i have to go into the store, that they can't tell me over the phone if it's ready or not, i told him I've done this many times before and he said, well that's not allowed and hung up on me. I am moving my proscription for me and my family to Rite aid. I can't trust a person with that type of attitude to fill my prescriptions.

Well stocked, clean location with a helpful staff. Typically excellent CVS pharmacy staff, but they are completely mobbed. 1+ hour waits are not uncommon.

DON'T TRUST THIS PHARMACY with your health. Make sure you count your meds.I have to go there to make my case. I'm on social security and now have to pay for a taxi to and from.20 dollars added on to my medsWent back today and they said that they would give me a 14 day supply. I gave the cashier a bottle with 16 tablets a short time later she gave me the bottle and said that there were 30 tablets. I checked and it was the same 16 tablets. She said sorry there were 2 bottles.
