I needed a mini-split AC/Heating unit for my home. After walking out of a different business in the past, a friend of mine recommended that I work together with Richard, and am extremely grateful he did. This was infact my second AC purchase and working with Richard B. He listened to my request and put together a detailed estimate with exactly everything I needed. He was extremely detailed to coordinate with me and was super friendly. He knows his products thoroughly, and even did a little research if he needed to confirm. Within a few days I had the equipment and supplies ready for my tech to install. What a superior sales representative!!! I wish more representatives are like him, and am looking forward to purchasing more equipment/supplies and working with Richard.

I bought a new heat blowing motor here. The broken motor was old, so I couldn't find the same one, but he recommended the motor that fits as much as possible, and I had no knowledge of the motor, so he explained my question in detail and was very kind.
