The staff always do such a great job! My dogs used to require multiple people to hold them down just to do nails and now it's a one person job. My dogs don't fight them. Very great job they always do.

As a new client, I was pleased they were able to get me in within two days. Staff returned my call and were very pleasant to deal with. Most importantly, great job grooming my shorkie, and they gave me a heads up call so he could be picked up as soon as he was finished. Great place to bring your anxious pups. We will be back!

Today was my first visit. I couldn’t be more pleased. Staff was super friendly, the store was very clean and a happy atmosphere.Most importantly, my 11 month, 80 pound Bernadoodle looked amazing. They trimmed his head and face perfectly.Of all the places I have taken my guy, they by far of done the best job.I will absolutely be back. 🐾🐶

Shannon gave a wonderful question and answer session and stayed very patient and professional 👍 I was so happy to know they were re-open! Service with a smile, always! I am not one to leave reviews but as someone who works in the costumer service industry I feel like this is info that needs to be shared. I took my dog a little over a month ago for grooming, the service was “ok” (not great but not bad, good enough to return, the employees were not super friendly but they did a decent job on the grooming) so I scheduled another appointment for him to return- my appointment was scheduled for a Wednesday, I recieved a voicemail the weekend before as a reminder of my appointment, would of preferred a text but they did leave a voicemail 4 days prior to my appointment (voicemail was left on a Saturday afternoon)- I would say this isn’t the most ideal timeline of confirming an appointment but none the less they did call to confirm. Unfortunately time sliptted away from me the day of (chasing my 1 year old around and missed my 9 am appointment) I called at 10 am apologizing that I had missed by an hour! I was told to return I needed to pay $25 fee over the phone to reschedule. The woman on the phone was completely emotionless, rude, and did take anything I was saying into consideration. She was totally ok with losing a customer forever rather than hearing me out as this was only the first time I had ever missed an appointment. I totally understand there are rules inplace for a reason & I did miss the appointment. But I also called right away to apologize for that, as I was apologizing her response was immediately telling me I owed $25, as if I hadn’t just explained how my morning had gotten away from me & that I was so sorry & that this was my first time ever doing this. I’m sure this is a common thing for them as they call 4 + days before the day of the appointment to remind you, I speak for myself but being a working mom who also takes care of a dog and a 1 year old, 4 days in advanced is way too early for a reminder, you would think they’d take my call into consideration but rather I was pushed away and the $25 fee has now caused this company to miss out on a reoccurring customer- is the $25 worth no longer having a client? Is the poor customer service on the phone worth getting a bad review? Again I’m understanding that there are fees/rules in place but the lack of empathy on the phone, the rude “it’s $25”, not considering anything I was saying, & then when I calmly explained I was not going to return the woman on the phone chuckled and said “ok great have a nice day” … Interesting way to run a business I’d say.

I took my dog for the first time today, and I had a wonderful experience! First of all, the place is absolutely adorable and everyone there is very welcoming. I had my doubts at first since I have had such a bad experience with other dog groomers in my area, but wow, they were so pleasant. My dog's hair cut was even and he looked great. Also, when he left, he was very happy, which is a huge change from the past experiences he's had with other groomer. It was also very affordable, since I have a smaller dog. I would definitely recommend this location!!

Great service and amazing value. Your pup gets more attention, and you spend less money. I knew I wanted to try Shaggy Chic when I saw all the work they owners were doing to get the store open. Day after day, they were painting and getting the building ready. Shaggy Chic embodies the spirit of small business. Work hard and provide good value. I won't be taking my pup ANYWHERE else!

Shaggy Chic does a great job, no nicks , no burns!! They are kind to the animals, listen to your instructions and are very reasonably priced. My recently rescued goldendoodle needs a little extra TLC because of his anxiety and they give him back just full of himself.
