Sam's Bagels Deli and Cafe can be found as part of the Arthur's Court Shopping Center. This is one of three eateries within the center, and in the morning, this is one busy place. It has the standard breakfast fare of bagels, eggs, pancakes , and breakfast burritos, as well as wraps, burgers, deli sandwiches, and salads. On this visit I had the Taylor Ham Egg and Cheese bagel, and found the eggs alone to be quite substantive. The meat and cheese merely added to the substance. The coffee was quite good too.

I can't share any review on the food because the service was so bad that I left in the middle of ordering. I walked in to order takeout, I waited behind 1 other customer. When my turn came up I started to order but then a phone call came in and the employee answered the phone. I thought he would put them on hold and continue with me, but no, he proceeded to take their order, totally ignoring me. After 10 minutes of him writing down their extensive order I loudly voiced my displeasure and walked out. Horrible customer service. It's not like there aren't numerous bagel shops in the are. They obviously don't worry about repeat customers.

This place is DEFINITELY OVERPRICED! What a ROBBERY….$2.25 for a butter roll not even hot. Gosh what would they charged! I will never return here…explains why they were empty and B & B was full btw there butterolls are 1 dollar and 40 cents and my son loves it.If I can give this place a 0 I would have,Not a way to start a morning

Used to be a regular at another local bagel place but the change of ownership ruined what was once amazing....fast forward to a few weeks ago we came across Sam's. Inital impressions were great they use the best deli meats and everything is made fresh. Actual homemade cream cheese here, not just bulk cream cheese with ingredients added to it and you can taste the differance. The bagels are a good blend of soft and chewy, and the home fries are cooked perfectly not to brown but not undercooked. By far one of the most important things that they do well is a good cup of coffee it hard to find one around here these days. My go to is the bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and my fiance loves the everything bagel with scallion cream cheese. Everyone should give this place a chance and enjoy quality food for a good price!!!

I love going here. I place my order on their website and go pick it up. Sometimes, I just pop in, and the lovely man takes my order. The place is clean, and they have a snack and tea section by the register. They also, by the menu, make sub sanwiches. But I go there for the bagels and they are fresh and soft. I get a dozen sometimes, and they freeze well.Nice and friendly workers! I highly recommend this place! 👌

We have been getting bagels from here for quite a while. At first it was just me and my husband! Now my kids are having bagels! And everytime we get bagels, they ask where it's from. My youngest, Benjamin, just said "if it's not Sam's, I'm not eating it" 😊 that's how you know they are really good! I definitely recommend them!

On my way back from "that 10 minute oil change place" and wanted try a new spot for bagels and almost missed this place . It does have it owns parking area.Got a delicious whole wheat everything bagel with cream cheese. The girl behind the counter was friendly and paid attention to who walked in the door to get their orders. Nice and clean and the cooks were busy cooking away in the back.Will be going back to try out some of the lunch options.

I visited Sam's for the first time and I'll definitely patronise again. I was running late and ordered a Bacon, Egg, Cheese on a Roll and an iced coffee. I was in and out within 5 minutes. The iced coffee was good and I was happy because sometimes the iced coffee in some bagel shops are watery. Prices are fair and staff was friendly.

We ordered breakfast from here at my job. They crushed the estimated time by over 20 minutes, which was great. One of our sandwiches was wrong BUT I called and I explained that to them and the man who answered was the nicest man ever. He apologized profusely for the mistake and they made us another one and sent it right over. Now that's customer service because I was not a happy camper when I saw that. But he literally changed my mind and I appreciate that. Great customer service. Will def go bac.

I work at a radiology center nearby and we order from Sam's almost everyday. The food is awesome! They have many great breakfast and lunch options. The food never disappoints and the prices are very reasonable. Ive stopped in there once to pick up an order and the place is immaculate. The staff is also very friendly. I would really recommend sams to anyone.

Staff is super friendly and efficient. The sandwiches are huge and hearty, they are not stingy on the meat at all. They have a wide selection of bagels and breakfast/ lunch options. Parking right up front. They really have the best bagels in North Arlington.

I got a 4ft sub and it was delicious! It was the best price around and it comes with a bunch of stuff on the side, pickles, olives, banana peppers, chips, mayo, mustard, oil and vinegar!! It was so good!! I have had their bagels and they are also delicious and their homemade cream cheese is the best cream cheese I have ever had!

Staff is constantly walking around and talking, ignoring customers messing up orders and forgetting the most simple instructions. New owner is a clown and most of the people who work there have no idea how to use the equiptment. One of the servers actually had to ask me how much food that I ordered cost. Also foodm usually isn't cooked right either underdone or overdone. Do yourself a favor avoid this place

Sam's Deli is the best newcomer to the local Bagel Scene. The bagels here are lighter allowing for less meat in your sandwich to achieve the same taste than those at competitors (such as the Bagel House). While Taylor Ham will never be healthy, there is a lot of relief knowing that we now have an option for slightly smaller portions sizes without sacrificing taste at all. The staff and owner are all extremely sweet and personable people. One of my favorite spots to get some bagels.

They lost my online order, so I had to re-order and pay a second time for food that I already paid for all whilst being treated rudely by the woman behind the register. This is the second time in two weeks this has happened, and at this point I would rather take the trip to the Rochelle Park location because at least there they are polite about things.

I have to say, I was impressed. I ended up coming here for breakfast a few times right after I moved into the neighborhood. The service was friendly and prompt, food good quality and reasonably priced. A great neighborhood spot!

Gave this place another try. And still has not gotten better. I called in an order for a bagel sandwich, before work, the girl repeated back the order 3 times and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there 25 minutes later and the girl said there was no such order, and that they could have lost the ticket. She said it would be another 15 minutes. I didn’t not get my sandwich. I had to just get a plain bagel with butter. This is the fifth time this has happened.

French fries for breakfast really what happened to the Original Home fries !!!!Hear my 50 year old recipe in how to make homemade home fries fist boiled the potatoes over night then put in in the refrigerator and the next day in the morning cut the potatoes 1 inch squared then on the grill cook your bacon but don't scoop up the bacon grease from the grill use it for potatoes and add onions with salt pepper and paprika and thats all

They're good. But I heard they stopped delivering. That sucks on so many levels. Their Cali salad is really good. And their Spanish breakfast burrito... Really good!
