I reached out to them in the middle of a super busy work schedule, knowing that my pup was really matted and needed grooming ASAP. They were able to work with me and my schedule between flights, and even when an employee was unexpectedly out the day of the appointment, the owner came from a different store to take care of my girl. I thought that spoke volumes about the kind of service that they deliver.Unlike other pet parents I’m seeing in the reviews, I know that you can’t always brush through a mat (and that trying can be extremely painful for your pup.) I told them from the start, please just shave her down as close as you need to, to make sure that she is comfortable. They ended up shaving her to a length longer than I expected, and she didn’t lose a bit of charm. Her face was also groomed perfectly.She smelled great, she looked great, and she seemed happy and at ease. You can tell that the people who work here truly care about animals, and I truly appreciated the non-judgmental vibes I got even though my pup’s coat was far from ideal.I’ll definitely be returning again!

I've been bringing my dog there for grooming for about a year now, and I've consistently been pleased with the results.My dog always looks handsome after each visit, and I'm grateful for the care and attention given by the owner and the team. Their professionalism and dedication are evident in the quality of their work.

It was the first and last time I will be there. I had an appointment 3 weeks out for my dogs first birthday. I asked him for a fluffy puppy cut and completely butchered my dog, I didn’t even recognize him at first. He buzzed him to the skin and it’s not even either. He told me he would call me if he had to buzz him shorter and I never got a call. He left a little hair on the head. He buzzed the tail so short it looks scrawny and terrible with hairs on the end it ended up looking like a mullet job. He said he was too matted but a groomers job is to literally brush through the hair. $80 wasted, never again.

Citi had his first visit on 9/6 & he came out out looking so handsome! He is only 7 months & the groomers at the North Arlington location did a great job taking care of him. When I had asked the lady how he did, she was super nice about it. She understood his wiggly tendencies & explained that he’s still a puppy & was good during his grooming overall. I will continue to come here as the people were friendly, the service was done in a timely manner, & the price was reasonable for the work they provided.I highly recommend for puppy wonder to try to desensitize them as much as you can before you bring them to the groomers (i.e. touch their face, paws, & ears).

I’ve gone here twice. And both experiences have been amazing. My dog comes out smiling and they even gave him a tie. He smells amazing and feels clean too. I believe that it is quality work and I would definitely trust them with my dog again.

Took my pup Charlie here, for his first visit. He needed a groom baddd as he was very matted. The team was super nice and professional. Made sure to call me and make me aware that he will need to but cut down a bit more than expected. Although his coat is very short now he still looks super cute! I would 💯 percent recommend Puppies and Tattoos! Thanks! 😊

The groomers at Puppies and Tattoos do an awesome job. I love that they're accessible via text msgs. So even if you're busy and can't call them, you can figure out schedules via texts. Charlie is friendly and open to feedback! They accept zelle, venmo payments too, more convenient than cash/credit only places. Your puppies will come out cute and happy after a grooming session here. Also, no crates here (yay!)

Wow I just love the way Stacy and Charles groomed Hope. They made Hope feel so loved and she sat very good for them. I recommend Puppies & Tattoos highly! Hope is a 2 year old Bichoo Poodle. Beautiful job! Now Hope sleeps 😴

I was very nervous taking my pup to get her first haircut. My husband and I tried to give her a haircut which ended terribly so we knew a professional needed to fix it. We brought her there and I have to say Espe did such a great job. She looks great, smells great. What more could you ask for :)

What an amazing job they did on my Miniature Schnauzer! I was scared to try someone new, because in the past he would get completely shaved down. They followed the instructions that they were given, and their communication skills are top notch. Pricing is reasonable, and it's just totally worth it. Bruno looks sooo handsome, and almost a week later AND after a very rainy weekend, he STILL smells amazing after getting all wet. We are VERY happy. Thank you, Puppies and Tattoos.... you now have a new very happy client(s).

I just moved to North Arlington 2 weeks ago and have been looking for a new groomer. I was referred to Puppies & Tattoos by the locals. I’m so happy I gave them a try because now I’m set on them being our groomer for as long as we live in North Arlington!As soon as I walked into the salon I knew it was the right place when I saw that they had DOUBLE gates blocking the front entrance. This safety precaution put me at ease right away and I knew my dog was in good hands. The staff is also so kind and welcoming. You can tell they really care about each and every dog. PLUS my Pomeranian had the best groom of his life! I’m serious. He’s 4 years old and I tend to move a lot so we’ve been through a handful of groomers, and by far Puppies & Tattoos did the best job to date. 10/10 experience, I’m a very happy customer! We’ll be back!

I am SOOOOO happy with puppies and Tattoos! I just adopted a rescue dog and he was desperate for a groom. He looks like a different dog now. He is beautiful. All of the woman working there were so kind and professional. They made me feel so comfortable and my dog had such a positive experience. I can't wait to return and neither can my dog. Charles and crew are really the best! For years my dogs were not groomed as much as they should as I could never find the right groomer. Charles was able to fit me in and did not judge. He was kind and gentle with my dog so we brought our puppy to him. Really is the best and knows like actually knows how to groom an Aussie!Also best grooming prices around, the staff ar all so nice, always fits you in and my dogs smell clean and fresh for WEEKS

Speechless! From the time I called for an appointment I was blown away. They are so lovely and go through everything with you on the phone and again in person. They took our two usually nervous pups and won them over! Our dogs came out happy and so clean! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They really know what they are doing. From their nails to their teeth they didn’t miss a beat. I love that they aren’t locked up in kennels and get their own little area to be in. Honestly best experience with a groomer ever. We will be customers forever!

They did a wonderful job with my silky terrier. I didn't even have to give much instructions at all and he came out perfect!Someone always promptly responds to their Facebook Messenger, which made everything smooth.
