There really still is a business/pharmacy that genuinely cares about their clients as human beings. They go above and beyond with excellent service, always alternative suggestions to overcome any problems. Even for your pets! They have even stayed open later so I could come in at the last minute to pick up a perscription and they are excellent with your insurance issues and beyond friendly and courteous. So glad to live in this town that has such a home town, caring pharmacy. (They have the most adorable dogs there too!

I have been a customer of HB pharmacy for many years. I have never came across a pharmacy that truly cares about their patients. Everybody from the pharmacist, to the delivery drivers, to the cashiers everyone makes it their priority to treat patients with the best customer care anyone would dream of. I am a patient unfortunately that is very sick and has a lot of debilitating and chronic issues. If there's a medication that isn't in stock they make it their priority to make sure they rush it so I can have it in a timely manner, they work around your needs and I'm very fortunate that this pharmacy exist. I want to give a special shout out to the two most amazing pharmacists that I have dealt with throughout these years which are James and Sheldon. Also, I'm very grateful to the delivery drivers that always make sure I get my medication on time despite of the weather or how many patients they have to deliver to. Thank you HB pharmacy for taking care of me for all these years. There would never be another pharmacy that could even take your place

HB Pharmacy North in Arlington, NJ.Our local drugstore that my family has been doing business with 60+ years discontinued a product I had previously purchased there. So, I found this pharmacy who carried the product online. I have purchased a few times from this drugstore. Each and every time I have shopped, they have treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. When I originally ordered, I didn’t realize how far away they were from me, as I live in south Mississippi. They went out of their way to assist me in online ordering and gave me excellent customer service. And again, just recently, I had ordered a box of something and they couldn’t fulfill my order. So, they compensated in another way. I will continue shopping here and I urge others to seek them out and shop with them. I offered this on my own and was not compensated for my review.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I don't think I've dealt with a more perfect pharmacy in my entire life! Since the virus I've been using the EASY curbside pickup. They spend the time explaining prescriptions as well as the proper usage and timing of vitamins whenever I need advice. I always feel respected and never rushed. Hilarious that I literally got a text from them as I'm typing this that my prescription is ready 🤣🤣

I am incredibly pleased with the quality of customer service provided to me. After several days in pain, I was able to find my prescription there which they prepared in minutes. John even follow up with me to make sure that I had some relief after taking the medication. His attitude towards his job is on an entirely next level

I rarely post reviews, but have to share my exceptional experience with HB Pharmacy. I needed a compounding pharmacy for a medication in liquid form for my child which seems to no longer be available to "the masses". John & staff at HB could not be more concerned, caring and accommodating. They worked with me to make sure the medications formulation was accurate and went to great detail to make sure the flavoring would work. Thanks so much HB pharmacy

This pharmacy, its staff, and its owner are amazing. They will go above and beyond to work with your doctor and come up with the best possible medication for your needs. Their compounding is an amazing asset to the business and I have had them compound medications for my dog (they do veterinary compounding) as well as myself (human compounding). I recommend them without reservation as a pharmacist myself.

I had an issue getting prescription for my infant. The local CVS (W. Orange didn't have it). The pharmacist called CVS on my behalf to make sure there wasn't a misunderstanding between me and CVS.HB ended up having it. The pharmacist didn't care to get my business, he wanted to make sure my son was good. A great reminder of how important pharmacists are in healthcare.

This is a busy place but; The Pharmaceutical department of HB is a finely tuned machine. You can tell the Pharmacists and Techs are all good. In the brief 10 minutes I was there I saw amazing communication between all of them, including the delivery man. Not gonna say my Shingrex vax didn't hurt, but the pharmacist who applied was cute and funny.Then, if you're not feeling well, they have a very nice selection of aromatics, soaps, candles and effervescents.I like this place.They honor the original Phamacist. I appreciate that.

The pharmacists, James, John, and so on are extremely educated in pharmacology and gut health. They were able to compound a solution for me for anaphylaxis easily and were constantly in touch with me regarding its status. The supplements they cary are top of the line when it comes to quality and research backed products. James took the time to have a conversation with me and then recommend supplements. The supplements work wonders! I’d highly recommend using their products instead of going to large supplement chains or online stores as they have some of the highest quality supplements.

Having recently moved and needing my medication prior to traveling, I planned to sit for a couple of hours in traffic to go pick up my prescription. John from H&B called, and knowing I usually have it mailed, suggested that because he had a nearby meeting, he could meet me and bring my 'script. HB Pharmacy goes out of their way to make things easier for their customers. I honestly have not seen another company work in this manner to make things easier for an ill or weak customer. Thank u HB for making things so much easier for me in a very difficult time . If my doctors have a question on prescriptions we call up and speak directly to the pharmacist and all questions get answers.
