I’ll never forget how last May they mutilated my two corgis, they cut them super short like sheep! and they let me know about this already when they called and said that we could pick them up! Although you can't cut your corgi's hair with a clipper! just need scissors! They made my dogs scary! I just cried!

I was looking for a new Mobil groomer in Montclair area & contacted Fresh Paws. Michael was quick to respond & booked a grooming appointment for my 13 year old ShihTzu.The experience was great & Max’s new cut is adorable! Michael was kind, professional & did a great job.I plan to use Fresh Paws going forward & recommend them!

Angelo did such a good job on both my senior shih tzus!!! They’re both rescued within the past year and no one was willing to groom them due to age, grooming anxiety, and mild aggression. Needless to say, Angelo was able to work with both dogs and they came out looking super adorable and like puppies! ❤️🐶✂️

In December my dog was groomed by Anggelo. He was very nice but I almost cancelled on the spot because the van was pretty dirty looking inside, which was concerning. She really needed the groom so we continued and it turned out the groom was really great. However because of the cleanliness issue I chose not rebook. Recently I decided to try the company again, this time booking with Mike. Mike called at 1pm to say he’d be an hour and a half late to our 4pm and that the appointment is “just a window of time”…which is not clear when you chose an appointment time in the booking process. Then he called again to say his colleague would come at the originally booked time. However I’m careful in choosing a groomer - this groomer’s name or info isn’t on the site. When paying almost $150 I’d expect to be able to read reviews confirming the groomers competence and manner. Mike didn’t offer any alternative appointments and I cancelled. disappointed as I was happy to give this small business another chance. Unprofessional in several ways, unfortunately.

Bryan was the best! It’s been a challenge taking my senior dog to the groomer as she gets terrible anxiety. This is the perfect solution! I chose the Fresh Paws Experience package and it’s worth the price for all it includes & the trip the groomers have to make to your home. Highly recommend! Will be booking with Bryan again.

I was skeptical at first because of the idea of having a "Mobile Groomer". However they were very professional and arrived at my location on time. They did a fabulous job on my poodle. She needed a good bath and cut. Big plus for me was that they cleaned her ears and pluck out her ear hair very well. The shampoo that they used on my dog smelled so good! Overall they did a great work I had a lot of matted hair issues with my dog and they were able to work on it. I also loved the fact that I could see their calendar and make my own appointments. Angelo is the best, the customer service is awesome and I don’t think I will be looking any further for a groomer. Fresh Paws is it!!! We have had both our dogs groomed by these magnificent groomers! I have an elderly chihuahua and a 10 month old Yorkie who is very shy. Michael did a great job both times! He is caring, and clearly a talented groomer. I cannot recommend Fresh Paws enough.

We are very impressed with Fresh Paws Mobile Pet Grooming. Thanks to the well made website, scheduling is easy and contactless. It is very convenient to be scheduling appointments for dog grooming on your own time instead of having to call in. Furthermore, their grooming prices are extremely reasonable, especially because they come to your house and you do not have to drive your dog anywhere! Lastly, both groomers have been amazing to our elderly standard poodle, who really loves them, and we love how they groom her! AND one added benefit is the sweet, well spoken lady who calls / texts and asks if you need a grooming - super thoughtful! All in all, a pleasant experience, the best in grooming we had so far!

Our first visit was amazing with Mike, and thats why we decided to get our pet a wash and groom again, but unfortunately something went wrong. We book with Mike in advanced for two dogs, but unfortunately on the day of the appointment Mike didnt come and someone else is come in instead of him, which was pretty weird , because we didnt get no heads up prior. So our dogs got cut really short, even person who cut it said he didnt like it but Mike told him thats how he always cut them, wierd too because he only trim out dog one time and other one never cut him before. So probably he (Mike) was thinking about other client . I dont understand why groomer didnt ask us if like it prior to cutting other dog , instead he ask Mike how he need to cut them… whole situation was pretty shocking for us. 275$ down the drain.. hopefully our dogs grow hair quick because its not good for them to have short hair like that(breed)

Upon being left unanswered by my old groomer, I felt devastated because my 3 year old short hair domestic cat that has been getting groomed since 6 months was probably never getting groomed again. I was a little hesitant in finding someone new especially since a lot of people don't provide those services. I decided to take that chance in googling locally, and came upon Fresh Paws. I reached out because wanted more information in the whole process of mobile grooming. The customer service was amazing, they answered all my questions. Aug 4,2022 Anggelo shows up for services and honestly so nice, amazing energy. Fast service to everything needed to be done; no issues with my cat, no mishaps. Fresh Paws Mobile Pet Grooming was amazing with our pet and did a fantastic job with his grooming. Tyson is 13 years old and frail and we worried that the staff would not be gentle and caring. First mobile groomer I called and after paying in FULL, kept rescheduling on me for a total of 5 times! Every time I thought they were coming, they would call to “reschedule”. My poor dog would still be waiting to get groomed. Absolutely awful service and would not recommend to anyone!

What a great experience. Great communication from the beginning. Asked if they could come early (which was awesome) and came promptly at the new time. Angelo took care of our dog who is definitely a little skittish and did an amazing job with her. Highly recommended!

Anggelo came right on time and took on my 75 lb never-groomed-before retriever mix. He did an amazing job calming my dog down and giving him a beautiful shampoo and cut. Then Anggelo took care of my 14 year old doxie - again, beautiful work and my dogs are both so happy and look great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I just had my mixed long haired cat (with tons of matts) groomed by these guys ! They did an awesome job , my cat has never been groomed professionally besides nail clippings and they were able to do a beautiful job with her lions cut ! My cat is about 18 years old and has had a very difficult time cleaning herself and was extremely matted ! They did wonderful work and my cat is soo much more comfortable! Would highly recommend . They were prompt, kind and answered all my questions !!

really frustrating. called on a tuesday for a friday afternoon appointment. confirmed detail (address and time). received venmo invoice for deposit to confirm appointment, immediately paid. after 30 min past when they said they’d be here, i called and found out they “were trying to call and text to confirm”how many times does this need to be confirmed? i reserve appointment, pay deposit, end of transaction. i scheduled a mobile groomer to come to me because my schedule was very busy and i just needed it to be taken care of. confirming 3 separate times negates any convenience

Fantastic! Anggelo first came out to groom a medium-haired cat that had matting. We were concerned that they were so bad, that he'd need to cut them out. He didn't; he managed to get them out without leaving bald spots.Anggelo was very respectful and patient with the cat and aware of the animal's stress levels.. He took the time working the matts out, to spare the cat any embarrassment... as all cat people know; cats have an ego. The cat was really scared going in, but once he was done, he went right back to the cat we know. Our cat Zeke, was a new cat after being groomed, prancing around like he was "Hot stuff." We didn't realize that the matts had been effecting his personality... we're kind of new to having cats. Luckily, it was only a couple weeks.Anggelo, coming to our house cuts down the cats stress of having to travel in the car. It cuts down on the trauma. Two of our cats were rescues from a kill shelter and it seems that anytime we take them in the car, they think we're taking them back.We were so happy with the job, that we booked our three other cats for the following week. Anggelo did such a wonderful job and was so good with our cats that we will now be bringing him back every season to groom our brood.All of our cats are rescues: 2 from the street and 2 from a kill shelter.There are millions of animals that need good homes.Save a life!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I scheduled an appointment online. The company then rescheduled my appointment without asking me or confirming with me that I would be able to make the appointment. They then no call, no showed for the new appointment. I wouldn't waste your time or money scheduling an appointment.
