Amazing shoppe. My two cocker spaniels needed s shave for the summer. My girl Bliss is older and needs more attention. She accommodated for me and opened earlier, on the day off, and let me stay with my dogs while she groomed them. She was so knowledgeable and I can't believe how quickly and efficient she was able to do two cocker spaniel shave downs and baths. Amazing place HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Best groomer I've come across. You won't be disappointed!

Barb, owner of the Bow Wow Salon, was the only groomer who was willing to work with my challenging, fear aggressive fur baby. She has been so patient with him and has always done a beautiful job on my Buttons. While he will never be a fan of getting groomed, Barb has a very professional way of getting the job done, not to mention nerves of steel! He always leaves Bow Wow looking clean and handsome! In addition, she has always let me come in and help her keep the doggie calm...which makes a big difference in keeping him as comfortable as possible. I can’t say enough good things about this place and the wonderful way in which Barb interacts with her customers, both human and canine!

I was recommended by a friend to try this salon for my dog… Heard great things about them… Until I called… The receptionist was very rude from the time she answered the phone because I had bad reception she had an attitude… Then I asked about her the feasibility of getting my dog in this week for a bath and nail trim, and she basically laughed at me and asked this week and had a whole attitude and asked if I was a customer I said no I am new to the area so I would be a new customer… totally understand it’s Christmas week that’s why I position the question of feasibility to get my dog in this week… not the way to start off a new customer to your salon. Needless to say, I don’t care what the reviews are I won’t be giving them a try… For me it’s all about first impression and she’s the first thing I talked to I already have a bad vibe about this place…

Barbara is the best! My Rocky gets so excited when we say , you want to go see Barbara!!Hes a rescue and is terrified of cages. Barbara is so good with him. HeS always so happy to see her and prances right in with her. She loves her fur clients and it shows . Barbara has a real connection with my Rocky .. she’s wonderful. she does an awesome job and always puts the dogs needs first . I highly recommend Barbara ar Bow Wow Salon 🐶

I have been coming to Bow Wow for some time but then the haircuts kept getting worse so I left for another groomer.I decided to give Bow Wow another chance and it did not go well at all!My little shih tzu girl, came home with many cuts in her private area. It made me sad to see how uncomfortable she was! I feel like the groomer, Barbara, rushes through to groom as many dogs as possible during the day, but it’s not OK because she causes harm to some of them! My dog suffered for a week until everything healed. I had to put antibiotic on just in case of infection.When I brought my two babies in last time, my little boy was shaking and did not want to go in, and my girl kept growling and coming to the door to leave. With this said, please look at your dog’s reaction when you bring them in to your groomer. They can't talk, but their actions should tell all.I am never coming back there again!

They always do a great job and are fast. Barb and staff truly care about the pets they groom. I have recommended this place to a friend and they love Bow wow as well. Never have to worry about your fur babies here!
