came in to blow up a large number 3 balloon. the person who blew it up did not know what she was doing and 1 hour later it’s almost half deflated. very disappointing and a waste of 11 $. please train your stuff on how to blow up balloons.

Not a big selection of stock, but workers were very helpful in finding me what i needed. Thanks to the girl in the frame shop that helped me put my canvas into the frame!

It's just barely okay. It really doesn't carry a good selection in some departments while others seem to have much, much more. The scrapbook supplies for example are in a word pathetic. Over all for the size of the store the stock just isn't great. The A.C. Moore store we used to have was so much better in comparison and it was a smaller store.

I found what I wanted in the store, but then struggled with the new self check-out process. There were 3 employees standing nearby, talking and laughing together. NOBODY offered to help me. Wow.

The store was nice and clean and all the workers were very polite and helpful but the yarn section was smaller than at Walmart and for a craft store that is HIGHLY disappointing.....Not a lot of options at all! Hope they get more!
