My husband and I had an amazing experience here, especially with store manager Eva thank you so much for sharing to sign up for Marshall’s card she was very informative. We purchased 2 beautiful tables and are definitely looking forward to shopping at this store again. 5 stars for you guys keep up the good work 👍.

Good selection. Plenty of shoes. Store is mostly clean....the women's dressing rooms can be a little dirty. Lines move pretty quickly at checkout. Selection of facial and hair products seem to change monthly.

You know the saying if it's not broke don't fix it? Well I feel like they should have stuck with that saying before changing the shoe department. I miss the way it used to be set up. Lately the store hasn't had much of a selection. Also, the bathrooms are literally so gross everytime I go in there. I will say I go to the store frequently, because Marshalls is definitely a therapeutic outlet 😅. They do have some cute stuff every now and then. Staff is very sweet. I recommend overall, definitely a hit or miss Marshalls.

Very hit or miss on sizes . Customers don't put things back where they found them so clearance gets messed up . Overall very clean store and friendly staff .

It was amazing. The staff was as well. Only issue I had was the size if was looking for for my daughter was hard to find. Guessing picked over. But what we got was so worth it. I would have spent way more at retail cost for name brand items than I did. So happy I went.

Had a pretty great experience. My cashier greeted me with a smile and made my check out time personable. I highly recommend the store is clean and they have the beauty products color coded which is a plus . This store gets alot of traffic. So I strongly suggest coming early in the morning because if your looking for something specific. Because this place does get a lot of traffic from my experience. Overall I will definitely come back .

Sadly I had to edit my review. I love shopping here. Except, I rarely go to the fitting room but this morning I came after my overnight shift on a group home and I looked very tired. I can only assume my appearance was not to the liking of the fitting room lady who treated the ladies before and after me all sweet and polite but gave ME a comptemptious attitude. I thought of giving her a piece of my mind but she was not worth it. One can only hope that Customer Service gets train better.

They didn't have much there. The racks were only partially full. I went there to pick up olive oil and vinegars for presents. They had a good selection of oils but no vinegars. When I got to the checkout, there were only two checkouts open of eight and around 20 people on line. Not good. It took quit a while. Again, not good.

Everyone was nice and friendly!! I love how they have a variety of clothes for all peopleFrom kids up to adults. Even with shoes & purses. And not to mention the prices are offordable and the items are made w good material. And they also have house hold nick names, thrown pillows, throw blankets. Candles, an awesome place to get gifts for anyone. Including children. They have a section for children books and toys that range in age like the clothes. Ill be back there soon to continue winter clothes shopping for my children✌

It's a pretty decent place I found some good sweatsuits . As far as the shoe department when I went they had a lot of empty shelves. Seemed like a drought on the shoes. And I also bought some toddler apparel that was missing a piece and they left the alarm on the shirt so I have to return it.....😔

I only give this place 2 starts because sometimes I can buy clothes there and the prices are good. Other than that I really do not care for this Marshall's. The lines are always long sometimes so long I walk in and turn around and walk out because they rarely have more than 2 cashiers.😟 The Marshall's in Butler/kinnelon is excellent.

If I could give 0 stars I would have!I tried to try stuff on while having my 8 year old son with me. The lady in the dressing room would not allow my son into the women’s dressing rooms. So apparently mothers of boys a supposed to leave their boys in the middle of the store to try stuff on! Will never shop here again!!

I love Marshalls but the staff on the floor often seem agitated and annoyed having to organize after customers mess things up out of order. That is actually part of thecreason why staff have a job and if you go farther east in NJ to Marshalls stores, they are a huge, huge mess so they really shouldn't complain as it could be much worse. Clerks on check out are always nice and friendly and even apologize for long wait on check out lines. Customers should never be aware of the feelings of the staff during their shopping experience. This store also has a great shoe dept!!!!!!

It's almost like going to a thrift store where you need to hunt to find something that fits. I don't blame the employees though. It's always pretty busy and I'm sure people just throw things wherever. The line gets pretty big on the weekends but it moves fast. It's a good place to find a deal for sure.
