Brick City Pets is an amazing place for me and my pup! The owner, Lou, is knowledgeable, extremely helpful and has already become a staple in my dog community here. There is a great selection of food, treats, toys, accessories, etc. Lou was even able to help me find the perfect food combo for my highly picky eater. It’s great to have a place with a friendly face in walking distance where I can get bang for my buck. Highly recommend to all pet owners and lovers!

A lot of people recommended BCP when I first moved, and it's definitely worth the hype! Within a month of being here, I was able to get my dog on a healthier diet that he loves. Lou is very knowledgeable and gives great advice. We also took advantage of grooming services, and I was so happy. This is my go-to spot for all of my pets' needs ❤️

I just had my dog groomed at Brick City Pets today and it was, by far, the best experience either of us have had for what is usually something very stressful. Upon arrival, Luca was the only dog in the store and seemed much more relaxed than usual. The store owner and groomer were both so kind and accommodating, and Luca looks the best she ever has. Prices were very very reasonable too. HIGHLY recommend!!

So glad there is a pet store in the heart of downtown. I was getting repaired for a new kitten and I stop passed BCP for some food and things. Lu was so helpful and nice, this will most definitely be my spot for Halsey nutritional needs.

New customer and I love this place!The owner is friendly and very knowledgeable about our furry little friends and the products she sells! She sells the best products you can buy for your pet. I came in for full grooming services (I have an chorkie) and was out within a hour. The price was reasonable and affordable. She was the only pup scheduled for services at that time and I loved that.I was taking my pup to another place for grooming previously and they would cage her and the other pups and kept her for 3 hours or more. Her experiences were always traumatic.The groomer is professional and very attentive. My pup came out happy and smelled so good. I knew immediately that she felt comfortable with the groomer.So happy I found this place! You won’t be disappointed.

Great business owner who is very knowledgeable and helpful!My dog has been dealing with a lifelong allergy issue, where all vet advice & medications didn’t help at all. Lou then suggested switching her to a more specific diet (frozen raw beef), and she’s doing so much better.My go-to place for all of my pet’s needs now.

Reluctantly I leave this review because lowkey, I wanna make sure it doesn’t get to crowded in there so I can always have an appointment for my baby but that’s selfish, so I’ll share my experience with you all. This place is amazing. It’s really cute, has a nice Brooklyn vibe. The owner is super helpful, knowledgeable and sweet. The groomer that did my baby is a great groomer. My dog is comfortable in there, she doesn’t shake when she’s in there, the groomer is extremely gentle with her, you know we can tell. They have really cute clothes, dog food, products. It’s a real blessing to have such a place and the prices are reasonable. We struggled with groomers but we found our home, I guess y’all can come too.

Extremely happy there is a good pet store in walking distance!! I am a new cat owner and Lou from Brick City Pets is very helpful and knowledgeable & has great healthy choices for him. I was able to get an appointment to get his nails clipped. Groomer is friendly as well and Felix was comfortable with her. Felix says “Thank you” for the yummy treats

I, unfortunately, haven’t had grooming done yet by Brick City, because my puppy was scared. But the owner and Beatriz were the sweetest and sincerest about the situation. They allowed my puppy to smell around to try and get comfortable and came up with a plan for me and my puppy to hopefully get her to the point where she can get grooming. I felt very comfortable and am completely happy with my choice in choosing them to be the groomers for my puppy when the time comes.
