The problem here is management does not care how rude or abusive their staff is, so no wonder Polly the pharmacist treats customers so badly. I have had several run ins with her but unfortunately the management not only does not return phone calls, but they allow her to continue her bad behavior and running her abusive mouth. I actually said thank you and she said you're not welcome. How her behavior has been allowed to continue is beyond me. Thankfully I don't care how difficult she is, I don't give up until she does what is needed, but I feel for the elderly and others I have heard her being mean to. She is not helpful, friendly or nice in any way and should be removed from that position. I have one prescription left at that pharmacy and I cant wait until I can switch to another pharmacy farther away but much more helpful and civil. I actually prepare for an altercation before I go because I know there will be one! Polly should be ashamed of herself and how she treats customers and doctors staff alike. My doctors ask for a different pharmacy because they get no response from POLLY! Cvs management should wake up and do something about the pharmacy dept in New Milford!

This used to be my go-to pharmacy; not anymore. I visited the store at about 9:20 PM on 12/15/2023 in search of deals on Cerave lotion and baby products. Unfortunately, being as overpriced as CVS is, there were no deals to my liking. I also took a quick gander down the candy aisle, but alas the Ferrero Rocher was also too expensive, so I left.As I walked out halfway to my car, I heard the voice of a lady calling out to me and motioning me to come back in the store (I already knew where this was going). The store manager LORENA asked me to 'pay for the things I took.' I proceeded to put my phone and cards on the dirty carpet and took out my two pants pockets and one sweatshirt pocket to show her that I hadn't stolen anything. She pressed me further asking if I was sure and I told her that I could strip down in case I needed to prove my point.This woman racially profiled me because of my skin color and my appearance (loose/baggy night time clothes). I called her on her unjust mistake and let her know that racially profiling is not okay. She made it worse by saying she was following me through the store (which I had not noticed), but exacerbates her pre-disposition towards me or people that look like me. She also said several times that 'she was just doing her job.'CVS, these are the types of people who are giving your brand a bad reputation; there is absolutely no room for racism, racially profiling someone, making stereotypical assumptions, or promoting misconceptions.I understand that shoplifting is an epidemic affecting many retail stores and pharmacies around the nation, but shoplifter profiling is not an effective tool, its simply racism in action.DO BETTER CVS. YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM ME FURTHER.

Absolutely atrocious customer service, Bad attitude and no one will help no matter how much you ask. Wife was in extreme pain and was prescribed meds. Prescription fill was denied because of a insignificant technicality and was told they could not provide meds this is after she had been utilizing this location with same insurance company for years. We will no longer use this pharmacy for any prescriptions in our family going forward and I hope others take the same stand as this is an abuse of position on their part.

The staff is always courteous and attentive to my needs, they are awesome!!!Although I have 2 CVS’s closer to me I always prefer this location for the hospitality.The pharmacist Polly always knows my name.This location is as close as it gets to a small hometown pharmacy.

Kaitlyn was such a wonderful help with all the customers in the store. She had to handle multiple positions at once, she was all alone!! YET…. SHE DID AMAZING. I left the store very pleased.

Worthless. Absolutely worthless and rude.They should be ashamed of the service they are providing the community at the pharmacy. I have never been there when waiting online that a pharmacist has not be argumentative with at least one customer when filling a prescription. Rather than being consultative they are dismissive. Patient welfare is not a concern for them, nor is customer satisfaction.They have a captive audience due to the large volume of apartments that surround their location. This is a high volume store. I’m sure that’s recognized. However, they are endangering their clients. It’s easier for them for turn out prescriptions and get prescriptions re-written putting ownership on the customers, than working with a customer, their doctor and or insurance company to get a prescription filled when needed.If you are doing business here for an ongoing prescription you are at risk. There are several close pharmacies in the area including another CVS with good customer service thank can better service you.

Another CVS a bit on the sleepy side. When I visited I could only see one person helping customers. The person behind the register was helping someone with an item from the isles. I waited by the register along with another family. It was very nice of the young man to help out one customer but the rest of us could not check out. I wound up leaving and will visit my main CVS where the staffing and help is better.

Never been to this specific one and never will go to another CVS if that’s how they’re going to treat police officers. Absolutely disgusted by the Nurse Practitioner, Moly Poulose that works there. That someone who is supposed to care for people would be so crass as to deny anyone medical care, let alone someone protecting the community. As a healthcare professional she nor anyone else working as such can refuse care to anyone and she should be fired and have her license suspended/taken away if she can’t act professional and won’t care for everyone equally.

This pharmacy is the absolute wotst! Came home with 3 of the 4 meds I paid for, when I returned to let them know yhey missed one, they treated me like a criminal! The pharmacist was rude, claimed to have to check the cameras, and made me wait for quite a while. In fact, I’m still waiting. Will update soon with outcome…

Maryanne, the pharmacist is very unprofessional. She is curt, rude and has horrible customer service. This is now the second time I have encountered her poor customer service. It is shame that CVS employs such a person in a an area where there should be care and concern. I am new to the area and am used to amazing customer service through CVS and this is VERY disappointing.

Written by an NJ officer.“I just walked into the Minute Clinic at the New Milford, New Jersey CVS because I am battling a sinus infection for the last few days. With being so busy at work I took my meal break for my appointment time. I walked into the room in my full police uniform and the nurse practitioner in so many words told me she hates cops. I thought she was joking at first but she was dead serious and told me to leave because I carry a gun. I asked her if I was dying on the side of the road she wouldn’t treat me. She replied that is different. Shame on CVS for employing Molly Poulose and thank you for the great manager who’s name I didn’t get who tried to help me.”This CVS should be ashamed.

Several times the pharmacy staff was tense and condescending even on the phone. At least the front area cashiers are easy going and friendly. To avoid being talked down to or barked at we recommend you fill your prescriptions at the Madison Plaza CVS on 364 River Rd. where they are always professional and friendly.

If I was able to leave a 0 I would. As being part of the medical field I have never had such a condescending conversation with a pharmacist in my 25 plus years working. 1st things 1st you should learn how not be so rude to a doctor who is trying to help a patient ( your Costumer) then try to call back and be just as rude as the 1st time to try and cover your mistake. I understand that your CVS is so call busy( as you stated very rudely) But we all are busy, but when it comes to patient care I believe that it is suppose to be your policy that patient care comes 1st. (Polly) you dropped the ball on this one. 2nd on a personal not maybe if you are over whelmed you should take a few days off to regroup... Flu season just started and its only going to get busier.

I went today to get my flu shot for my husband and I. The blonde hair pharmacist said she can’t do it because it was 4:20 and they going to close at 5. She said it’s going to take me 30 min in each one. The worst pharmacist ever, she doesn’t know how to be nice with the costumer. I’m no going go back to this pharmacy again. If I can give zero star I will do it.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy staff. I was a customer at this pharmacy for the past 2 years because it was convenient to home. The staff is rude and condescending both over the phone and in person. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy. Go elsewhere if you are able to. Horrible service!

The middle age blonde pharmacist was the most rude woman I have ever met. Rude to all other employees embarrassing them and threatening the poor girl to have to stay past her shift to train. Sickening. Will never return although it is so close to me.

This place has the worst customer service ever! Yesterday I went into this cvs and bought a box of veet wax strips that was supposed to have 40 strips and 4 wipes inside, I went to go use them today and there was only 10 strips inside and 3 wipes, I took them back to cvs for an exchange but did not have my receipt because I threw it out yesterday, I explained this to the cashier and she said "we can't exchange it without a receipt" I told her I used my cvs card and she said she couldn't look it up, I showed her the coupons that came on the bottom of the receipt yesterday and she chuckled and said there was nothing she could do without a receipt, I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager (I believe her name was Carol), I told her that I didn't pay for a 1/4 of the box and her response was "it's not damaged, it's just missing pieces"....well that sounds like it's damaged to me Carol....the fact that she was so nonchalant like it's no big deal that I got a 1/4 of what I paid for and was smirking at me was very frustrating. I ended up leaving the store furious because of how rude she was and I drove over to the other cvs in new milford and explained the same situation to the manager there...her response was "I'm so sorry" and she gladly exchanged the product for me...that is how customer service should be, it's not my fault that someone else was dishonest and stole from the package, and then I come along and honestly pay for it and didn't get what I paid for.
