I had the best experience tonight at the pharmacy. My son deperately needed antibiotics for an ear infection. The doctor sent the medicine but for some reason it was not showing up in their system. The male working at the pharmacy with dark hair worked really hard to get my sons script and fill it within 10 minutes of closing. He even stayed an extra 3 minutes to ring me up. I am sure he had a busy day so I really appreciated this. Thank you from a desperate tired mama of a sick kiddo!!

Friendly staff and fast service. Other CVS stores make you wait up to 3 hours even when they don’t appear busy. This store will expedite your order if you are waiting in the store. 15 minutes. Thanks you To the team.

Ordered a "framed canvas" from the website with a picture showing a frame attached to a canvas. When I picked up there was no frame and the cashier said they never frame a "framed canvas" despite the picture. Rip off and misleading.

Best deals here and amazing savings with the app and rewards. We needed a nebulizer and it wasn't covered under insurance, the pharmacist offered a discount for it and it was affordable. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers. A+++ Thank you for all you do ❤️

We have been customers of this CVS pharmacy for a long time and recently they have had terrible pharmacy service. We have been having a lot of issues where we get phone calls saying that our prescriptions are ready and when we go to the pharmacy they haven't even filled them yet and are told we will need to wait. After this happened so many times, we got fed up and decided to transfer to a different pharmacy. Our new pharmacy has repeatedly tried to get our prescriptions transferred and CVS will not do it. When we talk to the pharmacists at CVS about it, they give us different dates of when it was supposedly transferred and yet our new pharmacy still does not have it. Do yourself a favor and find a different pharmacy. They apparently do not care about their customers.

Since I moved here 3 years ago I have not had ONE smooth experience at this CVS. Not one. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with in my whole life. I live moments from this location but will now use anyone else I can find. Had issues with all aspects… the pharmacy… photo… checking out… never have product in stock… screwed up my insurance information just so bad.

Last Sunday had to go to minute clinic that was 35 minutes from my house. I had the prescription sent to the New Egypt New Egypt which was closest to my house. I got there about 10 minutes before it was time for the pharmacy to close. I didn’t know that pharmacy closed at 5 o’clock I was getting other items that I needed. When I got back to the pharmacy there were three people that were being waited on and I think you was the manager they told me that the pharmacy is closed. And I said to her I really need my prescription I have a bad infection in my Eye! She rudely said to me your prescription is probably not ready and I said to her I just came from the mini clinic and I got it a text message stating that my prescription was ready, angrily she look for the prescription she said if it’s not here there’s nothing She could do for me. I said then I will except that.They found a prescription!they ringed up the person ahead of me and then when they went to ringing me up they said oh we can’t do it because the computers are down! No apology no saying anything that could help me possibly taking me to the cash register upfront I don’t know if that’s a thing but I find it very hard to believe that the cash registers were down and it was already passed closing when they were ringing up the other people. No compassion!

My only complaint would be there is minimal privacy at the pharmacy counter. When I pick up scripts, those next in line are right behind me and can hear me answer personal and private information. There needs to be a sign or something that holds the waiting line away from the counter until called up, like banks and other pharmacies have.

I literally called the pharmacy at 1:15 to check on a prescription and the pharmacy was closed the whole time. I arrive at 1:25 and they’re closed! Why would they make me drive all the way there to pick up a prescription while they’re closed?

Bought $30. products and was supposed to get $10 extra bucks reward. They did not honor the deal. Didn't get $10. extra bucks! It was the cashier! Changed my mind and got my refund..

Convenient shopping on variety of items, whether for the kids, household items, or pharmacy items. Some prices could be better, but that's the cost of convenience. Besides, what are you to do - drive to nearest big name store for a simple item, really?!?
