I just left out of the store in national park. The older lady at the cash register was extremely rude when I asked her to get me the only pack of toilet paper on the very top shelf. After waiting ten minutes I got a pack of hangers to knock it down so I could get it ( I shoulda took my business elsewhere) she comes back and tells me I’m not aloud to do that. I said well you wouldn’t help me and were rude, very poor customer service and I will not return to this location. I asked for the manager and she said he was busy and I called the district managers phone number listed on the front door and his mailbox was full probably from more ignored complaints.

The Store manager was very rude and sooo unprofessional!!! She was looking at me like she was ready to fight me the whole time !!! I don't know if you know what the word Ratchet is !!! She was definitely Ratchet !!! I will try to never go back to that store again!!!

Beware of typical illegal bait and switch tactics. If there is a decent sale on something, they usually have "ran out" of item by 2nd or 3rd day of the week of the sale. Also, there cashiers are also responsible for stocking there shelves at the same time as running a register so shelves wind up apocalyptically bare at times and there are constant stock carts all over store like some kind of dangerous maze. Miracle people don't get hurt and the store get sued on a daily basis. I gave it 2 stars because it's only store in town that is somewhat affordable to buy any item.

No matter what day of the week or time of the day this store is always in disarray. Push Carts full of products that should be on shelves and not in the middle of every isle causing tripping or other hazards. Today two employees gossiped to each other in front of customers - discussing who’s doing what wrong and how much money “so and so” wasted because they threw away food that wasn’t meant to be tossed, meanwhile the checkout line is wrapped down the isle with only one of them working one of the two registers. Now it’s one thing if only one register can be open due to whatever reason or excuse. That’s not the issue. The issue is, as an employee, read the room and realize you have annoyed customers seeing you standing around gossiping and doing nothing rather than doing ANYTHING useful while working your shift in the store.

National Park location the employees are always outside smoking every time I go there after 5:30pm on my way home from work. Carts are in the way and nobody working on putting the stuff away. A few of the items I was going to purchase were out dated, was there October and items expired in May thats 5 months pass the date. You need to watch your dates which is not good since its one of the newer stores. Night crew is not very pleasant its a bother if you need help because they have to stop talking or put out their cigarette and come inside to help you.

One of if not the best Dollar General store I've been in. More of a warehouse store feel than the other DG stores who simply move into vacant stores. Great selection, especially the cold and frozen stuff. Staff were friendly. I only came in because DG seem to be the only ones carrying a snack I like that all other stores have been out of. Everything else is just a bonus. Already planning to return.UPDATE:Took my items to the checkout. Asked if they had any of an item I had been looking for. Staff member said yes they had it. She then went to get it for me. I said no, its ok. But she went anyway. Amazing customer service.

This store is filthy and unorganized.. The staff sit around talking about personal drama rather than working.. The shelves are never stocked and carts alwats filled with product in the way of the isles... You are not able to walk down most isles and the ones you can are filled with obstacles that you can't walk easily through... The staff don't know how the coupons work and are not helpful at all when the coupons don't work. They are It is a complete disgrace..

First time visit at this location and I will never go back. this was a nice newer looking store but workers were indifferent at best. Don't like the way we were treated and the store seems to be missing entire sections of home goods stock.

Dollar General is an average store. I thought the prices were a bit high for the quality of merchandise. Although the employees were kind, and helpful. I will return in the future

It's brand new to our area. Nice size really nice staff. Being that it has only been open a month or so they run low on items the only reason they didn't get 5 Stars.

I never went to a dollar general until there was one in town. They almost always have the little odds and ends l need without having to make a twenty minute drive to Target or the food store.

First time I went there. It was really big. A little cluttered. However, tis the Christmas season.....chances are they are probably stocking. All the staff seemed nice. I'll be back :-)
