I have found mold or something rotten every single time I've been in this store. If I'm lucky, I discover the issue prior to purchasing, but in most cases I don't realize it until I've arrived home and wasted my money. The items that have been moldy or have been rotting away on their shelves include strawberries, blackberries, grapes, chicken, pork, and sushi. I am beyond disgusted, and I know I'm not the only person this happens to in the area.

Ok I was in the store looking for a BBQ grill gazebo from the ad. Couldn't find one. Shortly after leaving Debra tracked me down, somehow, and called to let me know she found 2 in the back. That's customer service!!!Thank you Debra, your store should be proud if you. Sincerely Dave G

Generally clean, decent baked goods. Lacks a lot of the amenities found at the Shop Rites in Glassboro and Swedesboro. Freshness of produce can be hit or miss. Variety/depth of product could be improved, but they may be limited by square footage. Lots of self-checkouts, which I prefer for quick trips.

This store needs to look into their inventory specialist, as they are constantly running low or sold out of everything. I would say it is around a 50% chance that on any single trip to this store, they have everything I want and in sufficient enough quantities. Unfortunately, I have begun sourcing all of my canned / dry goods online as it is just not possible to rely on this store anymore.On a positive note this shoprite has the friendliest employees and most welcoming environment than any other shoprite in the area.

I like coming to this ShopRite. It's so well organized and easy to maneuver. I spend half the time here than I do other ShopRites and that's a big deal seeing how I do Instacart. Very nice employees all the time.

On December 22, at 4:15pm, I went to the bakery to get two cannolis and the lady there was highly disrespectful and the way she was talking made me not wanna come back again. Y’all lost a customer and I’d rather go to another shoprite and drive farther for better respect. Teach your workers how to be respectful to others of different color and religions.

ALWAYS empty shelves! Some of the cashiers are rude! I live in Mullica Hill and have to go to West Deptford, Glassboro or Swedesboro Zallies to go grocery shopping

In this ShopRite It is always clean, and the workers are so helpful, and the free samples are delicious, also it is so easy to find you’re groceries. That is why I give it a five star rating. 😀

I usually don't write reviews but I wanted to about the deli girls at Mullica Hill! They are always so amazing, my family orders the same things every week they always greet me by my name and have my order ready for me. I wish I knew the 2 girls names but they are awesome! It's the small things that make me love my local store.

Very nicely laid out store. Aisles are wide and clean. The deli department is very nice and they have 6 meat slicers, they also have signs on the case that tell you about the different types of slices and what they are good for plus approximately how many slices. The employees are very nice and helpful through out the whole store.

We use Shoprite from Home- which is wonderful. The only downside is the produce department. It doesn’t seem to matter if we do our shopping or if Shoprite from Home does- the produce quality is awful. Just picked up my order and will have to come back to the store and return the potatoes (they are already sprouted) and cucumber(soft) because they are bad. Unfortunately this issue isn’t anything new.

The good:Good selection of groceries. Includes local products like honey and apple cider. Imported grass fed hamburger at a reasonable price. I have found ShopRite store brand products to be at least as good as the name brand and a much better value. They have free cookies in the bakery.The bad:The unit price for each item is intended to make comparison shopping easier. However, this store completely defeats that purpous by using different units in the comparison calculation. The attached photo is an example. Similar items, one price is per pound, the other is per quart. I will give 5 stars if this gets fixed.

I placed an order for delivery on Saturday March 11th to be delivered between 4pm-6pm. When the order still was not delivered by 6:30, I called the store. I was told it’s on its way. At 7 pm still no order, so I called again to be told she didn’t know when the driver would get here because there was a couple of stops before getting to me. I had no choice but to cancel this order since I had to be out of the house shortly. I understand things happen, employees call out, trucks break down, but to NOT contact your customers is unacceptable. My time is just as valuable as yours. This delivery service is suppose to be a time saving convenience for your customers, and last night was anything but. Mullica Hill is normally not my go to store, and it certainly won’t be moving forward. This store has some serious problems to work out as was evident by my conversations with the staff last night. I will not be shopping there ever again.

Was there a few days ago went to lunch meat counter ask for ham cut very very thin person cutting the meat showed me the first piece and then continued to slice the meat thick and this was not the first time this has happened if I’m paying for it then it should be cut the way i want it not the way they choose to cut it won’t be back

I live closest to Glassboro ShopRite but prefer to shop here or Washington Twp ShopRites. Very clean and the staff is friendliest. Shelves are better stocked since pandemic ended. Most impressive is I always see the store management stocking shelves and on the sales floor! Leadership by example!

I really like this shop rite, it's got a cozy feel to it but when I used the bathroom today it was very obvious the floors/partitions haven't had a good cleaning in a long time, floors were almost black in several areas and trashcan was overflowing. They did have supplies and soap though but they definitely gotta focus more on that bathroom.

I heard pros and cons about this SHOPRITE so I thought I’d give my review which is positive. They always have a good selection of products that I’m looking to purchase. I especially like the produce department as they are always restocking and keeping things fresh. There is a very sweet gentleman who works in produce and I have seen him several times asking if anyone needed help finding anything & he has helped me twice. It’s always clean in the store. Although My favorite SHOPRITE is Zallies in Lawnside but this store is second best

Shelves are constantly empty. It’s very frustrating. I am not sure if it’s an ordering issue or supply issue. But when you go to another foodstore, they have no issues keeping their shelves stocked with what their customers need. Many complaints have been made and nothing has changed. I am hopeful for new ownership one day for the only foodstore in Mullica Hill.

I've lived in the township for almost 50 years and not all of the changes have been for the good. While the store is always neat, well stocked, and clean in addition to having great deli and in store made products...i take away from giving high marks due to pricing. I understand the taxes in the township have skyrocketed but the raise in pricing seems to be an attempt at exclusivity driving folks with a modest to low income elsewhere.

I've been going to this store for 2years now WITH MY SEVICE DOG, today I was shopping and had a full cart, one of the managers came up to me and asked me what kind of service dog was she and I told him she was a Emotional support dog and he told me that I had to leave, because this place was a food Establishment and a Emotional support dog was not welcome in there. I have very high Anxiety going into shop rite and my dog, Helps me navigate through the store. Needless to say I will no longer be shopping at the mullica hill shoprite I will go to acme and pay higher prices before I shop at this store again....

I’ll give them 5 starts for RACIALLY PROFILING ME & standing 2 feet from my face while I put myself on the checkout lane with a cashier there. I called & spoke to the manager but this is a common occurrence. The way my space was disrespected is ridiculous. He didn’t even try to not be obvious! I was shopping with my newborn baby. I felt beyond uncomfortable & the 2 jerks will get away with it as they usually do. Mind you I’ve WATCHED more then one person steal from there but they were too busy watching me!

Its been terrible ever since this location was acquired by wakefern . Shelves are always empty and I mean across all manufacturers of products. This is isolated to this location and wakefern ownership because the two surrounding town shoprites owned and operated by zallies are 100000% better with stock.

Was.....I repeat was a long time customer at this store. Spent anywhere from $400 to $500 a week there. From the cashiers, deli department, meat dept. etc. some of the nastiest and rudest people I have dealt with. The only exception is the cashier Mary Anne (Older lady...grey hair). Always pleasant. I didn't care how long the line was if she was working I would wait for her. The final straw was dealing with the deli dept. on a snowy morning. No one in the store and I asked for something that wasn't in the pre-sliced area. First there was the dirty look and then threw the meat on the counter. I know that margins are low in grocery stores so I am sure if they lose more customers like me they won't be around!

I'm shocked to see positive reviews of this ShopRite. Oh, how I wished there were another option in Mullica Hill! There are never enough cashiers available. Finding yourself there on the weekend will surely put you in line down an aisle 5 to 7 customers deep. The self checkout is like choosing between two poisonings! The computers fail to register items put in bags and the cashier working self checkout should probably just ring up the items because he/she spends their time overriding the constant error codes. Oh there is always a manager on duty, busy doing a whole lot of nothing....basically observing chaos. If your weekend finds you there on Sunday afternoon, you will likely go home with the opposite on your list because there will be no food to purchase. How does this particular store constantly run out of food? Whomever is charged with ordering inventory is certainly falling flat on their job or perhaps they work only during the week and do not see the empty shelves on the weekend. Who has time to backtrack to Acme in Swedesboro? I appreciate the lower prices at ShopRite but when I have to go elsewhere to finish my list, I'm not saving money or time. Someone out there who is considering going into the supermarket business, please, I beg you, look into building it in Mullica Hill. I would be ever so grateful and your first customer!
