Wow! So many negative reviews for this location! There's no way they deserve a 4.2 rating.We usually go to the location on Egg Harbor Rd but decided last Tuesday morning to stop by the Mullica Hill store since it was on the drive home.Purchased 10 pretzels at 7:10 am. We each had 1 pretzel on the 2.5 hr drive home. The pretzels were both hard - definitely not the quality we have always experienced and come to expect.Tried 2 more when we arrived home; 2.5 hrs after having purchased. Even harder now. Extremely disappointing because we do not have PPF stores in our area.It was after trying to eat our 2nd pretzels we noticed they were burnt. Checked the others - all were burnt and very hard. Completely inedible 2.5 hrs after time of purchase.We cannot recommend the Mullica Hill location. The Washington Twp location on Egg Harbor Rd. offers pretzels that are always perfectly cooked. Their wonderful customer service is another difference to the Mullica Hill location.I've attached photos of the burnt Pretzels.

Our family has been going to this location for years. My wife placed an order last Monday for a pretzel platter to be picked up after 1pm on Saturday . When I arrived at 2:30, they were franticly looking for our order. They looked at their message board and order book for about 15min, as if my order was going to magically appear. The owner then proceeded to tell me that the order was picked up at 12 by a person with the same name as my wife? Really, Did you have another order for a Brenda? He said no. Then he said well, you were not here by 12 pm. So, he not only lied by telling us that he gave are order away accidentally, but then he tried to justify it becuase we were not there at 12. Very bad business practice and poor customer service. Its a shame because we pride ourselves in supporting local businesses. We ended waiting 30 minutes and taking a new order just because we were having pretzels for the kids at our party.

I will never waste my time here and I hope you didn’t either. They never answer their phone, are extremely rude and can’t ever fill orders. I’d rather drive 30 minutes out of my way the. Give this horrible place our business.

This pretzel factory often doesn't have the crowd pleasers ready made which is why I had to take a star off. Overall, the pretzels are cheap, high in protein and taste great. I usually buy the crowd pleasers and get the super hot mustard. This place does not disappoint.

Wonderful, old style Philly pretzels made right. They offer regular and small pretzels plus pretzel rivets too, these are small 2 inch pieces that come in a box. Also, hot dogs wrapped with pretzel and a few other pretzel treats. Warm or cold they are delicious and many types of mustard too. Wish I had a pretzel now !!!

Ordered two sausage pretzels and two hot dog pretzels they were all hard and rubbery. I also had asked for cinnamon pretzels they said they didnt have any more for the day. So i asked if they could make me one fresh and they did. That was great. But the other products i got were terrible. They must have beeb sitting and cooking for four extra hours under the heat lamps.

First time visiting, ordered a small rivet box and the lady filled the box with her bare hands. I asked her is the normal protocol and why wasn't she wearing gloves and she said they were too hot and they would Melt right through the gloves🤔really, then how about a scoop, some paper, something besides your dirty hand that I never saw you wash or sanitize. Disgusting🤢

This guy is NUTS!!!! on two seperate times he ruined my shirt. Both times he tried to blame me. stating the shirts were worn out. One shirt was a month old and the other was only worn once. I wear dress shirts every day and wanted to switch to a Mullica Hill cleaner to support local business. He burned a 2 inch hole in my new shirt and tried to hide it in with three other shirts when I bought it to his attention he flipped out saying my shirt was worn out. I didn't ask him to pay for the shirt or replace it. But I was a bit put out by him trying to make me pay for the damaged shirt. that was my last time using him

My “Go-to” for parties, team sport snacks and I always have to buy a bunch for my sister when traveling up north. The pretzels are always fresh and hot. Everyone that works there is so nice!

Place is dirty! Employees touch pretzels and money with no sanitary requirements. I just got a uncooked hot dog pretzel that I had to throw out. I will not return.

Love this place!!! Especially the pretzel hot dogs and nuggets!! Don't forget the creamy dipping sauce too! Great pretzel platters too and affordable!!
