Ordered and paid for cedar root mulch, but got playground wood chips delivered instead. Company did refund the difference, but only after we went there in person. Photos were not enough for them. They made us go all the way back home (20 minute drive) to take samples back to them in baggies. My husband took a video while collecting the samples because he did not want them questioning us again. We will go elsewhere next spring.

I would give 10 stars. I ordered 100 yards of topsoil from Peach Tree. The customer service was outstanding, the communication was outstanding, the product was OUTSTANDING. Very disappointed in the quality of the landscaping materials I’ve ordered. I ordered a good amount of bulk materials from this company instead of my local nursery which I normally use, based on a small price difference. I regret that decision. The “leaf compost” that I ordered was mostly woody mulch-like material, which is not ideal since I am tilling it in clay soil for sod install. I ran out and ordered more from my local nursery, see the photo comparisons below. I ordered some river rock which arrived caked in dry mud. The top soil I ordered seemed heavy in clay, not terrible, but not a “premium” top soil as billed.

Bought a Cub Cadet 46 in lawn tractor. Only had it for a day so I can't comment on the mower but the service was great. Free delivery the next day. The delivery guy was great and informative. I ordered a mulch kit and they put it on without telling me. Wasn't looking forward to that job. Very happy with Peach Country.

We got dirt delivered for some spring gardening. My 2 yr old loves big trucks so I left a comment in the delivery notes asking if they could knock on our door if we weren’t outside so my son could watch. My son loved watching them dump out the dirt from the dump truck. When the driver was finished, he delivered a gift for my son from the store. My son is still talking about how the dump truck gave him a present! The dirt was top notch and it was just so kind of them to think of my son when they came for this delivery. I have been a customer at Peach Country for many years now. Unfortunately, that will not be the case going further. I ordered yards of top soil and compost mixed together. The first issue is that the compost came with extremely large rocks, logs, and debris. I took it upon myself to sift through the soil mix to remove all of the large items. Upon sifting through the soil, I found an infestation of wire worms. As a vegetable gardener this is one of the worst things to have to experience. I have spent years perfecting the healthy microbes and life in my soil to be organic/pesticide/insecticide free. I tried to bait them at home and remove by hand numerous wire worms that I was now finding in all 7 of my raised beds. After doing more research on wire worms, the main advice that was given is to NOT plant anything in the infested beds as wire worms feed on the seeds and roots of plants. I reached out to Steve (the owner) to resolve the issue. I wanted all of the infested soil replaced. At first he seemed agreeable, but told me he would only provide top soil (no compost as he suspected that is where the infestation and the large debris came from) and he would also not provide any labor. Only an hour after agreeing to replace the soil he started to walk it back and advised me to speak with someone who could treat the issue. I advised him that I would hear them out but I am against using chemicals in my garden and anything you read online about wire worms will tell you that there is NO effective insecticide to treat the issue. We have now been going back and forth well over a week now. The last thing I was told was to contact Rutgers Agricultural Dept and I will have to provide them with a sample, etc. This is not good enough for me. I have vegetable starts that are ready to be in the ground and he has me chasing a solution that will never come. I even sent him a PDF directly from Rutgers Agricultural Department explaining how there is almost no solution other than baiting and/or not using the beds. It seems obvious to me that he does not care about how their product has ruined years of work. It is obvious to me that he has no sympathy for his customer and that it is more important for him to keep his $ then to make what is obviously very wrong, right. All I ask now is to be reimbursed for the lost product so that I can pay another company for a product that I can trust. I would advise anybody who is thinking of using this company, to NOT USE THEM. If Steve plans to make this right, I would happily update any negative reviews that are left.

Awesome nice friendly guys and gals to help with what you're looking for, owner on site,ample parking, they allow you to test run tractors on property, they deliver to you and teach 1st timers how to use these babies at your home or on site before you decide. They also have mechanics on site for repairs, ect for your convenience I must say Jeff our 1st time out getting one of these he is top notch down to earth no pressure

Recently bought a Cub Cadet tractor - same price as big box home improvement stores, delivered already assembled - had a few minor issues in the beginning, most of them my fault, they were able to diagnose and repair free of charge due to warranty, no fuss, no problems - Buy local!!!
