I was very impressed with King Koi's responsiveness to our concerns with FedEx's delays of our live fish (baby ranchu) delivery to Michigan. The delays were due to extreme winter weather that was out of everyone's control. Eddie from King Koi called us on a Saturday (once he received notification from FedEx and the fish had finally been delivered) to see how our new fish was doing and seemed genuinely relieved that it arrived and was faring well.
