I began using this CVS pharmacy in the beginning of January 2024, before CVS, I was very fond of my pharmacist/pharmacy whom I have gained such an amazing personal/professional relationship with for over 30 yearsI decided to select this particular CVS store for what others have shared their experience with me,my experience so far has been excellent, beyond expectations as for being a new customer andhaving certain setbacks with my new insurance plan, they have been handling/dealing with all of any inconveniences that I have had with my insurance co. to date,I certainly did not expect the personal and polite help they have provided, helping me to save money on out of pocket expenses for my medications, absolutely not like the different pharmacies in other areas mine includedabsolutely recommend this pharmacy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The store is equally great with their polite customer service help & support, organized isles and stocked very well⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ thanks!!

Filled my prescription for the wrong amount of pills . Acknowledged it was their mistake as they can see it in the system but then told me for the refill I have to get another RX because it won’t give me the right amount of pills since they made a mistake on the first RX. Stay far away multiple errors from this pharmacy. Not the first time I’ve had an issue.

Shop both sides of the store, pharmacy and retail and they do a great job. I appreciate the professionalism and a hard work for the pharmacy doctors and the retail highly trained staff. It’s a well oiled machine the store and they’re always willing to help in a compromise situation, the electronic pharmacy Needs to be upgraded a little bit more. They don’t go into detail with timelines on what’s going on sometimes promises are broken but Valerie has everything under control. Just a phone call away. When you’re on a critical medication, they need to have that in stock and I believe that’s a corporate situation not in house

Please hire staff. It is unfair to the employees as well as the customers to have no one at the register to provide the service of collecting money from patrons. I work full time and today is the last day that I worked at your CVS as a "cashier". The pharmacy staff are exceptional and that is the only business I will give to this establishment, I will make my other purchases form another retailer.

The store manager Sam is such a kind and welcoming person, she always greets with a smile. The cashier Walter is also friendly and helpful. Honestly I continue to shop at this Cvs because of them.Unlike the other manager Ally who was so disrespectful and storm off and back to the register when spoken to. Ally was very unprofessional and has a high temper and quick to snap when ask for something.

After waking up day after day at 4:30am trying to get an appointment (Covid Vaccine)for my husband , myself and brother . I was ecstatic when I got an appointment for my husband on March 4,2021.When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly young lady and then were told to go to pharmacy. The pharmacist was siting a chair behind a plexiglass . She said that my husband Geraldo Santana was not on list, I explained that I made the appointment, and had the reservation on my phone.She robotically said “ sorry make another appointment “. I then explained that I have an appointment on March 6 at another CVS and this appointment was for my husband. She then said you can take the vaccine in which I replied, why would I today’s appointment is for my husband . We drove 1 1/2 hours to get the vaccine. She once again said in a non expressive voice “ sorry make another appointment “. I requested to speak to a manager/person in charge. Her response was she is the person in charge. She never tried to resolve it or showed any care or displayed problem solving or help.It was the last appointment of the day. I asked her what will you do with the left over vaccine?I have reached out to Cooperate CVS and spoke to Customer Service.I requested that I be contacted concerning the situation. My request up to present date has not happened.( March 23,2021).I’m confused, my understanding is that we as a country are trying to get as many people vaccinated. I did my homework ( spent countless hours to secure an appointment)and made the appointment.I am considering going to the Media , I have followed chain of command. But thus far have not gotten it resolved.Sincerely,Mary Santana

Indeed, they'd not need any approval, these guys are always rocking. I like the deals on home stuff, not huge fan of buying it but sometimes we may get some important things like, chest pad and all. It is nice to have them around.

The pharmacy staff is always very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I regularly use their ATM for no cost to get $ from my Capital One accounts.

All I ever get here are my medications, cards for different occasions, gum, candy bars, cold refrigerated water, coconut water, coke etc. Note, the pharmacy staff is exceptional !!

Pharmacy hrs. And store hours not the same. Make sure you know pharmacy hours before going out in the rain, only to find out the pharmacy is closed. Not a happy camper.
