Cooper, our golden retriever, had his first experience with Scenthound today and loved it! My husband said the staff greeted Cooper and truly seemed like they would treat him like their own dog upon entering. As someone who is very nervous with letting others handle my dog, I am so pleased that we found somewhere we can trust!

Friendly staff, clean location! Zoe, Caitlin, and Jessica always do a great job with our dogs, who come home smelling fresh and wearing cute bandanas. Our dogs approve 🐾

Okay i am not one to give out great reviews unless i am impressed. But... i am highly impressed! Not only is this place affordable but they work with you on making sure your furry buddy has the best experience possible. If your companion isnt crate trained they will take the proper precautions to make sure they dont go waiting in one at all. They keep up with your appointment and make sure that you are happy with every moment of the visit there. Gale i beleive is how you spell her name was incredible in taking care of my membership sign up and staying in touch for any updates on my pup during the visit and she explained every detail of the services they offer. Now when i say they are affordable, im not going to sugar coat it. Its not 5 $ but if thats the service your looking for then you not getting great results or service. But they arent like 100$ either they have several prices for different expericences but your not paying an arm and a leg for it either they are reasonable and you four legged friend will enjoy the experience trust me. Call them, or check them out or even just stop in to look at everything in person they are lovely people here. And i promise i wasnt paid or tortured into saying this its not like they stuffed me in a crate and forced me to type this right now👀 .... SOS..... haha im just kidding i am just so happy with the results of my familys pitbull visit there i had to make sure they get the proper recognition for their work. Thank you everyone and bergen cant wait to see you again next month 🐶

We are recent members of Scenthound in Morristown and our 3 dogs have been twice for their monthly grooming - once including haircuts. We have been pleased with their work.Today, when I went to pay at the terminal, I had two issues:• It showed me the discounted bill (based on membership) and I tried to give a 15% tip (about $15), however, the system did not show what the tip amount was going to be. I was surprised (unhappy) that the tip was computed based on the retail price of the services, not the amount I paid...the difference was $10.• After I selected 15%, the screen immediately went to the signature page and closed the transaction without my signature. I know this because before I signed, I complained to the representative that there was a problem with the tip amount and she told me that the transaction had already gone through!She apologized for the two issues and graciously credited my card for the $10. I asked how I could complain in a meaningful way and she directed me to the franchise HQ web site to give my feedback. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be a link for feedback or contact on the Scenthound website.So, all in all, I am a bit less than thrilled with my experience there.

My puppy has been here several times, including her first scissor and buzzer haircuts, and she really loves going to her once a month appointment. I don't know what they do to make her so happy, but it works! She comes out so fluffy and gorgeous. They also called out my dogs yeast infection in her ear, so we took her to the vet and got her fixed up. Really happy with this service so far.

The entire team at Scenthound is awesome! They take great care of my pup and he always comes home looking awesome - we get tons of compliments. We've used a couple different groomers but Tiombe is our go to!

I’ve been with Scenthound since they opened two years ago. The staff has been super helpful and friendly. I recently visited this location and it is just as pristine as the Denville location. They take pride in having the store meet a high standard. My older dog Stevie goes here every month on the essentials package and she loves her facial scrubs. I’ve never seen her so happy. It’s worth spoiling her.Shout out to David for all the help!

We signed up for a membership in the winter and they did not open when they were supposed to. Their other locations were too far from our home, so we requested a pause on our account and eventually requested to cancel after it took some time for them to open. Scented Hound has continued to charge us each month for the past 5 months, despite multiple requests to cancel. The workers have referred me to the owner who is never available. We initially loved the concept, but would never recommend due to their fraudulent billing practices.

I took my almost 2 year old dog here and was not happy at all! I chose a scent in which my dog smelled nothing like, she honestly just smelled like wet dog when I picked her up. I had asked prior about a muzzle because she gets very anxious with nail trimmings and was told they had many and would use one on her. I then received a text that none fit her so I purchased my own mid way through her service and even with the perfect fit one they still could not simply cut her nails. I was very disappointed and won’t be back. Honestly at least she smelled clean and was brushed properly when she was taken to PetSmart.

Recently moved to the area and was looking up new places to bring my 3 year old retriever. I have been to both Scenthound Denville and Scenthound Morristown. The establishments are clean and well run and recommend Scenthound to everyone I meet!

The front desk staff is really helpful. Service is quick compared to Petco. But didn’t like the one time registration fee for membership.
