Love these guys. The owners are great and have helped me out on a few times when I’ve been late dropping my puppy off. They send you photos every day and my dog always has a smile or her tail wagging -- she lunges towards the shop when we walk by so I know she really loves it.

Our pup loves One Paw Away. We have used them for years and Jamie and Clay are the best. They provide updates on how our dog is doing. You can’t replace the peace of mind of knowing your pet is in great hands when travelling out of town. They also provide a grooming service so when we pick up our doggie he is smelling better than when we dropped him off!

Cooper loves going to doggy daycare at One Paw Away! He can not get out of the car fast enough to get dropped off.Jamie, Clay and Brandon are so wonderful and are always available for any questions that I have. I should also mention drop off in the morning and pickup in morristown is so accommodating, convenient and the hours are perfect for working families. Cooper loves camp, gets to run around all day with his doggy friends and comes home tired! Very happy dog! Thank you Jamie and Clay. 🐾🐶

I am so happy we found Jamie to board our GSD. I have used other boarders in the past and always got that feeling like my dog was not being properly cared for. That all changed with Jamie! We had a meet and greet first to make sure that my dog would be a fit for her services and for me to ask any questions that I had. It was obvious right away that Jamie knew how to work with, read and care for dogs! I felt comfortable booking the reservation for our dog to stay with her during our vacation. Each day I received not only photos, but also a daily progress report that would very wittingly describe our dog’s day. He had a blast running around and playing with other dogs all day long! He was sad to come home and leave his furry friends behind. He looked super healthy and well cared for. I will definitely use Jamie again and would recommend her to other dog owners.

We are over the top happy with One Paw Away, and so is our dog George! They are extremely caring and attentive, treating each dog as an individual, getting to know all their "personalities" and needs. There is such a wonderful atmosphere at One Paw Away-so positive and enthusiastic. We use both their daycare and boarding and always feel confident that he is safe and happy. Our dog has been going to daycare with One Paw Away weekly for two and a half years. When we first became customers, Clay and Jamie were happy to answer all our questions and give a snapshot of what a day would look like and let us see the property. The best part about One Paw Away is that the dogs are socializing all day. You could pay the same for your dog to attend another facility and spend most of the day in a crate - this isn't like that. Our dog has a blast but can also chill out or go inside if she's had enough - though her endurance has grown with the exercise over the years! The staff knows our dog and her quirks & cues and attends to them. She is ecstatic to get to the "bus stop" every week and I think she truly loves the staff. They even celebrate her birthday. We haven't had to use OPA for boarding yet but will absolutely use and recommend them in the future. OPA is convenient and gives us peace of mind. I'm so happy to see the business succeed while never forgetting that customer service and personal touch that made us come to them in the first place.

So happy, that I found them. They did a great job with Milo i had to go back, They are very clean, offer great customer service not to mention very friendly. Its a bit of a drive but totally worth it. I’m very happy with the entire experience.

Ravi boarded with One Paw Away for almost 2 weeks and had a great time. We did a trial day first before her long stay. The boarding house is clean (it’s a family home) and everyone we spoke to was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We loved getting daily report cards while we were away and were able to text to get one off questions answered.

OPA rules! Luna loves "playcare" as Clay calls it, and their daycare and boarding environments are like having your dog stay with a family member or friend. I cannot say enough good things about One Paw Away. I am a momma to two Rottweilers. My older Rottie has been boarded and day cared by One Paw Away since he was a very young pup, as my boyfriend travels for work (he’s 3.5 now!) They would care for him weekly as if he was one of their own. We added our younger baby to the One Paw Away family over one year ago and they welcomed him with open arms. I am so happy that our boys are in caring and trusted hands, as they are both very large and high energy. We travel without any worries :) Thank you One Paw Away for being their home away from home!

While living in Morristown for the past year and a half we have taken our Labrador Luna to One Paw Away for Daycare and Boarding many times. She’d go to daycare twice a month and she’d be boarded there a few times a year and she always had an amazing time. Luna always came home happy and tired. You could tell how much she loved daycare by how she’d start running towards Clay as soon as she saw him while being dropped off at the bus stop. Taking her to One Paw Away was instrumental in her developing socialization skills as a young pup. Clay and Jamie are amazing at what they do and we’ve been so happy to see their business grow. If you are looking for a place where you can drop off your pup and know they’ll be in good hands, One Paw Away is the place to go!

We have been sending our big chocolate lab, Kobe, to One Paw Away for daycare & boarding for about a year now and we absolutely love it! Jamie & Clay treat Kobe like he’s one of their own, and Kobe absolutely adores them. We don’t have family nearby to help so they’ve been a life saver with boarding & daycare - it really feels like a home for our boy when we’re not around. Jamie, Clay and the OPA staff are truly exceptional. I would never leave my dog with anyone else- they are his extended family and have been hosting him for years (even before the official launch of the business.) He is ALWAYS thrilled to see them, and comes home happy, healthy and tired from playing with the other pups. While they are perfectly professional- OPA is more of a ‘home away from home’ environment - not at all like a kennel or traditional boarding facility. Booking is easy, and his daily ‘report card’ email has great photos and amusing stories. Jamie and Clay have made us and our dog George truly feel like family. Since they opened One Paw Away they are always genuinely interested in giving George everything that he needs in order to be a happy healthy pup. Their recommendations for not only food but leash accessories has saved us from busting out butts on our walks around the icy morristown sidewalks.On top of all of that their day care service is TOP NOTCH. We’ve been bringing our dog Roman to One Paw Away since he was 10 months old. Roman would visit the store frequently and also spends a lot of time at their house for boarding and daycare. He’s met a lot of other dog friends over the years! Roman is now 3 1/2 and he’s never been to another place outside of One Paw Away. We rely on Jamie and Clay for all of our dog care needs!

One Paw Away has been a Godsend for me and SO much fun for my dog, Cali.We took Cali into our home during COVID and she was very accustomed to having my attention. Now that my business is demanding of my attention, Cali was still expecting me to shower her with my time. Sending her off to Jamie, Clay and Brandon gives me a few days a week of uninterrupted time, and gives her socialization and activity. When I tell her in the morning that she is going to play with her friends, she doesn't leave my side until we're in the car! You should ONLY send your dog to Jamie, Clay, TJ and the entire staff at One Paw Away. This group takes VIP to an entire new level when it comes to taking care of our English Bulldog, Big Al. As a breed that is prone to health issues, we trust only One Paw Away when we go out of town and can’t bring Al with us. This groups passion, dedication and commitment to dog care/boarding is unmatched by any other “playcare” offering around. Bar none, One Paw Away, and all involved in this incredible operation, make us feel comfortable leaving Al either for the day or overnight without a second thought… quiet frankly, they must offer some magic treats because as soon as Al sees Jamie, Clay or TJ, he totally forgets we ever existed and takes off for the door. Our dog, a chocolate lab, absolutely loves going here! She gets super excited upon seeing Clay and Jamie and rushes to get into the van to get going. We have a Fi (gps) collar and she lots *lots* of steps throughout the day and always comes home tired. Clay and Jamie take the time to learn about your dog and really invest in their care. 10/10 would recommend.

I don't have enough words to express what One Paw Away has done for my pup. We adopted Waylon in July of 2022, and although he's a very happy boy, he's so so anxious as any rescue is! I stumbled upon One Paw Away looking for grooming services in the area, but quickly discovered they had a daycare.As soon as we pulled up, we knew this was the place for our dog. I was really impressed when Clay came out and gave us an intro to OPA and how it works, and we got pictures pretty soon after he arrived for his trial (which, by the way, the fact that they trial dogs is amazing! Not every pup loves every day care!). We have left Waylon there up to 9 days and every time we pick him up, he is all smiles. I never have to worry about him for a second, I know he probably likes being there almost as much if not more than being home. I can't say the same for other places, before OPA I had left him at a traditional kennel for a weekend and got back a very anxious, very upset dog.Waylon is not a huge people dog, but even today as we walked in to day care drop off, he ran right over and gave hugs and kisses. He drops me like a hot potato, and that's exactly what you want when you're leaving your fur baby somewhere.OPA has always been so flexible with us when we are running late, or need to have him picked up, or need to change our schedule. That's the personal touch you get with OPA instead of a run of the mill boarding facility.I genuinely do not know what we would do without OPA.

The absolute BEST doggie daycare/boarding around!! My pup Penny went to daycare with them several times a week for a little over a year, and loved every second of it. Clay and Jamie are the nicest people and it was always a comfort to know Penny was in such good hands. She would still be going to them if we hadn’t moved out of the area and I don’t think I’ll ever find a daycare I love/trust as much. Send your pups to One Paw Away — you’ll be so happy you did!

One Paw Away is great! It is Duke's, our dog, home away from home. He loves going there for daycare and when we are away, he boards there. He does a happy dance when he sees them. By going there for daycare since he was a puppy, Duke has learned to play well with others. Jamie and Clay as well as their staff are great, and I love that they interact/play with the dogs. They have room for the dogs to run and play as well toys for them. Wonderful!

I'm disappointed in the grooming service that my dog received this past week. My dog's ear was cut and they did not tell us about this issue when we picked her up. Instead, we noticed that it was bleeding once we left. I understand this can easily happen, however, they did not address it which is where my fustration is. Unfortunately, we will not be returning due to this incident.Update: The owner Jamie reached out after seeing this review. She explained how the bleeding could be due to the matted hair in that area and that they did not see any blood while our dog was there. I appreciate her reaching out to check how our dog was doing and offering to resolve the situation.
