The folks at Fancy Pets are the best! I have used their services many times and they are extremely professional and do a great job. I went in on a lark to have our dog groomed after not having had a chance to get her into them in a while and they were extremely accommodating! Our dog is happy to go to them and was so happy to be groomed! Many thanks to these lovely folks for a job well done again!

I have been bringing my two Yorkies here since we moved to Morristown in 2018. We have since moved out of state, but my sister still brings her Yorkie here. They always do a great job.

terrible service , the owner Luz did not even bathe the dog she only cut her hair. i don’t even know who does that. for 85 dollars that is actually insane. will not be back

This place feels like a hidden gem. While the space may not be the nicest store front you’ve ever been to they did a phenomenal job with my two cats including a long hair who was fairly matted when I brought him in. They were polite and fast! Thank you! We will be back. ❤️

I was pleasantly surprised at the clipping appointment for my 5 yr old cat Rocky! Rocky has been with me 2 yrs and has only had clippings on his nails at vet appointments. I have tried to get him into grooming before but COVID-19 was starting and I had to cancel. Rocky is normally not open with new people but when he was swooned by the owner at this appointment he didn’t know his nails were even being clipped! She was gentle and talked to him and petted him in between clipping his nails. Her husband kept Rocky’s attention looking at him and in less than 5 minutes his nails were clipped and we were leaving the building! It was the first time I took my dog to this place, and they were really nice, it took a couple of hours but left they left my lady beautiful..It’s hard to find parking but after all it’s worthy.

Luz is fantastic to work with. We have been working with her for several years and she always does excellent work at a very reasonable price. We had a silky terrier when we lived in Morristown that loved seeing Luz and she always looked great after being groomed at Fancy Pets. Luz always listens to what we want done, which is tough to find. We have been to other groomers and our dog would be shaved and shaking when she came out. Never the case with Luz! She knows how to give a great terrier cut!Our silky terrier passed away 5 years ago💔 and since we have moved an hour away. We just got a puppy in April who was in need of some grooming. We looked up places near us, but knew it was worth the drive to bring him to someone we trusted. We knew our puppy would be in good care and he looked great after his appointment with Luz! Highly, highly recommend Luz and Fancy Pets!

I have a wheaten terrier; First of all, his coat is not easy to groom, requires skills. Secondly, my dog can get very anxious. Fancy Pets has been grooming him for a couple of years. with Fancy Pets he is much calmer and he looks so handsome after. The place is nice and clean and very welcome . They do so much to accomodate timing requests and my dog's necessities

My dog is a nervous rescue and usually shakes like a leaf when he goes to the groomer. He just had his nails done here for the first time and was calm and happy. They are very gentle and did a wonderful job. I’m very impressed and will be returning for nails and full grooming in the future.

I didn't know what to expect when I brought my dog in after his normal groomer was booked out, but they did a great job. They did a very good poodle cut on him (a lot of groomers in the area don't or can't do that style), and the prices were great for the area. And unlike everywhere else in the area, they seem to have availability on their schedule. Great, no frills place for dog owners on a budget.

My first time using a groomer for my mom's cat. She had a lot of really badly matted hair and long nails. My mother had to go into the hospital and couldn't take care of the cat other than having her friend feed and clean after her daily. Thiscat has long fluffy hair, so by the time I got her to the groomer, her hair had knots and was badly knotted. It took 3 hours for the groomer to wash, cut nails, clean glands, and shave a lot of the hair on this poor cat. After all this, the groomer only took a small payment. I'm definitely recommending this place.

I would not recommend taking your dog to this groomer. When I collected him he looked ridiculous - blowing out and straightening the hair of a goldendoodle is just beyond crazy to think of. Also, our pup is only four months old, all he went in for was a bath, nail clip and hair clipped on his face - he came out and cried on the walk back home, was scared when anyone went up to him and when I got him home he was even scared of me and tried biting me whenever I went near him! Upon calling them, all they could say was he was lovely, he loved it and he is very friendly and to bring him back!

If you don't mind you dog being muzzled and taken behind a make-shift wall that is strategically placed so you cant see what theyre doing to you pet, then come here....If you actually care about you pet take them to any of the local surrounding pet stores or grooming services that care about animals. A quick google search (like the one youre doing right now) can point you in a number of places better suited than this.Ive never seen my dog so horrified as I did taking him home from here.

I wouldn’t take your dog their because when I did my puppy looked ridiculous and he looked very uncomfortable. I felt so bad for him, he wouldn’t even want to go outside.
