Sine I'm in a very long line to pick up my prescription, I have some time to share my experience. Parking here is never enforced. People park here who are not customers so you could spend an hour trying to find parking. Can't pick your prescription up during certain times because the entire pharmacy decides to all take their lunch break at the same time. A location this busy should have two or more lines open to serve customers during rush hour, but long lines don't seem to bother them, so they only open one. I could go on and on. It's dirty and unorganized. Just go anywhere else.

I had a bad experience when I went to pick up my prescription via Drive Thru. There were only two cars in front of me but it still took almost 30 mins to pick up my prescription. They should make improvements there or else close the Drive Thru facility. I will not go back to Drive Thru anymore.

The staff at the pharmacy window here routinely calls call out the names of medications being picked up within earshot of other customers. This is a HIPAA violation and it happens regularly at this pharmacy.

CVS Morristown NJ...WORST on the planet...INSISTING I have no extracare account to have my prescription delivered..If I could give a ZERO rating I would...Ready in 5 minutes at Whippany NJ CVS...

I was there with my sister n nephew this week, John(assuming he's the manager) made us very uncomfortable while we were shopping. Followed us into every isle. Felt like the cops were gonna walk in @ any time. My sister decided to leave n go elsewhere! Thank u but no thank u cvs! So much for customer service n I'm getting rid of my care package!

Unorganized. Don’t rely on them for anything. I placed an order for photos the day before since it was for a party I needed to decorate for that morning. I went and they lost my photos, I had to spend an hour reprinting them and was late to the location. Don’t give people the option to print ahead of time if your that unorganized.

Went there to get a thermometer for measuring body temperature. It was about 9:00pm and I couldn't get any help for about 15 mins. After 20 mins k went to the pharmacy billing counter and they were more than helping me in finding the item i was looking for. Overall its a good experience I would say.
