My dog started with grooming there as a puppy and then we added their dogwalking service as well. My dog never hesitates to communicate through body language and all I know is that when we get close to Wash and Wiggle she starts whimpering with excitement and jumps out of the car on a mission to get inside. She totally loves the receptionist Amy, who gets right down on the floor with her to enthusiastically greet her, and I’ve watched Amanda grooming her when I’ve come to pick her up. She seemed content sitting still for her to cut her face hair (she would never do that for ME, I’ve tried!) and Amanda is always very friendly and hard working.Sam and Christine alternate daily walks and my girl has always been eager to walk with and play with them. The dogwalking side of wash and wiggle offers a reliable and thorough service, including pictures and updates, and the managers Karen and Greg are great with scheduling.I have also found my interactions with the owner, Cindy to be very positive and accommodating.I plan to check out their Canine Kids Club doggy daycare soon!

Our poodle pup loves this place. She never looks stressed or anxious afterward. Usually, her grooming takes a little bit over an hour. It took us 2-3 grooms with Michaella to figure out what cut we liked best and now the process is easy breezy. Highly recommend her.

Absolutely love this place! Wash N wiggle is an incredible facility staffed with intelligent, dog savvy, passionate and caring people. From the minute you walk in you and your pup are greeted with such excitement and love! You get to sit down with your groomer and discuss EXACTLY what you want done and they are very accommodating when it comes to old age, skin issues, anxiety and other issues your pup may have! I speak with confidence when I say everyone who work there loves your babies as there own!! They not only make it a stress free environment for your pet they also make sure to take your pup out for fresh air and potty breaks throughout the whole time they are there. The owners are fantastic and very passionate when it comes to making sure your experience was perfect! Overall, I trust Wash N Wiggle to make my baby look perfect and stress free!!

Wash N' Wiggle Pet Squad is amazing! Karen is always quick to respond and it is very easy to book services. Every single person that has come to take care of our dogs has been wonderful! Love the pictures they send. They are super reliable and always seem to come through even if I have to make a last minute request. It's so nice to know my dogs are in great hands with this service!!

Best salon to bring your pet to be pampered! Amazing treatments and they are so lovely to the dogs! You can tell they really love the dogs and want them to feel comfortable and happy! We have a wheaten terrier and have tried so many groomers to get a good breed specific cut. Wash n wiggle did such a great job with the cut and we were so happy! The staff were also very nice and friendly! Overall, excellent experience!

I absolutely love this place!!!!! I have a bichon and he’s a very high maintenance breed, they take such great care and close attention to detail!!! The stylists there are the most pleasant I’ve come across and I’ve been to quite a few groomers, everyone has such an upbeat personality and you can tell the love they have for their clients. Let’s also add in there for the line of work grooming is you would think that it would be impossible to keep up with the mess, but you wouldn’t even tell that’s how on the ball they are. The overall atmosphere of this salon checks all the the boxes you would want for the services and the prices as well, you really get your moneys worth.

♡Hi I work at wash n wiggle and I can say that Working here has been a fun experience. Everybody really does care about each and every single furry kid that comes in with any health issues, medical issues,Skinned issues, behavior issues! When I say we are patient we are kind, we take care of them like our own. There's no other place like this. I can assure you of that!! I have 2 little ones that I could tell you. ,I would leave anybody in that building with my babies. We constantly check in periodically throughout the time your baby is in our care. We make sure they go out for potty breaks. We make sure that they are stressed free as much as possible. And if any of my clients can tell you. I am a very, very honest groomer ✂️. And I would not post something on here if it wasn't true. Here at Wash n wiggle I can assure you and promise you that your babies are in perfect hands. I love my job♡🐶🐩🐈‍⬛ 🐕‍ I love when my clients come in and they are wagging their tails and so happy to see me ♡ ❤️ 🧡 💛 💚 💙 💜 ❤️ I'd also like to point out that there is a group Putting hateful make-believe unbelievable- False accusations that are completely untrue. There are members sticking up for wash n wiggle Because of what we know goes on. The people who are making bad comments false accusations aren't even a client of ours at Wash n wiggle. Please do not believe what you are reading when it comes to any kind of negative neglect abuse. False accusations that go on in this building. We are 100% honest about everything we do. We've had owners sit with us as we're grooming their babies, we have a window to window No covered walls for people to see inside the grooming area At no time has there ever been any abuse neglect or mistreatment of any kind at this facility. People who are going around talking about the staff and the owner You should be of shamed of yourselves. Wash n wiggle is a very family-friendly vibe at all times.

We had a great first experience at Wash n Wiggle! The staff was so friendly and attentive. Junior did an amazing job with our dogs grooming and executed all our requests perfectly. We have been to a couple other groomers in the area and this was definitely our best experience. We will definitely be back and will recommend to others!

This is by far the best dog groomer salon I have ever been to. I have four Bichon Frises', and trust no one I repeat no one other than the staff that is employed here at this salon. They are the most friendliest, and caring people that I have ever met. Previous Groomers I have taken my dogs to before, my dogs didn’t like going to get groomed. Every time I would bring them seemed like a battle to get them in the front door. Not here at this salon though, my dogs, I swear, now every time I mention that they are going to get groomed, actually smile and are excited to go for the ride to the groomers. They are excited to get there and it's like I can't get them out of the car fast enough and into the salon. I will be the first to admit that my dogs cute as they are, do not warm up to strangers so quickly. At Wash N' Wiggle, they love each and everyone of the staff members, they are more like family to them. They treat all of my dogs with such kindness, care and love, and it really shows. Animals have a sixth sense about these things. I will never take my dogs to any other place ever! These people go above and beyond a sense of professionalism like I have never seen. I highly recommend this salon to all new and current pet owners, trust me, matter of fact, trust my dogs, you will not be disappointed!

WHATEVER YOU DO PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO WASH N WIGGLE IN MORRIS PLAINS! Yesterday my dog was brought to Wash N Wiggle to get groomed . After being there for over an hour they contact a friend of ours saying "passed out twice". Not my husband not me, a friend who didn't even drop the dog off! After being informed of this I sent my husband to go get him and I called them to find out exactly what happened. As she puts me on hold I can hear her mumble "Jesus Christ" and then I was put on hold for over 5 minutes by the rude receptionist , finally the groomer answered the phone. I was frantically trying to see if my dog was okay and to understand what had occurred. She claimed that he was in a room by him self waiting to get groomed (saying she checked on him periodically) and then when she took him to the bath he started to "pass out" as she walked him to the tub. I first asked if she had a leash on his neck and maybe they pulled him too hard. She denied that and said he wasn't on a leash. When I asked if he could have possibly ingested something on the floor while the the room by himself she said no there is nothing on the floor and we were with him even though she had just told me he was alone. I ask to speak to the owner and then she tells me that the owner is not there and won't be back for 3 WEEKS! I tell her to find a way to have the owner call me because this is unacceptable that no one there has an answer of what happened to my poor dog. The woman HANGS UP ON ME. I try calling them back and they simply ignored my calls. When my husband gets there to get the dog they make comments about me saying " I don't know how you deal with your wife". When they bring my dog out he is terrified and has A ROPE TYPE LEASH TIED AROUND HIS NECK. Not one employee there has an explanation of what happened to him. The owner calls my husband even though I specifically asked them to have her call me and tells him she doesn't want to speak to me if I am going to yell. I calmly get on the phone and tell her the incident. She dismisses all my concerns tells me that her and her staff love animals and maybe he has a health problem or is just old. I tell her I am going to bring him to the vet as we speak and I'll see what they say. After we rushed him to the vet the examine him and tell us he has no heart, breathing issues etc. But when they look at his eyes they say they are blood shot and that he has irritation around his next which is consistent with GETTING CHOKED. Livid we email the owner to let her know what they said and ask if she has cameras so we can clear this up. Finally this morning she emails us and said that her cameras are only live feed so that she can watch when she isn't there....and again dismisses our frustrations saying that her staff said that they did nothing wrong and she hopes to see my dog again soon! She is out of her mindOh and to top it all of they had the audacity to charge us 70 dollars for their "service". That wasn't even finished.The owner is disgusting and clearly doesn't care about your pet. Avoid at all cost!

I have now taken both my Saint Bernard and Great Dane here for full grooming and the staff is always supper friendly to my and my pups! The are truly caring and treat them just as I would and as if they are their family too. Both dog have been done fairly fast but really well done and both are supper happy when the came home! Amazing experience worth every cent!

Wash N’ Wiggle is the go to place in Morris County, with top tier grooming and customer service! All of their employees truly care for the dogs that visit, and it shows in how excited the pups are to see their groomers. They give all their pets the TLC that they need. We are so thankful that Wash N Wiggle works well with our girl Midna! We tried 3 other groomers before them that didn’t work out well. Amanda is great with her! The previous groomers we tried told us that Midna was snapping at them and doing alligator rolls. Amanda is patient and understands that Midna gets anxious and scared, and Midna has finally had good experiences with a groomer! We are beyond relieved and definitely recommend Wash N Wiggle to anyone!

I took my 6 month Goldendoodle to Wash N Wiggle for her first grooming. Of course for the first grooming I was a bit nervous. The owner was so helpful on the phone and accommodating! When we arrived I brought my puppy right in where we met with the groomer and she went right to work. No waiting around in crates. They even sent a picture during the process to assure us that she was doing great! Our puppy came out looking great and was relaxed. You could tell it wasn’t a stressful process for her. I highly recommend this place!

Please protect your pups and stay away from Wash N’ Wiggle. I brought my dog here once for a bath and nail trim and it took over three hours so I never brought her back. Now after hearing about multiple instances of abuse, I am so glad I didn’t make the mistake of returning.

My in-home groomer moved so I needed to find a new groomer. Mobile groomers were too expensive so I tried this place which is conveniently located in Morris Plains. Excellent grooming and reasonably priced. They took both of my dogs at once. They clearly took their time and it showed... my dogs have never looked so good! So happy to have found Wash n' Wiggle!

I was very lucky to win a free grooming at Wash N' Wiggle at the festival on the green on Sunday. Otis went in today in desperate need of a haircut and he came out looking so handsome! Everyone was so professional and nice. They even put on a birthday bandana because his birthday is coming up! We both left very satisfied with the service and just the general good vibe. :-)

Stephanie the manager at Wags and Wiggles on Speedwell Ave.Morris Plains.. is the best. She cares about you and my dog. I would have left a while ago. Just like hairdresser groomers come and go. I went through different groomers if it wasn't for Stephanie trust I stayed i stuck it out.Thankyou Stephanie for the great experiences I have had with you.Thanku Stephanie for always make me feel at home. Believe me I drive her crazy. When I have to try someone new. Which is pretty often. I am a hairdresser they come and go.just like groomers. We went for the first time to use the self service dog wash option. Immediate things that stood out was the warm and friendly customer service. It was easy to book over the phone and the staff taught us how to utilize everything. Space is clean and the have the cutest front yard which doubles as a potty station. I would definitely recommend and will be going back. There are so many services they offer, can't wait to check them out!

Had our dog Henry groomed at Wash-n-Wiggle last week. Our previous groomer went MIA and we needed to find someone else. Wash-n-Wiggle was being used by some of our friends and was highly recommended. I called and spoke to Cindy, the owner. We had a great conversation and set up an appointment for the following week. Upon arriving Cindy greeted me and Henry and introduced us to Amanda who would be taking care of Henry. We went to a private room where Amanda played with Henry while we discussed what I wanted done. Henry is a golden doodle and super clingy to me but only hesitated a little bit when Amanda lead him into the grooming area. About 3 hours later I received a call that Henry would be ready in 15 minutes. I could not believe the transformation. Henry looked super handsome and Amanda did an amazing job. She did everything I asked for perfectly and explained issues like his nails have long nerves and they can only clip them a little bit. Cindy came over and made sure everything was to my liking. I set up Henry's next appointment and home we went. Henry is usually standoffish for a day or so after a grooming appointment but he was fine and playful when we got home. That right there confirmed Wash-n-Wiggle is the right choice. Thanks Cindy, Amanda and the rest of team. See you soon.

This place deserves 0 stars!! Staff is so unprofessional and rude. They do not deserve to work with animals who are helpless in their hands. An investigation needs to be conducted at this facility in the treatment of animals.

Wash N' Wiggle was excellent. We've had our adopted pup for about 4 months and after struggling through some home bathing it was time to bring him in for his first official grooming. He hates water so we were a bit nervous. The staff at WnW were so friendly, they greeted our dog so nicely, were genuinely enthusiastic to meet a new "customer" (the dog) and it made us feel so comfortable that he was in good hands. They took him back to the tub and came back to quickly report on how happy he was and how great he was doing. They let us leave him there and gave us a 10 minute warning call to drive back to pick him up. For a dog that loathes water and bathing, he loved it there and it's a huge credit to the team at WnW. We will be back!
