Personally I love Stop & Shop. It's a very big store stocked up all the time. Miles are very wide and long. The store is always very clean. They have many sales every week. I can always get everything I need there every week for the same price, sometimes less than other grocery stores. They also have Starbucks in there as well. It's a pleasant experience. 5 Stars!!!

Stop & Shop has a very wide selection of products and brands, but there is clear wear & tear from the many years that this store has been here. With Wegmans & Shop Rite within 2-3 miles of so, I find them to be more pleasant shopping experiences.

Great deli with fresh Boar's Head cold cuts, plus an amazing selection of produce and cheeses sold here. Try the new Firesmith deli sliced chicken - it is amazing!!

What a beautiful and clean store it is..Things are always available and staff is friendly.Shelves are clean and they give proper attention to hygiene and cleanliness.We found every products available..Never goes out of stock..

They got people working not even helpful at all. Now if you don't have a new phone the updates those digital coupons they won't even give the deal at all .now I rather go to guisippies is little more but they will help an honor discount

Everything is so expensive here, there were moldy bags of pepperoni on the shelf, produce was terrible and self check out machines are the worst. Only good thing nobody was there but now I know why

I've just started going to Stop and Shop and I Love it! What a nice Big Clean Store! And So Organized! The prices are comparable to all the other grocery stores especially with the digital coupons. Very easy to move around and find everything and the Bake shop is Excellent! One of my personal favorites! This store will be on my weekly shopping trips for sure! 10 Stars!!!

Possibly the most frustrating self-checkout experience I’ve ever had. Plus the woman working the self-checkout area was inattentive and extremely rude. I ended up having to try three different self-checkout machines because each one kept giving errors and prompted for an employee to help but she took so long that I eventually went to a cashier. She then proceeded to berate me for using “so many” machines. Don’t shop here unless you’re willing to pay high prices for mediocre quality, dysfunctional machines, and (at least one) rude employee.

I didn't go inside the store. I waited in the car for my daughter to pick up 3 items. Stop and Shop has nice products, however, it's too expensive to do a large shopping order there.

I had the most pleasant experience at the Stop and Shop in Morris Plains.Alexander in Customer Service was so helpful and courteous; it was so refreshing to receive kindness when asking for help.This supermarket has a lot of competition around it, but offers good circular sales and friendly customer service.

Actually really impressed.. we are Wegmans, uncle guiseppe, and kings shoppers. This Stop and Shop in Morris plains is large, clean and well stocked.. Great selection and pricing. I visit Stop and Shops in Westchester NY on business and they are filthy dirty and poorly run. These employees and Mgt team were engaged and friendly. Kudos!!!!.. if corporate stop and shop reads this go and visit this store and then go to your stores in Westchester… I understand you are a large public co and honestly you should be way more consistent and take after your nj store in Morris plains…

I know a lot of Stop and Shops are having trouble being profitable, and I can't understand why. Pretty much a huge selection of vegan-friendly (that's what I pay attention to so that's what I notice most), great selection of quality coffees, bright and wide-open aisles (the one in West Caldwell is almost *too* massive), really wonderful fresh produce (helps if it's in season), and even a free magazine, Savory, that I really like. I read it for ideas. Stop and Shop is like ShopRite crossed with Whole Foods. There's a massive "Organic Food" aisle with all the overpriced Fair Trade organic this-and-that you could possibly want (and I often do). There's even a Local Foods shelf. That's where I discovered Rao's tomato sauces, a love affair that continues to this day.If I could improve anything, it would be to have hipper music. Tina Turner is fine, but it's not fresh. It's, well, it's depressing. Also, pay your employees more. They're bored to tears at 7:40 on a frigid February night when no one uses checkout lanes anymore. Folks are very nice though. Hope this store stays open, as well as the Randolph and South Orange ones (I commute a lot). ✌️

This is an update to my previous review. Still a nice store. Clean, good set up. Nice staff overall. The prices are slightly higher than others but they have quality meat, seafood dairy and produce. They have some great prepared sides and seasoned meat and chicken too. My problem is that the cashiers don't bag. I have asked managers there about it and was told the cashiers are supposed to bag. That is not happening This has been so consistent an issue for us that my husband and I don't regularly do our weekly food shopping there opting for a competitor's store instead. Today we decided to visit this store and I watched a couple in front of us struggle to get things bagged with the cashier only bagging the remaining items to move the people along. Due to the assembly line check out we wound up forgetting a few items when we left. It would go a long way if the cashiers would bag even if you bring your own.

Lady tonight at self checkout was very nasty . I believe here name was Angela .Didn’t even greet me and yelled at me for scanning my sons toy and handing it back to him smh called to speak to manager and he said I’ll get on it and hung up on me smh . He listened to what I had to say but then didn’t really seem to care . Other then that I love the selections they have just wish people were more friendly smh

Wonderful huge clean and has a great and interesting magazine selection. With very nice magazines on diet, shape, beauty and other hot topics. Lots of choices foods, fruits and even baby items. Prices were reasonable as well. The fruit yogurt is delicious so are the fruit containers of fresh fruits. I definitely enjoyed shopping here and checkout was quick.VJ

Very disappointed in their meat. Bought hamburger meat there on Friday, dated to be used by Monday. Opened the package and was disgusted by the smell. Didn’t have time to return or replace for bbq. $18 thrown away. I’m thankful for I had a lot of other meat on hand. So upsetting!

I stopped in for the first time. I only wanted a few items. They had a minimal selection of frozen veggies compared to my regular market (ShopRite). Only 1 flavor of the ice cream I stopped for. They were out of the deli cheese I asked for . On the plus side the store is very clean and bright, plenty of parking, and pleasant staff.

This store and staff are absolutely phenomenal. All the Employee are so very nice and helpful. They are always pleasant and go out of their way too assist you. The store is spotless. Everything is clean and they are always well stocked. I do all my food shopping here for both myself and my mom. Keep up the amazing work :)
