They are one of the best pharmacies in NJ ever had for all my medical needs . The delivery expectation is on point. I have no problems are any issues with their services with any refills with any of the prescriptions that they receive I recommend this place this pharmacy to anyone!

My family and I are long time customers at Morris Plains Pharmacy, and we consistently receive excellent service. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and caring. For example, they have been able to secure a requested prescription, even when circumstances suggested that the medicine might not be available. Importantly, they routinely inform us about relevant cost savings and provide specific instructions about our prescriptions. The staff at Morris Plains Pharmacy are great, too. They are friendly and provide gracious assistance, even volunteering to order needed items. The store itself is a gem--packed with interesting items as well as OTC medications, toiletries, greeting cards, and gifts. As you can tell, we are very satisfied customers. I'd like to suggest that you stop by and visit Morris Plains Pharmacy--you won't be disappointed.

For over 25 years, I had been a loyal and very satisfied patron of Morris Plains Pharmacy. Everyone who worked at the pharmacy was kind, thoughtful and went out of their way to accommodate the customer. The gift selection was wonderful, and the pharmacists were outstanding. Any question about a medication was explained with patience and care. An added bonus was the option of free delivery, any day of the week requested.Since the sale of this once treasured establishment, things have declined so drastically that the only similarity is the name. Other than that, this is NOTHING like the Morris Plains Pharmacy of the past.The deliveries are now only two days a week, and no matter how long you have been a customer, your checks are no longer honored. I found that out very abruptly, when my delivery came and I was told that the pharmacy no longer accepts checks. When you call, don't expect a kind greeting, instead be prepared to be treated with disrespect and indifference. No longer will the pharmacist give you a time to explain your medications. as the customer is of little importance.With the exception of one employee who has been there for years, there is nothing similar or remotely positive about this place.So farewell to the the once great Morris Plains Pharmacy! I will be getting my prescriptions somewhere else!

Terrible service. Needed new pharmacy. Medication was sent to Morris plains by multiple providers. Called to provide my pharmacy benefit information and was told I needed to come in. Received a second call that two of my meds they did not have and would not be able to get. They were standard medications. Arrived at the pharmacy and was advised none of my 6 prescriptions had been filled. Would not recommend. Owner was not even apologetic for his staff giving out incorrect information.

Pharmacy has great service and the employees are very nice. Pharmacists go out of their ways to help their customers. Good place to shop for gifts and has a wide selection of greeting cards! I highly recommend to shop in this pharmacy to everyone.

Best pharmacy I've ever been a customer of. Prices are better than Walgreens. The staff is wonderfully lovely and helpful. We need to support these independent Pharmacies! If we don't then the big chains take over and rip us off!

I've been a customer of Morris Plains Pharmacy for 29 years. Great local pharmacy and the people there have helped me resolve medication issues several times in the past few months. Once with a generic drug that I had issues with and once with medications for a pet. Highly recommended.

They should give a courtesy call when your medications are out of stock, you need a prior authorization or they just stopped taking your insurance. Many times I have ran like a nut to get to this pharmacy after work to pick up my prescription to be given these answers. A call once in a while to say "Hey Mr. Turner, we are sorry but your meds are out of stock today, but we will have it tomorrow at 3PM" would not be so difficult. I would have no other complaints otherwise though. Staff is nice and friendly when you are there. Always a clean place.

After talking to Kathy, please disregard my previous rating/post. It was a miscommunication on both our parts (I'm to blame as well). She called, and was obviously disappointed with the review and after some VERY direct communication, I believe we were able to both come to an understanding. I truely do apologize for my part, and gave some honest & respectful critique to her, too. Also, they have an AMAZING pharmacist (Pharmacist Ray), an incredibly kind & generous tech (Raj), & a very direct but kind manager (kathy) that is willing to talk out problems. They also have another pharmacist that I've only used once but saved my butt, BIG TIME (I apologize but I do NOT know his name, but he's a real life saver). They have been EXTREMELY generous and helpful towards me with my medical issues and were MORE than willing to spend time consulting me on ALL my different medications! Because of everything they do, I've referred a couple people to the store already and will continue to do so, as long as the 2 pharmacists continue to work there!

Wonderful service from a great small business. Prescriptions are filled typically filled quickly. I also enjoy the workers remember me when I come in. Usually don't even have to say my name, they'll just have my stuff ready for me as soon as they see me walk. Top of line.

They don’y even know the insurances they accept! Just a waste of time. I dropped my prescription there and they told me i can pick it upİn 20 min ,when i return to the store to pick up they told me just sorry !!! No medication because they don’t work that insurance any more!! Don’t go there. There are plenty of pharmacies aroun!
