This is the cleanest store I've ever been in. You could eat off the floor. Nothing out of place!The sales rep Sena asked if we needed help and was knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond to help my husband match jackets and pants. Then when something didn't ring up correctly to recognize a sale Jessica & Rose were so patient & kind. Went above & beyond to redo the whole thing to make sure it was right.

Shopping at kohls is a pleasure because everything is displayed properly and neatly and all the associates are helpful and friendly.There is only one area I wish was more up-to-date and that is the petite department. The selection of clothes are absolutely not for the modern petite person. They seem to be geared to loose tops and pull on elastic waist pants. As a petite person I find myself shopping in the Junior department (which does not carry the length of jeans a petite person needs) so therefore I only shop for tops, shoes, housewares and intimate apparel.

Dropped by this store to grab a few items I needed before a trip. As always, the place was clean, organized and the staff was wonderful. Especially Luis, who was so patient with my questions and helped me sign up for rewards for an extra coupon. So glad this is my neighborhood store!

If you shop at Sephora be sure to ask for Pethlean. She knows her stuff! She will color match you perfect and make sure you leave with all the right beauty items!

Customer service is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.Also while I was shopping the cart I was using was a few feet away from me and the associate kindly reminded to keep cart closer to me. (My purse was opened and exposed. It could be a potential incident where someone could take it and runn with it. )So to that I would say they are caring and concered. Which I appreciate.

Stay away around the holidays. Customer service is rude and the return policy is ridiculous. I tried to exchange 2 gifts for the same brand item but a different color. Because the price tag was $2 more, they would not allow me to just pay the difference. I had to pay the discounted lowest price for the gifts so I would’ve had to pay $30 for 2 items that were gifts! The manager came over and didn’t even acknowledge me, Just said no, and walked away. Don’t buy gift here unless you plan to provide a receipt

I don’t buy a lot of makeup but stoped in to check out the Sephora and was greeted and then helped immediately by an amazing associate!! Pethlean was knowledgeable and patient to show my mom and myself options with one the guides of what we were looking for. Will go back and buy there again!!

I always have a great shopping experience at this Kohls and I am a person who HATES shopping! The sales associates are very friendly and nice. The coupons and sales are always good. Tonight I left my purse, coat and purchased items in one cart and went into another department. When I realized 😳 another associate spoke up and directed me to the place to go. The men's department associate was keeping it safe for me! Very helpful and kind people working at this Kohls!

Kohl's has an Amazon return area, so that was convenient. Empty store late at night but I'm not surprised. Gives a nice and clean feel, the one time I visited the Kohl's at Jersey City was chaos during the holidays.

Sales and coupons aren't worth it anymore. Sale prices listed in store are actual retail prices. They say sale but aren't. They still offer coupons but they hardly work on anything. If you get that 30 percent coupon in the mail, be prepared for it not to work when you get to the register.

Website says 9, when you call it says 9, I waited an hour with 2 small kids, had to go buy food and to waste time and must have seen 20+ people who’s wasted their time and gas money on walk up to the door only to have to leave. Sort it out. Staff are very kind

Coupons do not work here. Never had one work, they just bait you into the store. The coupons probably work on less than 1% of the items here.

Nice place and always has a lot of ongoing deals and offers. Do install the app for it on your mobile and you would be able to browse and search for any offers before checking out your items. There is also a convenient Amazon Returns inside that I often use for Returns.Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Kohls send out these coupons that exclude anything you might want and trick you to come in shop waste your time and when you get to the counter and say you needed to read fine print because we exclude everything except for the garbage we have and is about to go out of season. Thank you for wasting your time with us I’ll never give them my money again. I bought everything I had on Amazon in front of the cashier and kohl’s will never get my money again ! I wish more people would do the same.

This place used to be amazing, but my visit on 9/15/2017 wasn't pleasant. The shoe aisle was unattended by staff, shoe boxes were shuffle, display shoes wasn't having box details. The box details on display shoe helps customer to find out desire shoes. We took off without even browsing other aisles.
