Excellent Excellent Excellent groomers and pet store. 100% transparency. You can stay during your pet's grooming session, or just watch through the full glass windows. This offers piece of mind for nervous pets. The groomers are the best that I have found. They groom cats too. Highly recommend.

Very organized store and fair pricing. Terry was great and very informative. I picked up some bedding for my rabbit and new veggie bowl. I will be returning and glad that they offer other services such as boarding.

Terry's Pet Shop is such a sweet little store for pet items! While the prices are a bit higher, the service makes it worth it as every interaction is pleasant and positive. We bought a few toys there for our new kitten and his favorite toy duck (pictured) is from there! They even threw in a free peacock feather which he loves to chase. It's the little things that make a difference.

We have had two excellent experiences here. We visited on a whim and I mentioned that our new puppy wasn’t eating her kibble. Mike suggested several different brands for us to take home and also how to feed our puppy (we are first time owners). Lo and behold, our pup loves the very first kibble he suggested. We came by to order more and they were able to place a special order.We went back today to pick up the special order and Mike not only remembered my son and me, he recalled my name and the breed of our puppy. Very impressive.Their service, friendliness and personal interactions means that we will be doing all our pup shopping here.Shop local !Update Feb 1, 2022 -- We have been going to Terry's since we discovered it. Last spring our puppy Willow started having lots of tummy issues. We were giving her Metronidazole every few weeks. I did some research online and thought to change her protein source from chicken to something else.We went to Terry's and John was incredible in helping me out. He suggested Canine Caviar (instead of what I went to buy). And most importantly - he spent at least 30 minutes giving me advice. I am so grateful for the therapy session! He also recommended an internal medicine vet (Dr. Straus at Animal Emergency and Referral Associates). But I must say - John's advice was what made the difference and changed the course of how I dealt with Willow's issues (including pumpkin and Metamucil, and powering through her bouts of tummy issues vs giving her metro). He has been incredibly patient with all my questions (even when I call to get advice). His handholding through Willow's puppy issues is something for which I will be forever grateful.I can't say enough about how wonderful it is to have John, Mike and the crew available for all sorts of pet advice. They always greet me by name when I walk in, and always remember Willow's name.I literally tell everyone to go there - neighbors with new puppies, people we meet walking the dog or online.Puppy tax below:

My family and I have been coming to Amanda for a while now to cut our cat’s nails. She is so genuine, kind, and gentle! She is seriously the only person we trust to handle our very dramatic cat. She also gives the best cat mom advice as well. 100% recommend coming to this store and seeing Amanda as well as other staff. Everyone is so professional and kind!

Everyone here is wonderfully friendly and helpful. I was helping pick out gifts for my friend adopting a kitten and John helped me with supplies and gave me peacock feathers, which the kitten LOVED (see photo below). I haven't had the chance to go back yet, but I definitely will! :)

Hetty and I love checking out Terry's Pet Shop, everyone is so helpful. Always someone to put those big bags of food in our car for us. We enjoy checking out the aisles for special treats for her and finding good stuff for our kitty at home.

This store is really good if you're looking for specialty pet food. My cats are on a raw diet, and it's a little hard to find anything outside of 1 or 2 brands in most stores. These guys carry top-of-the-line quality pet products. If you're looking to step away from the Purina and the Iams, check here. They also know what they're talking about and can help recommend a diet or a food or a supplement for your pet.

My puppy is now 9 months old and time to change his diet. John as always guided me to what I should feed him, how much to feed him, and how to wean him off the puppy food. Amazing and helpful as always! My prior experience with the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I went to them prior to getting my new puppy and they set me up with everything needed. Their prices were very reasonable too. Even came to my home when I had issues setting up the crate!I can’t say enough about Terri, John and Mike!This pet shop is a great find and you won’t be sorry going there.

I have a miniature schnauzer who is very nervous and hates being groomed. I had read good things about Terry's Pet Shop so I figured that I would give them a try. They were TERRIFIC! I explained to them how nervous she is, they assured me that they could work with her and they did a wonderful job! So glad that I found them!

Terry's Pet Stop's staff is always so helpful! The groomers are amazing! My puppy is not exactly easy to groom or have nails cut however Amanda and her assistants always manage her with such love and persevere with her until the job is done. They give her breaks in between as needed as not to stress the dog out! They are so considerate and strategic!

Anyone who loves their dogs would more than likely do anything within their power to keep them healthy and safe. So what happens when your fur babies go on a hunger strike because they don’t like the necessary food change over you are forced to make? Go to Terry’s and speak with John DiCairano the store’s manager! Quite frankly when I first spoke with him, I thought I was speaking with the owner. He is incredibly knowledgeable and I was blown away with how much he cares! Having been forced into changing my dogs food from an expensive subscription delivery service after four years, this was a true nightmare. Nothing was working. I tried so many places. This went on for two months… until I found John at Terry’s. My dogs are eating and EVEN excited again about their food! Sooooo happy! And to make it even nicer, the store is lovely!

Terry and her staff are very helpful and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them. I came in with my new puppy who was terrified to walk on the leash. We tried out a nose harness and when I came back the next day because it was making the leash training more difficult Terry recommended a different kind of harness which changed the game and made leash training so easy. They’re prices are fair, food, treat and toy choices are abundant. I’m only sorry that my new pup won’t be needing grooming because Kristen is excellent and she’s the reason I found Terry’s. We followed her there.I wish I had known how great they are for the last 12 years but we have a puppy again and so we will be customers for a long time.

Terry's Pet Depot is a wonderful neighborhood pet supply store. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Their selection is great for dogs and cats and ok for small pets (rodents, birds, rabbits) and fish.They have a pet groomer by appointment.Their fish selection has shrunken over the years but still includes Betas and other small freshwater feeder fish.I do not recall their having live reptiles for sale (they do have supplies for them)They have boarded my rabbit in the past and i have seen them board other small animals.They Do Not Keep dogs and cats for sale; they do bring in outside adoption agencies periodically where you can get dogs or cats.The store IS PET FRIENDLY! Many people bring their dogs in to see and pick from the merchandise. Terry will even have her dog (Stella?) in sometimes behind the counter to greet customers!I actually prefer to go to Terry's (rather than the big-box pet stores) if possible as they are closer and friendlier.Did I also mention they have a rewards program?? In my case, every time I buy 10 bags of hay (rabbit), I get one free! I do not know the details for dogs or cats, but I would imagine that it is similar. They do need to have your name and phone number on file to track the purchases for the rewards program)

Everyone at Terry’s is knowledgeable, helpful and nice. They make it easy to shop there and you feel like you are getting sound advice about products. They really listen when I have questions and think about what would be the best solution specifically for my dog. They are also friendly and answer questions about general pet ownership. I actually drive past 2 other Pet stores to get to Terry's because they carry top quality brands that the other stores don't carry and I appreciate the care and attention I get there. I love that I am supporting a local business owner.

Been with Terry’s pet shop since she opened. Bought a baby guinea pig, very healthy little guy who lived for 9 years. Purchased fish as well and all weee healthy. I have two dogs who regularly go for nail trimmings and they enjoy the doggy salon. Most importantly, the dog food product lines are well known by all the sales people. Every recommendation has worked and my dogs have been happy.I also go to Terry’s VIP health clinics as I save a fortune for all my dogs shots, rabies,, etc and stool check. To sum Terry’s up, great one atop shop with staff that I know personally and care for.

They also have a phenomenal groomer, Christine, who took care of my Yorkie, Frankie, who is not easy to groom, and I loved the cut! I’m so happy that we finally found Terry’s Pet Stop for grooming. The team at Terry’s are so wonderful with Rudy, who can be frightened of people. They are patient and take their time to be sure he is comfortable and at ease. They also always make time to clip my other dog’s nails when we are there too. After trying another place in the area before finding Terry’s, we would never go anywhere else now.

After my first visit at Terry's I scheduled my dogs grooming appointment there as well. Very pleased with the store. Love the attention of a small, local business. Also plan to take advantage of the vet they have on site to help save with vet visit costs. Their email communications keep you aware of all upcoming events that may be of interest to you or benefit your pet. Definitely my new pet store.

Stumbled upon this gem in the shopping plaza Terry’s Per Stop is in. I’m always looking for ways to shop local when it comes to spoiling my husky. I bought a tough plush toy for my pup for Christmas and she loved it. I appreciated the service at the register when I checked out and signed up for the rewards program. The person working informed me of the vet clinic and answered any questions I had regarding it. Friendly and efficient, I highly recommend. We’ll be back soon!

We’ve been going to Terry’s for years and they are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest and accommodating. We recently realized we were out of dog food and the brand we use is not available at most stores. I stopped by Terry’s not realizing they had already closed for the night, and the gentleman closing up in the store greeted me at the door, I explained I needed the food and he actually let me in, booted up the register and let me buy the food. I’m sure it made it take longer for him to finish up and close the store. Thank you as always Terry’s!

If i give more than 5 stars i absolutely would.I bring my little shih tzu to Amanda as often as i can and she makes her look like the most beautiful puppy on earth every time. Definitely recommend Amanda to groom your dog , you will not be disappointed
