Drew and his fellow worker did a terrific job cleaning my pond. It had not been done in 10 years and required a lot of work. Drew also provided a written summary of all work performed. Anthony and team did a great job! When we moved into this home we had no history of the pond. Anthony took time to assess what we had and clean up what had become an acorn repository! Unfortunately the pond was so clean that within a day a heron came by to swipe 4 of the fish! We will be visiting the store to do a restock soon!

I have owned my Koi pond for 10 years now and have enjoyed doing the maintenance and upkeep on it over these years. It was time for some extra TLC needed. Hired Atlantis Water Gardens to complete a spring cleaning. I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED with the work completed by Drew and Boli. I could not have been able to do the level of cleaning and maintenance myself even if I wanted to. Not only was the level of work exceptional, the communication and personality of everyone is warm, friendly, caring, and timely. While the cost is a bit pricey, in the end, it was well worth what I received in return. So glad I hired AWG. It looks like a have a brand new KOI pond again.

Atlantis rebuilt our existing pond two years ago. They are amazing. They do beautiful rock work and design. It’s so much better than the original, but looks as if it has been there forever. It fits the garden perfectly. They have been maintaining our pond now for two years. Our fish are happy and healthy and the water is always clear. It is my favorite feature in our yard. I don’t know what we do without them. I highly recommend them.

We couldn’t be happier with our pond’s spring cleaning/opening. The guys were professional, great communicators and I felt my pond and fish were cared for. It was determined we needed a new filter, and even though the weather took a turn for the worse, they returned the same day and installed the part during snow and hail.

ATLANTIS IS AMAZING. I first contacted them because I had another company come out and do my cleanup in April. The other company told me I had a leak in my Koi pond but they serviced what they came for and they needed to schedule to repair the leak. They told me they couldn’t come till end of July. Well that’s two and a half months from the cleaning date and without a functioning filter there would be a ton of algae growing in the pond. I called Atlantis. I would have called them sooner because that’s where I bought my Koi fish and other things relating to the pond but didn’t know they actually do maintenance and installation. They came within three days of me calling. Rich was amazing. Then I met Drew, who handles the ponds. He was just as amazing and knowlegible. They did an amazing job, charged me thousands of dollars less than I was quoted; and I mean thousands. Then they came out and did another maintenance because there was algae. My pond is gorgeous and the fish are thriving! Thank you so much Atlantis! I recommend them highly for all your Koi pond needs. They are the best!!

There are very good and expensive, I guess you pay for the quality of work. We just had a one urn water feature and it looks great. They just came and winterized it. They have a professional setup and know what they are doing. There are others that are a lot cheaper but not sure what you will get.

We hired Atlantis to do our spring pond start-up and maintenance. They were meticulous regarding clean up, removing even the smallest pieces of debris. Each fish was inspected for any disease or winter damage and the plants were all well cared for. They took the time to do whatever was necessary to completely satisfy our needs including a few extras outside the scope of work. They are absolutely the best.
