We used AAA to join a bus tour of some of our National Parks. We will be traveling with our travel buddies only this time we will take a bus so that no one has to drive and miss out on sights because they must keep their eyes on the road. Arrangements went very smoothly and we can’t wait to go!

The lady working the desk was so friendly and attentive.We got our international driver's licenses - my wife and I - for a long trip abroad.She offered helpful service in pleasant fashion. We discussed our life of circling the globe as nomads and laid out some potential exotic locations for her.This Triple A is an easy to find spot in Morris County by major thoroughfares. I WAS VISITING FAMILY IN NEW JERSEY AND…I WAS VISITING FAMILY IN NEW JERSEY AND NEEDED A TOW… The AAA TOW TRUCK DRIVER CALLED THE POLICE AND ACCUSED ME OF HAVING A STOLEN CAR ……. TRUE STORY!I’m not in prison nor was I charged with such when the police arrived. That’s not the end of my bad experiences with aaa !THERE NEEDS TO BE AN ALTERNATIVE NATIONAL TOWING SERVICE THAT WOULD PUT AAA OUT OF BUSINESS FOREVER! .I NEED AN ATTORNEY SO THAT I CAN SUE THEM ….. If you know of such in New Jersey please reply

Bad service.Steve , the tech from Powdermills could not jump start the battery and could not change the battery either. I had to call AAA again to send anther technician. I will do the review again when my car starts running.

This place is disgrace and I will not recommend anyone to go there. They will definitely taking advantage of you. Do not go there. AAA should take back the license from them. I'm sure I will not be the last person to complain. I'm really serious and if you go , you will findout yourself.
