I wanted to buy a new Betta fish and two Corey catfish. I was told they hadn’t had Coreys in a long time. I asked if maybe they told management someone was interested, maybe they would get some. I was told, “No, it’s a corporate thing. Go check other stores.”I’m not driving 50 miles for Corey catfish. Why not just stock them? We’re not talking a high-priced exotic fish here.At least the Betta lasted more than three days.

Great customer service. These guys really care for our pets. We were having trouble getting our cat's prescription food. We called really late, around 10pm, not only they answered but there were real people approving the prescription. They released the order to be fulfilled the next morning. At the store they were super kind. I am so grateful for your attention and all your help PetSmart!

Took my husky to this location for grooming and was not upset. The groomer Zane cleaned up my 13 year old girl very nicely. We got the full bath, nails, and undercoat removal. I have to say she did a wonderful job! My dog looks 10 years younger now and Zane was very pleasant and seemed to not have any issues with taking care of our husky. Thank you very much. We will be back and request the same person again to groom our dog when she needs it again!

Just went to visit the cats in this location and was rudely turned down . I was told the volunteers whom work this section are not affiliated with pets mart just to put that out there . The manager of the store was nice but the people who run this section were extremely unprofessional and not friendly what so ever . My son is 4 and has autism / sensory processing disorder . I was only asking if we could see a specific cat because he’s been Interested in adopting a coping pet . It’s very unfortunate that because of how rude this women was .. one of these cats now can’t be adopted . “I was told we are not allowed to play around in there “ I am 30 years old and have 3 children . After speaking to her supervisor … she was a little more professional but still I was told the reason was because the cats were getting ring worm from people coming in . I’m very confused at this point but hopefully pet smart gets a better group of people to watch over these kitties and be happy to help them get adopted . Best - Felicia Navarrete

DORIS IS AWFUL!!!!!! THEY HAVE ONE CAT GROOMER AND CANCELED ON ME TWICE THEN THE DOORS WERE LOCKED SO I COULDNT GET IN UNTIL 20 MINS PASSED MY “APPT” TIME AND SHE WOULDNT TAKE MY POOR CAT THAT HAD DRIVING ANXIETY FOR AN HOUR!! DONT GO HERE AND ESPECIALLY DONT GO TO DORIS THE CAT LADY !!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Petsmart in Moorestown a little older but a little bigger. Out of the three nearby Petsmarts I would have to say this is my least favorite. Yes, it's larger than the ones you'll find in Delran and Mount Laurel. Maybe that's why it also seems a little less friendly. I rarely find the usual Petsmart staff there to greet me or ask if I need assistance. The shelves are usually decently stocked. The cashiers are always friendly. Like them or not, today they were having a pittie party. There were pitties of all ages available for adoption from Don't Bully Us Rescue. From the puppies to the adults one was sweeter than the next and you could get your share of puppy kisses in. There are also devoted volunteers hoping to get cats that reside at that Petsmart from the Camden County animal shelter. There's a table outside with bags of food for homeless kitties. If you pick up the ones with proplan it goes to the kitties you see there so be sure to pick up a few.

The girl in the back is really nice and helpful, didn't catch her name, but she helped me with crickets and meal worms for my wife's Geico,also the manager is really nice and helpful,He can tell you where everything is, Thanks we appreciate it

Great store, I've been going there for years. Always clean and pleasant. I used the grooming service for my dogs. I got my dog Sage, as a puppy at an adoption event. Now I'm moving on to the Beta fish section. Love checking out the doggie toys and clothing.

Was on my way for an Emergency visit to Vet.With my neice and baby and ran in looking for cat carrior and Scott the manager was awesome.He actually put carrior together with in 5 mins. For someone to go above and beyond you don't see to often.This store has a great manager.300%Thank you Scott!!

I needed to exchange an item bought at a different location - no paper receipt, no bag - so I was worried, but the gentleman greeted me when the door opened and assumed me that he could look it up by phone number. So easy, and such great customer service. Thank you!

Went in the store today with my two dogs. I'm not going in the store in a long time and guess what won't be back either your employees all they care about is stocking shelves they walked by me multiple times never said a word a lot of your items have no price tags so you're basically on your own in the store.

This location is an hour from my home. Helped to make my puppy adoption as easy as possible. Staff was friendly and helpful with helping me choose the best options for care of my new puppy. Awesome experience. 5 stars!

Employees are great. Never had a problem here even when I know I'm being a pain in the butt I say sorry and they assure me I'm not. Just great staff except the skinny white female manger. Only ever got attitude from her even after I apologized for price matching...you know the thing you offer on a big sign at the register. The thing that probably saved your job.

$750 dollar Conure death after 3 weeks. Management has attitude and wont offer solutions. Pets come with 2 weeks warranty, not 3.My other conure is doing fine by the way, and its been 4 years since I owned him.

Store was clean and well stocked. Friendly staff awaited at check out. My only complaint is that some of the stock on the shelves was disorganized. Perhaps customers take items and decide not to purchase them leaving them in the wrong location. Periodic inspections by staff would prevent this issue.
